I got it as a souvenir.
I assumed that the one-cup type tastes a little less good.
But I was betrayed in a good way!
Delicious!
I may buy it again when I find it again.

Collaboration of "Solo no Gourmet".
The taste is a little sticky with little bit of a tangy taste. Fruity like melon 🤔.
It's made with care 👍
☀️
The 8th SAKE festival in Yurakucho.
I wonder if this brewery is where they did the Fist of the North Star collaboration or something 🤔.
Luckily, the person at the brewery opened the sealed bottle, but the cork was flying 🍾💨.
The brewer was embarrassed and said, "I knew that. I said, "Yes, he hit the secret hole, didn't he?" but he didn't go through with it.
It's sake 🍶.
Not too sweet. Sourness is hardworking.
Lemon flavor and a clear, tight body.
Slightly effervescent accent.
It was a refreshing sake🍶🤗.
The second glass of my first KEG DRAFT was a Mitsutake KEG DRAFT Junmai Daiginjo from Mitsutake Shuzojo.
So, let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not very pleasant.
The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink.
The soft sweetness and bitterness go well with food.
The lingering slight spiciness and bitterness that accompanies the food is the best.
The third bottle is Hikaritake from Saga.
The label says Junmai, but the rice polishing ratio is 50%.
The color is also yellow, but it is the lightest of the three.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma like melon and a slightly strong alcohol taste.
The taste is rather dry with a moderate sweetness.
The main taste is a full flavor with a slight melon sensation, and while it is very drinkable, it is also clear and transparent.
As one would expect from a Daiginjo spec sake!
Very high quality and delicious!
Don't underestimate it as a mere one-pack can!
