At a nearby yakiniku restaurant ~ I
I ordered Kurikoma-yama because I have had it several times when eating out.
However, what came out was a sake that I don't like 😱.
If it was to be served with fish, it would be fine, but it was to be served with grilled meat.
But then I took a sip... 😳!
I didn't feel any of the bitterness characteristic of brewer's alcohol, and the mild sweetness of the rice just snapped out of it beautifully ✨.
I felt like I could eat endless amounts of it, and taste it again from scratch the next time 😱....
This one is also a candidate to buy in bottles!

It's definitely a Hassaku😅 Light with a strong acidity. The alcohol is a little strong. Matches shishito pepper tempura👍Good for fried food👍Can also go with salty harasu. I checked on the internet and found that Hachisaku means the first day of the eighth lunar month 😅I was pulled in by the taste by the name. However, the crispness is typical of summer sake ✨.

In the neighborhood with colleagues from work.
This is my first time to Mt. I heard on the news just last weekend that the autumn leaves🍁 are beautiful in this mountain.
It's dark only for autumn sake. The aroma is also strong with fruit (like pear?).
It has a sweetness that is not unpleasant. It went well with sashimi.
The quality of Yataro is worse than that 😤.
Beer x 2 -> Kurikomayama -> Tasake -> Kurokirishima x 2 bottles (for 4 people)

I didn't find the quality of the food, or the cosmetics, or whatever, unappealing.
