9 points (Wife 9 points) IngredientsStrawberries (100% Jyoho from Kagawa Prefecture), sake, brewer's alcohol, sugar/phosphoric acid Alcohol content : 8%. Purchased from: Jizake No Sake Shop "Fun Sake Shop Soft and strawberry topping The same fruity aroma of strawberries as the topping, a not too strong but full sweetness and umami of rice spread out with the sourness of strawberries, and it slowly finishes with a lingering strawberry aroma and sweet and sour aftertaste. It is better as an aperitif or dessert sake than with a meal. It is mostly strawberry juice, but it went well with pasta with chicken in tomato sauce. By the way, there is a strawberry farm in Kagawa that sells sweet strawberries, and their soft-serve ice cream is also delicious!

Good morning, Minosuke😃The Kawatsuru Sake Brewery looks like a nice atmosphere and I would like to visit when I go back home, but I haven't made it there yet😅The sake here is only available once a year 🍶The sourness of the tomato sauce and the sweetness of the strawberries was a nice touch: 🍽️

9 points (Wife: 8.5 points) Rice:100% Aizan, grown in Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 45 Alcohol content: 16 Buyer: Jizake No Sake Shop "Fun Sake Shop When opened Pon Moderate gassiness Slightly sweet grape-like top note The same fruity aroma as on the top, fluffy sweetness and rice flavor spreads with moderate acidity and slight gassiness, and finishes with a slight bitterness and lingering rice flavor. The sweetness and aroma are moderate, and the gasiness gives the impression of being a little hard, but it is easy to match with meals and is delicious on its own as well. It went well with grilled herring and roast beef salad.

8 points (wife: 7.5 points) Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Alcohol content : 14 Sake Degree : +2 Gift from a relative Silent when opened No gassiness Slight melon and rice malt overtones The same fruity aroma as the top rise, with a hint of amazake, a modest sweetness and a full rice flavor that spreads with a soft acidity, and a slight bitterness that is slightly bitter and finishes quickly. The sweetness and aroma are modest, but the umami of the rice can be felt, and the slightly bitter aftertaste in the second half gives it a crisp finish. A recipe from "Gohan for Men," meat tofu with barbecue sauce - went well with white fish in fish sauce milky soup and yellowtail sashimi! It also went well with pasta with sea chicken and salted kelp and 7-Eleven's basil pizza, which Masa-san taught me!

Strong feeling of gas Slightly ripe apple-like top end The same aroma as the top rise, but with a Shaoxing sake-like aroma, the modest sweetness and rice flavor spreads with a lactic acidity and a firm gassiness, and it finishes with a soft bitterness. Perhaps because it has been left too long, it has an aroma similar to that of Shaoxing wine, and it has a dry impression with a moderate sweetness, so it is better served with a meal than as a stand-alone wine.
