ᐢ˶🍶🍶🍶+ Today I opened another cup of Kamotsuru cup that I bought on my business trip to Hiroshima 😀. The aroma is mild😊and the mouthfeel is soft, with a mild sweetness and a strong sense of rice flavor and sweetness 😚 It is a delicious traditional sake with a sharp aftertaste 🥳.

Drinking out after a long time. At a skewer shop in the neighborhood. After the beer, we drank Kamotsuru with Hiya. The aroma has a strong alcohol feeling, but the taste is soft and refreshing. However, the sweetness, umami and sourness were not felt so much, and there was no depth. I was happy to be able to drink out after a long time.

Ask for other all-you-can-drink options! First up is Kamotsuru. You don't see this kind of sake very often. I love this kind of Showa-era atmosphere that you can sometimes find. I don't remember the taste. Thank you very much for the sake!

14% alcohol by volume, first time fresh stored sake 🍶. Following yesterday's Hourai, it is very easy to drink. It is light, weightless and refreshing. I'd like to try other fresh stored sake.

A souvenir from my junior. It contains gold leaf. Good design. It tastes good. The drinkable size is also nice. I prefer to drink it chilled rather than at room temperature. As I was drinking a bottle, I thought that the aroma of the sake gets stronger as it gets closer to room temperature.

［Returning to the "Home of the Heart" (5) ［After returning to the hotel for a short rest after a paid tasting at Sake no Takahashi, we started to move on to our main destination this time, Kikki. I strolled along the shopping street in Onomichi, which I hadn't walked in two years, feeling like I was looking for a mistake to see where things had changed and where they hadn't. I arrived at "Kikki" after enjoying the small changes, such as this store moving to the opposite side of the street! After saying hello to the owner, I decided to have a drink here ✨. Kamotsuru Tokusyu. Rather than a detailed review of the sake's taste, I'll just say that it makes me happy to be drinking at Kikki 🍶. After a while, a regular who is the same age as me and whom I drank with 7 or 8 years ago came to join us, and the three of us had a great time chatting about the old days. When we met before, neither of us was married, but now we have a family and admire each other's hard work 🥰. And the food the owner makes is really delicious 😋! He told us that he had a good supply of octopus today, so we had octopus tempura, octopus kobutsu, beef tataki, and other excellent dishes made with good ingredients and cooked very well! ［I am always impressed by the depth of the broth used in the deep-fried eggplant! ［The night in Onomichi is drawing to a close.

This sake was given to us by the family of the second daughter's husband. It is a delicious sake with a fruity, umami and full flavor. It has a good sharpness and is very easy to drink. We enjoyed it with "Ujie Super's Gyoza (dumplings)" that sometimes appear on the Sandwich Man's TV show and Saikyo-yaki (grilled Miyagino pork).
