12th Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (8) Legend of the End of the Century Salvation Sake" (LOL) It's good~! It was the sake I was looking for~! Gorgeous aroma, fresh and fruity. It was so delicious, I felt my heart beat faster...YOU are SHOCK! We drank a lot again~! After that, we had Ryu-ryoku, Chikuma-nishiki, and Shimehari-zuru, etc., and all I could remember was "Delicious! That's all I wrote down. Thanks to everyone at the brewery and the staff. It was a very enjoyable event! Thank you very much!

Purchased at Aeon Liquor Shop in Kakamigahara. I bought it because I was interested in the Junmai Daiginjyo single can, which also has a Fist of the North Star label 😅. The aroma is lychee-like. It has a good balance of acidity, sweetness, and umami. It has a lingering aftertaste and is a tasty brew that will soak into your stomach. Downing this one with one fingertip may be an exaggeration, but it packs a punch. After finishing the drink, you may find yourself saying, "What the heck! or "Abesh!" and go down on the bed? In the meantime, I finished my drink. HIDEHITSU!

At Yodobloom SAKE Umeda. One-on-one with a sake taster. I told him my general taste preferences and he selected 5 kinds of sake for me. The sake taster talked about the characteristics of the sake, rice, yeast, and the brewery... It lasted only 30 minutes, but it was a very interesting and enjoyable time. The sake was fresh and clean on the palate. I like the balance between the moderate sweetness and the umami of the rice.

Shin-Osaka Central Life, about 1,200 yen for a bottle of No. 4... The first sake exclusively for soda. It is recommended to be mixed 1:1. Quite refreshing. I drank sake highballs at a cheap izakaya a long time ago and it hurt me, but this one is great. It is light and dry and easy to drink. Goes well with all kinds of snacks 😁.
