New sake rice "Moeibuki".
I finally bought a sake made with this rice.
My first purchase was from Kamotsuru, the most major sake brewer in Hiroshima.
The pink label is spring-like, but it is not a seasonal sake,
First, I took a sip,
The aroma is fruity and spicy with some umami,
It goes well with snacks.
The second day, the bitterness increased a little, but it was no problem.
I will have to drink other Moeibuki to understand the difference,
It was a delicious sake.
Today's beer,
Brooklyn's Defender IPA.
The first sip was a little bitter and weakly citrusy, but I gradually got used to it and enjoyed it.
It felt like a dry sake.
I thought it was a bit daring to drink by itself, but it seemed to go well with dishes with strong flavors and oil-based dishes.
It is a sake that does not lose out even when the flavor of the food is strong.
This time I had it with kushikatsu (pork cutlets).
Also, there was a gold leaf of cherry blossoms in it.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a full flavor.
It has a wonderful sharpness with a refreshing taste.
It is a beautiful sake that has been carefully finished.
