This is also the Sasaki Sake Brewery in Kyoto, which I tried with one of the bottles available for order at the Co-op.
It is one of the breweries that I have been wanting to visit but have not yet been able to do so.
In December, when we eat a lot of Western food, I learned to pair softer sake with cheese, so I paired it with Camembert. I had a happy time with Yotsuba's solid Camembert.
We had it at room temperature, cold, and lukewarm. All were delicious. I think it would be good with a pizza with only cheese. I will give it a try.

It's been a long time since I've had an alcoholic high-grade sake!
It was delicious with a bowl of negitoro (negi toro-don) 🙏🏻🍶´-

I think it's the winter-only kind! The first bite is refreshingly sweet and tasty, but the aftertaste gets thicker and thicker.
