紫の誇
Today I met my wife's brother for the first time in several years and had a drink outside. We went to a nearby restaurant that boasts sake and is famous for its pork shabu-shabu and oden. We had an all-you-can-drink policy, so this was the only sake we could drink, but we had a very pleasant time.
It was the first time for me to drink Bikuyo. The aroma was gorgeous, and when you put it in your mouth, you could feel a little bit of alcohol, followed by umami, and then it was smooth and dry.
