This is the second Fushimi purchase. I picked it up the other day because "Haru" was so good.
Fresh and fruity. It's my favorite. There is a gentle effervescence in the back. This is good. I like it.
Perhaps the first shiboritate this season. Already hiyaroshi— which was served earlier tonight is past?! Still the label makes this something you want to drink. Sorry I only had one ichigo.
Purchased at a liquor store I stopped by on a trip to Kyoto!
It is made from 100% Nishiyama Farm rice! The taste is rich and the flavor spreads quickly in the mouth! I found another delicious sake!
It is Kyoto sake because I traveled to Kyoto.
First comes the sweetness, then the volume of alcohol.
The alcohol content is 18%.
It has the flavor of unfiltered raw sake. It tastes like it's made without filtration.
To celebrate the completion of a major undertaking, I've been drinking sake 🍶 for a while now.
However, I bought a slightly different kind of sake at KALDI.
It has a sweet and gorgeous aroma, a slightly thickened yet surprisingly dry taste, and a crisp aftertaste.
A happy launch while enjoying the Tokyo souvenirs my partner bought for me ^ ^.
Shoutoku era (1711.4.25-1716.6.22)
Purchased because it was said to be limited to Kyoto station.
From one of the Zen words, "FUKU-i de Toku-sho" (to invite virtue with good fortune).
The brewery was founded in 1645 in Rakuchu, Kyoto, and later moved to Fushimi.
We had it on the Shinkansen. It was fun.
