This is the last in the Shiga Sake series.
It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness and acidity in the mouth, and a very refreshing taste that finishes with a light bitterness.
I had three kinds of Shiga Sake, Taga, Laughing Season, and Nikkoku-Tsuchisei, and I would like to try the other kinds again.
