At home. This is the last in the Shiga Sake series. It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness and acidity in the mouth, and a very refreshing taste that finishes with a light bitterness. I had three kinds of Shiga Sake, Taga, Laughing Season, and Nikkoku-Tsuchisei, and I would like to try the other kinds again.

At home. The other day I went pottering around the Hikone Castle area on Lake Biwa in Shiga. At Sazanami Sake Shop, I bought a bottle of AZUMA series Houzuki, which was introduced to me by Taga Co. At home. I️ watched the hot battle for the high school baseball autumn season Kinki tournament at the Wakayama Kimiidera stadium. On the way home, I️ bought my first "Imanishiki" at Sakeya Kagimoto in Wakayama City. I️ bought Nagano Prefecture's sake in Wakayama Prefecture⁉️. And today, I opened the bottle. It has a gorgeous aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, sweetness, umami, and a bit of acidity. It has a fruity feeling in the nose. It is not too sweet and has a moderate dry taste. My favorite team lost, and I was feeling hopeless about the Koshien tournament, so I thought I would be a little burned out, but it was very tasty and comforting. I knew it was Nagano sake, and there is no mistake.

After a long time, I took a walk around Motomachi area in Kobe by bicycle, bought some gyoza (Chinese dumplings), and went home. Since it was Saturday afternoon, Sannomiya and Motomachi were quite crowded, and the city seemed to have regained its vitality.

Sneak trip to Hakata ~‼️. I left for Fukuoka on Friday night to meet my father-in-law. I took a nap at Miyajima SA on the way and was able to meet my father-in-law safely today. Haruei Chichi, I'm sorry for coming without telling you. After meeting my father-in-law, we paid our first visit to Sumiyoshi Shuhan and were able to secure some Kagoshima and Kumamoto sake. (This may have been the main purpose of this trip⁉️) And at night, we went to Tenjin for motsu nabe (hot pot) and sashimi with live squid. I️was so happy to be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink. But the sake seems to go around quickly, so we returned home after one night. I️was surprised at how urban and crowded it was in Tenjin, Hakata, Fukuoka.
