Special Honjozo Cho-Selected Tokusyu, a sake with three "Tokusyu" and one "Cho-Selected".
The sweetness and spiciness of the sake are well balanced as shown in the middle of the page.
Strong impression of acidity.
The aroma is light.
When you drink it, you will be able to smell the gorgeous aroma and the acidity.
There is a nice sweetness, but the bitterness you feel afterwards also settles down.

3.5
I wanted to drink sake for the first time in a while, so I bought this at a supermarket.
It was easy to drink even though it was dry. It was so easy to drink that I thought I had become good at dry sake. I was under the illusion that I had become good at dry sake.
This is a very old drink and too much time has passed to accurately describe the taste. Please note that we will rate it neutrally based on the degree to which we would like to repurchase it.
