We managed to slip in because it was early in the day!
It is now the season for oden.
Naturally, I drink with the offerings. I have seen Uguisu in the garden several times, but this is the first time for me to drink it.
I drank it cold, and it has a soft sweet aroma.
It is soft on the palate with a gentle aftertaste, and its umami and slight bitterness are the best match for the gently flavored oden!
The sake was delicious, but the first time I tried zurigiri with oden, I was shocked by the texture that overturned my concept of zurigiri, as it crumbled into pieces.

A junmai ginjo-shu with a unique flavor and powerful bubbles from secondary fermentation in the bottle, you will be enchanted by the bubbles that rise and fall.
You will be enchanted by the bubbles that rise and the sweet and refreshing mouthfeel.
The bubbles are so vigorous that I chilled the bottle and opened it a little at a time so it wouldn't spurt😅.

But the aftertaste is pleasant because the sweetness fades out and doesn't linger, and it's not too dry!
It's a special junmai, but I feel like I'm drinking junmai ginjo!

It was a delicious sake with a fairly classic aroma, a clean throat, and a delicious taste that finished off with an alu feel.
I have never had a sake other than Kurogu, but I remember Kurogu was very tasty with a refreshing sweet and sour taste.
It is said to be a challenge series brewed with No. 9 yeast and Kyushu (Fukuoka) Yamadanishiki, but now it is off the official website except for Jun Dai, so maybe it was not so well received by the traditional fans of Garden no Uguisu.
