The sweet and sour Twelve Roku that we always drank is now out of season, so we opened a bottle of this doburoku.
Uguisu in the garden - doburoku with a Japanese bush warbler mark
This doburoku looks like it has a thick rice flavor!
The sweetness and acidity are lighter than those of the 126, but the matte flavor is quite good!
It is also cosy, so if you feel like drinking doburoku, it might be a good choice!
I guess it's not exactly a garden urchin. It is said to be limited to Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery in Fukuoka.
Standard (classic?) sake! Standard (classic?) sake! It has a moderate aroma, a little spiciness, and a sense of alcohol in the nose.
Moderate aroma, a little spicy, and a touch of alcohol in the nose.
I feel like I haven't had sake-like sake in a long time. I feel like I haven't had a sake like sake in a long time.
It was a little different from my recent taste.
Purchased at Kurume's "Kura-no-Hosomichi".
Compared to the previous Kurashin, it seems less peculiar and sweeter.
It is clear, but the taste is so strong that it may not give you the first impression of being refreshing.
I've always liked sweet sake, but it turns out that I prefer something with a strong, sweet flavor rather than a clear, smooth taste.
I'd like to try some Tohoku sake these days...
The alcohol content is 6 degrees.
It has a good graininess of rice.
It is thick, but has a good thirst-quenching effect.
It has a strong sweetness, but the acidity is also strong, so it is refreshing.
I like it very much because it tastes good until the aftertaste!

The next drink I ordered! ☺︎
A little dry, easy to drink and delicious! ♡♡
The food at the restaurant was delicious and I was very happy with my meal out! ☺︎
Limited Sake for Kurabiraki
Sake with a refreshing sweetness
Sake with a strong umami of rice, but with a sharp aftertaste that can be drunk all the time.
Perfect as a food sake
This is the first time I've seen the Uguisu bubbles in the garden. Pink when poured. Gorgeous aroma. A firm sweet sake. It has a grape-like taste. This is a dessert sake 🍶 The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
Oh my ❣️ garden urchin sparkling is rare 😍😍 sounds delicious! 😋 Is it some kind of limited edition sake? I wonder if you can buy it at Sumiyoshi Hakata 😍😍.
Rika, thank you for your hard work! It's very rare, isn't it? My wife bought it at the Kurabiraki festival 🍶It wasn't listed as a Kurabiraki only, but I've never seen it anywhere else.... It was like a sweet champagne 🍶.
