I drank it at a store before and enjoyed it so much that I bought a bottle. I bought it in a bottle. We finished it in 2 hours. I was soaked to the skin... It was fun! I wish I could have enjoyed the 2nd and 3rd days too! It's so good even if the temperature goes up a little. This is the kind of thing they make you drink. If I see it again, I will buy it.

I've longed for red dragonfly ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! It's still delicious! I love this sweet and sour taste. What is it that makes it taste even better when you drink it with a sake cup? LOL! I bought two bottles and left them in the refrigerator for two years without intending to drink them someday, but I got the impression that it was mellow or classic. It went well with dashimaki tamago with mentaiko (a copy of a recipe from Friday's Zanzaku), grilled kipper, and chicken liver and pork cutlet in wine.

The acidity that rises from the beginning is impressive, and the sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt, making it easy to drink. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own. It went well with Top Value's retort mackerel grilled with salt, meat and potatoes, chicken liver stewed in wine, and chilled tofu.

The same mild aroma as the first sip, a moderate sweetness and mild umami of rice, along with a crisp acidity and a slight bitterness, gradually spreads out and is quickly quenched. The acidity and slight bitterness that rise from the mid-palate are impressive and crisply delicious. It goes well with a meal, but is also refreshing and delicious on its own. We received fresh akitogi from a fishery company, so we had akitogi again today as we did yesterday! It went well with grilled fish, sashimi, and lebanilla!

Moderate gassiness Slight grape yogurt-like finish The same fruity aroma as at the top, soft but slightly stronger sweetness and rice flavor spreads with lactic acidity, leaving a soft, slightly bitter, fruity aroma and a lingering sweetness that quickly fades away. The aroma and the sweet and sour taste are just like grapes, but it is also delicious on its own without feeling uncomfortable when served with a meal. It goes well with Goya Chanpuru (bitter melon stir-fry) and Morokyu (bitter melon cucumber) made from the bitter melon grown in my parents' house in Kagawa.

The first half of the bottle has the strength of the raw sake, but the finish is quicker and drier than the first half. It is interesting in a different direction from Hanayuup from the same brewery. It is easy to match with meals and tastes great on its own. It went well with hamburgers and Japanese soup.
