New sake from Kyoto, Jurakudai. The label is flashy. The aroma of rice is refreshing. The taste is, how should we say it, the middle mouthfeel?
Unlike the flashy label, the taste is very soft, not too sweet, not too dry. I wonder if it is what is called "Fushimi's women's sake. It is smooth and easy to drink, but I would prefer something with a little more character.

It was a gift.
It has a sweet and tasty flavor and is easy to drink.
I wonder if the alcohol taste is still there at the end.
