I had the same specs of "Garden Uguisu" the other day and it's perfect for a mid-meal drink 😁.
But the food at this restaurant also looks delicious 😋.
No matter what I drink, it's basically dry, pink doburoku from Mr. Yard Ug, which I don't like! It's so good! I love it! (I love it!)
It's not just pink, it has a sweet and sour strawberry-like flavor.

This is a meeting of the same classmates who joined the company in 1981. Most of the members who are over 65 years old gathered at a Chinese restaurant in Shinbashi for the first time in a long while, and this is the sake we encountered at the after party at an izakaya.
I took note that it was a slightly sweet sake with a full flavor and refreshing aroma. I remember well that it was delicious, but since it was an after-party, I don't remember all the details😅.
Maybe that's why I forgot to post a review even though it was the first sake we met 😭😱.

For some reason, I had no choice but to go to Kyoto, a city with beautiful autumn leaves, to enjoy drinking 😁.

Uguisu in the Garden Special Junmai Shiboritate Nama Sake
Slightly fruity and alky aroma, a hint of alky sweetness on the palate, and a clean aftertaste with a sweet aroma on the nose.
The entrée is tuna chuboroshi.
It goes well with the sweet fat of tuna.
