Purchased at a liquor store I stopped by on a trip to Kyoto!
It is made from 100% Nishiyama Farm rice! The taste is rich and the flavor spreads quickly in the mouth! I found another delicious sake!
It is Kyoto sake because I traveled to Kyoto.
First comes the sweetness, then the volume of alcohol.
The alcohol content is 18%.
It has the flavor of unfiltered raw sake. It tastes like it's made without filtration.
To celebrate the completion of a major undertaking, I've been drinking sake 🍶 for a while now.
However, I bought a slightly different kind of sake at KALDI.
It has a sweet and gorgeous aroma, a slightly thickened yet surprisingly dry taste, and a crisp aftertaste.
A happy launch while enjoying the Tokyo souvenirs my partner bought for me ^ ^.
Shoutoku era (1711.4.25-1716.6.22)
Purchased because it was said to be limited to Kyoto station.
From one of the Zen words, "FUKU-i de Toku-sho" (to invite virtue with good fortune).
The brewery was founded in 1645 in Rakuchu, Kyoto, and later moved to Fushimi.
We had it on the Shinkansen. It was fun.
Japanease Sake Subscription Service August at my parents' house.
This is the second brand.
The white one on the left is Celebration, polished up to 40%.
The peach-colored one on the right is Yamadanishiki polished to 35%.
The Celebration is a refreshing but tasty sake with a rich flavor.
The Yamada-Nishiki one is more flavorful and has a very good balance of sourness and bitterness, which I prefer.
Thanks again for the food this month 😆.
I was attracted by the cute bottle and bought it at Cardi's.
It has a light, dry, slightly cloudy taste. The alcohol content is 14% and it comes in a drinkable size of 200ml.
Autumn sake by Kyoto Fushimi Shotoku Shuzo: Hiyakioroshi (cold sake).
Polishing ratio 60%. 17% alcohol by volume.
It is a vintage of 2023 as it was purchased previously and laid down for two years.
Slightly dry. It has a rounded and full flavor with no thorns, as is typical of autumn sake. It was served cold, but it might have more aroma if it were served at room temperature.
A gift from my wife in Kyoto.
The fact that it is a special junmai is wonderful.
It is the type that goes well with meals and doesn't interfere with them at all.
I guess it is dry without being boring to drink.
