Sake I got last night 🍶.
Shotoku Winter Sake - Shiboritate
Shotoku Shuzo (Kyoto)
I attended a sake event at a shopping street in Fushimi
Sake event held in Fushimi shopping street
There was a stall at the event, which was owned
Matsuhiro, a Japanese restaurant in Kyoto
with the delicious food.

The most delicious sake we had at the event!
We got a new bottle of sake "just bottled yesterday (Friday)"....
The aroma of freshly squeezed sake!
The freshness of new sake
Just the right amount of dryness
I can't get enough of it!
In the intense heat of summer
Not only the rice we eat
but also sake rice is low in quantity
Because the rice is hard
and the ratio of sakekasu (sake lees) is high.
I have heard about the hardships of sake brewers.
I am so thankful to have such a delicious new sake
I was so thankful to be offered such a delicious new sake
I had it with tears in my eyes, feeling the gratitude for having such a delicious new sake.
Souvenirs bought in Kyoto.
I'm a beginner who has a weakness for limited editions, and I got a taste of it in the basement of Isetan. It's not what I wanted, but what do you think?
I went home, chilled it and had a glass of wine at home.
Wow, it's delicious!
It will be gone soon.
Hi naoma, ☀️
I also bought this sake at Kyoto station this spring. I remember that it was very smooth and tasty 😅I am weak to the word "limited edition" as well 😋.
TEZJI The last of a set of 5 original "Toki-to" bottles from Fushimi Shuzo-do
Japanese Cheese" that we bought together.
It's not a good match for the sweet cheese 🫤 but separately it tastes bebbin'!
