Warmed to lukewarm.
The umami comes with a zing and expands from around the middle to the end of the bottle.
Slightly pungent and full-bodied on the back end.
Drank slightly chilled.
The aroma is a little alcoholic, but in the mouth it has a fruity crisp acidity and a hint of sweetness.
It tastes refreshing when drunk at room temperature, and now I would like to try it warmed!
At Kagamibiraki
Slightly sweet, slightly heavy
A bit heavy with a lingering aftertaste...
Sake that is typical of sake with alcohol
Easy to drink when heated
Cold→Disappointing
Warmed→○

I drank this when I went back to my parents' house for New Year's.
It was an old sake that had been sitting for more than 30 years since the Showa period. I like it a lot, like Shaoxing sake. But it is surprisingly easy to drink.
My parents don't drink much sake, so they use it as a cooking sake. What a waste.
Cheers to New Year's with local Kamotsuru 🍶 It's a classic daiginjo. It has a refreshing taste and is good for a mid-meal drink 🎵It has a New Year's feeling with gold dust (lol).
Hi Pon, Hello ✨😃❗ Sorry for the late reply. I poured it while flicking it every time I drank it, but it didn't come out very often ❗After all, it came out at the end (lol).
Full workday after 9 consecutive New Year's holidays 😓It was hard 😮💨 Today I had a glass of Kamotsuru that my niece brought as a souvenir from her New Year's vacation 🍶It is a delicious sake that can be served cold or warmed 😋.
I wanted to drink Harushika's toso sake on New Year's Day, but they were out of it, so I bought a bottle of the original toso sake. I forgot about it and didn't prepare the sake for the toso 💦.
That's right! I have just one gou of that sake I got.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 16° C to 17° C
I made it with 30ml of mirin (sweet sake) for 1 gou of this sake, and it was easy to drink without the usual sweetness.
It was very smooth and tasty after a few hours!
And as usual, it was hard to get the gold leaves out 🤣.
But I think sweet is the way to go for a toso 😁.
Next time I make it, I'll choose mirin (sweet sake)!
Good evening, Pon!
This is the one with gold leaf petals, right⁉
I thought it said "I didn't notice it" when I drank it vigorously, but you took it out with great effort 😅.
I hope the slaughterhouse will drive away the evil spirits 👊.
Good morning, Pon-chan 😃.
I really think it's wonderful that you have a strong Japanese spirit and prepare the slaughterhouse 😌.
I'm curious to know where the bourgeoisie that was pulled out of Kamotsuru is 😆.
Hello, Pon-chan😄
Kamotsuru-san, the gold leaf sake or bourgeois sake of Saijo: ❗️
It's a wonderful way of drinking that respects the heart of the Japanese people. I had no idea 🤣.
I'm learning a lot 🙏.
Hi Takubon 🐦.
I have been drinking sake since I was a child 😋 and I was the youngest in my family, so I always had it in a small sake cup 😆.
It's easy to make, just soak the sake in toso and mix it with mirin 😁.
Hi N.E. 🐦.
If it's fine gold dust, it's still fine, but there were two pretty big pieces in there and I had to shake them out really hard🤣I wonder if it'll be ok this year if I do something messy 😂.
Hi Jay & Nobby 🐦.
Bourgeois! You're right 🤣 my husband didn't want them so he left them both in my cup 😳 honestly I didn't want them either 😅I guess I'm a bee 💦kwabara kwabara 😱🙏.
Hi, Hanapin 🐦.
Yes, I was going to offer it on the altar, but there was no sake to go with the tokoso, so I used it 😁 It's Kagamibiraki today already! That's so early!
Hi Hiro 🐦.
I remember and do it every year because I've been drinking it since I was a kid 😊 or rather I've been drinking sake since I was a kid 😅 it's the good old Showa 😂.
Oh no 💖
Long time no see 🙂 Packaged liquor!
A little expensive ✨
It was solidly sweet at first,
I couldn't tell if it was sourness or not. I wasn't sure, but in the second half, it was easy to drink as if it was going down smoothly 😋.
Expensive but tasty👍
Good evening, Mr. Manachy!
Yes, I am not sure if I am right or not! I don't really know what I'm talking about👍
Still, it's delicious and I would buy it again 😋.
My sister is getting married in February.
Her husband brought it to my parents' house this New Year's and my father was overjoyed😚.
It's a very luxurious Junmai Daiginjyo, packed in a wooden box and rigorously equipped....
Too good to drink...
