The first dish we chose was the owner's favorite, Mimurosugi🍶.
The snack to go with the fruity representative sake is my favorite tori-wasa (chicken and wasabi) with a touch of spicy wasabi.
The fruity and just the right amount of sweetness is pleasant in the mouth and goes perfectly with the toriwasa. ❣️
It was a sake and snack that I don't want to lose forever!
