12th Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (8)
Legend of the End of the Century Salvation Sake" (LOL)
It's good~!
It was the sake I was looking for~!
Gorgeous aroma, fresh and fruity.
It was so delicious, I felt my heart beat faster...YOU are SHOCK!
We drank a lot again~!
After that, we had Ryu-ryoku, Chikuma-nishiki, and Shimehari-zuru, etc., and all I could remember was "Delicious! That's all I wrote down.
Thanks to everyone at the brewery and the staff. It was a very enjoyable event! Thank you very much!
Good evening, Mr. Bekkarl. I drank Kenshiro and Raoh, but I have never had Yulia.
I see that Yulia is white yeast. I must find it because I want to speed up my heartbeat too!
Good evening, Nochi-san!
Actually, I have never had Kenshiro or Raoh.... I am starting from Julia.
I hope to find your siblings soon and get my love back!
Mahjong is doing great 🀄️
The only reason I can think of for that is because I drank this.
Atta atta atta atta atta atta atta atta atta atta atta atta atta atta atta atta.
You're having a great time!
Purchased at Aeon Liquor Shop in Kakamigahara.
I bought it because I was interested in the Junmai Daiginjyo single can, which also has a Fist of the North Star label 😅.
The aroma is lychee-like.
It has a good balance of acidity, sweetness, and umami.
It has a lingering aftertaste and is a tasty brew that will soak into your stomach.
Downing this one with one fingertip may be an exaggeration, but it packs a punch.
After finishing the drink, you may find yourself saying, "What the heck! or "Abesh!" and go down on the bed?
In the meantime, I finished my drink.
HIDEHITSU!
Continue at Takeo Onsen ♨️. The second set of sake tasting. It is mellow but refreshing.
It was worth it, and the next day we went to Mojiko. I'm soaking up the retro atmosphere 😌.
Good morning, Mr. Higu!
I'm sure you're not too busy with your business trip to the hot spring to enjoy drinking alone 😁✨✨.
Mojiko - I remember going there on a mystery tour with my friend's daughters and other Conan lovers in the past 🎵.
Sake tasting sounds fun 😋!
Good evening, ma-ki. Lately, I've been addicted to planning and executing solo business trips, solo hot springs ♨️, and solo counter drinking 😊Mojiko, Korea 🇰🇷 was more common. I hope you enjoy the Sake Tasting Mystery Tour 🤣.
At Yodobloom SAKE Umeda. One-on-one with a sake taster. I told him my general taste preferences and he selected 5 kinds of sake for me.
The sake taster talked about the characteristics of the sake, rice, yeast, and the brewery... It lasted only 30 minutes, but it was a very interesting and enjoyable time.
The sake was fresh and clean on the palate.
I like the balance between the moderate sweetness and the umami of the rice.
It seems that some of the sake for noble brewing was shipped out before the brewing process.
Aroma like ripe 🍎.
Sweet and mellow with good acidity
Like 🍎 juice
Slightly rice-like aftertaste
Well balanced as a whole
It will be sold as a high quality product as it is.
Shin-Osaka Central Life, about 1,200 yen for a bottle of No. 4...
The first sake exclusively for soda.
It is recommended to be mixed 1:1.
Quite refreshing.
I drank sake highballs at a cheap izakaya a long time ago and it hurt me, but this one is great.
It is light and dry and easy to drink.
Goes well with all kinds of snacks 😁.
Refreshing!
At 13% alcohol by volume, it is low for a sake and easy to drink.
It is not too floral, so it was a summer sake that could be enjoyed with a meal.
I drank it after the Rao.
After all, Junmai Daiginjo has a rounder taste and is easier to drink.
The aftertaste is gone and the sweetness and fruity taste is increased.
However, it is a pity that Junmai Daiginjo makes it difficult to express its individuality.
If Hokuto Yusho Bashoken, which goes with pleasure, is released, it will be a terrible sake with a lot of angry faces.
I found it at Aeon and was attracted by the printing on the can, so I bought it with Kenshiro.
It is an aluminum can, so it might be good to drink it on the train.
It is not a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has a bit of an alcoholic taste.
There is a lingering aftertaste and it seems to disappear slowly.
After this, I will try Junmai Daiginjo Hokuto Hyakusaiken.
