A drink that can be consumed like dessert.
The alcohol content is low and very easy to drink.
However, it is too sweet, so the range of pairing options seems to be quite limited,
I went to Nihonbashi Honten, Mihama-cho, Fukui Prefecture, with a friend to drink all the sake in Fukui.
We aim to drink 4 kinds of sake all-you-can-drink, all the way around.
2/4 Kuroryu Itchorai
It's refreshing and has a lot of drive.
Kuroryu Hiiraju Junmai Daiginjo
One of the few raw sake in the Kuroryu lineup.
The bottle is beautiful and special.
Elegant, pear-like aroma.
Light and refreshing. The first thing that jumps out at you is the umami.
It is both sweet and spicy. The umami is still the star of the show even after many sips.
It is full of rice flavor.
The aftertaste is also clear, and it is a masterpiece that is repeatedly said to be delicious.
The second drink was selected by my partner. Kuroryu is nice. Next door is a group of businessmen having a drink, and it is a bit noisy, but it is a good place to talk about the workplace. This is a good place to talk about the workplace.
The aroma is gentle, but has a hint of water and iso-type melon.
The tongue is soft and flabby, and the acidity is firm, but the umami has a good thickness.
The balance is good, and the moderately firm acidity and moderate sweetness are exquisite, and the aftertaste is smooth and beautiful.
Personally, I would hardly call it dry, but I feel that it is a "good sake" that is light and has a good flavor and sharpness that makes it easy to drink on its own or with a meal.
It is already too hot this year, but it is great for when you feel the heat.
Nose very mild but floral
I would like to pair this with fine Japanese food.
The sweetness is moderate and is intended for a mealtime sake, but the umami has a strong presence on its own and is sharp and crisp.
The aftertaste is fleeting and beautiful.
A sake that can be enjoyed in both hot and cold weather.
