Purchased at Aeon Liquor Shop in Kakamigahara.
I bought it because I was interested in the Junmai Daiginjyo single can, which also has a Fist of the North Star label 😅.
The aroma is lychee-like.
It has a good balance of acidity, sweetness, and umami.
It has a lingering aftertaste and is a tasty brew that will soak into your stomach.
Downing this one with one fingertip may be an exaggeration, but it packs a punch.
After finishing the drink, you may find yourself saying, "What the heck! or "Abesh!" and go down on the bed?
In the meantime, I finished my drink.

At Yodobloom SAKE Umeda. One-on-one with a sake taster. I told him my general taste preferences and he selected 5 kinds of sake for me.
The sake taster talked about the characteristics of the sake, rice, yeast, and the brewery... It lasted only 30 minutes, but it was a very interesting and enjoyable time.
The sake was fresh and clean on the palate.
I like the balance between the moderate sweetness and the umami of the rice.

I drank it after the Rao.
After all, Junmai Daiginjo has a rounder taste and is easier to drink.
The aftertaste is gone and the sweetness and fruity taste is increased.
However, it is a pity that Junmai Daiginjo makes it difficult to express its individuality.
If Hokuto Yusho Bashoken, which goes with pleasure, is released, it will be a terrible sake with a lot of angry faces.

I found it at Aeon and was attracted by the printing on the can, so I bought it with Kenshiro.
It is an aluminum can, so it might be good to drink it on the train.
It is not a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has a bit of an alcoholic taste.
There is a lingering aftertaste and it seems to disappear slowly.
After this, I will try Junmai Daiginjo Hokuto Hyakusaiken.
