A little sweet but the freshness and acidity are in good balance with the soft umami and the quantity goes up.
I fell in love with the cuteness of the label😍.
The aroma is understated ✨.
Elegant sweetness on the palate, followed by a cool, rummy ✨.
Slightly effervescent and the sweetness is quickly quenched, so it's easy to pair with food ✨.
Pairs well with yellowtail sashimi, crab tofu tempura, and soaked rape blossoms.
My first experience with Kyushu sake 😋.
I remember Garden Uguisu being recommended by a liquor store as a "sweet and tasty sake". We had it at a tasting. This one is a spring sake.
It is a refreshing type of sake, with a slight sourness and sweetness without much bitterness. It has a slight tartness and sweetness, with a slight tangerine taste and a banana taste while drinking.
It is a fruity sake that goes down easy and is very tasty.
We have a lineup of spring-like light nigori sake.
When the bottle is opened, it has a slightly gorgeous aroma and the taste is sweet with a hint of leesiness.
The aftertaste is not strong, so it goes well with food in spite of the aroma, and we enjoyed it with sashimi of striped horse mackerel.
