Happy New Year everyone!
Thank you for your continued support and guidance this year.
I was told that this sake harmonizes well with food,
I chose this sake for my New Year's toso.
Although it has a high alcohol content, it has a clean, pleasant, slightly sweet taste, and went well with the New Year's festive dishes.
Happy New Year, ma-ki-san!
I am not very good with alcohol, but I think sake is best for good Japanese food, so I am trying various kinds of sake.
I look forward to your continued guidance this year.
I was thinking that I would not win again this year because I did not win last year, but the other day I received it by courier.
I am honestly happy (#^. I was so happy to receive it the other day.
Inside the package was a notice that I had won the prize and a map of Japan with the names of all the sake breweries in the country (I couldn't read it).
The smell is moderate, the taste is a little dry, and the alcohol content is a little high.
ORIGIN Acid
Sei Fruity sweetness (not too fruity, but sweet that way)
TURN: Easy to drink
Conclusion Glucose sweetness! The sweetness of the glucose tablets, the feeling of saliva coming out of your mouth Acid
It's very acidic for a daiginjo.
It has acidity, but it is easy to drink and sweet! This makes me worry about drinking too much and the sugar content
I was told by the store staff that this sake was brewed by the family of a famous actor, so I bought it to try it out. I had heard that it was easy to drink, but the name gave me the impression that it would be spicy, and when I opened it up, the aroma was so spicy that I thought maybe I had bought a sake that wouldn't suit me, but it turned out to be right.
It was more peculiar than spicy. It was fresh, but not too sweet, and had a strong, cloying taste. It was a little far from easy-drinking and fruity. It is one of the best things about sake. I felt it was more for those who like it than for the experts.

The sake that is different from the current trend.
It is a type of sake that is served with food.
It went very well with the motsu nabe (≧▽≦)!
Thank you for the sake!
