At home, this was the second Toyo Bijin, this time Ver. Omachi.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, but the sweetness is restrained in the mouth, and the acidity is good. It seemed to have more sharpness than the last one I had...but my memory is hazy.
Well, there is no doubt that it is delicious, and it is a good choice.

Holy purple pride konbanhas!
According to the owner of the sake shop
"Omachi is more robust than the others"
but it was delicious.

Good evening, Erin.
I don't remember the previous taste, but I got the impression that it was easy to drink, not too sweet but not too heavy, a refreshing type. I also enjoyed it.
