The store owner went out of his way to stock it for me! I'm so happy!
What's more, I was able to open the bottle when I went out for a drink with a friend who happened to be impressed after drinking this sake with me the summer before last.
I am very grateful to the store for their thoughtfulness.
Welcome party for Mr. TOMO (⑲2025)
It looks like a sake made by Mitomiku Sake Brewery.
I'm not sure if this is an original from the cost brewery or not.

Mitomiku Ginjunsei Yamahai
The aroma has a fermentation interval aroma typical of yamahai and some ginjo aroma.
There is also a hint of cheese and soy sauce.
The taste is punchy but has a gentle aftertaste.
It is light for a Yamahai and very easy to drink.
Second nigori sake from Mitomiku.
This is the first summer sake in a year, and it is as good as ever.
It has a good taste with a clear, muddled flavor.
The first impression of drinking this nigori sake is the sweet and sour sourness and umami characteristic of nigori sake. It is quite a creamy nigori sake, but the aftertaste is sour and its sharpness. As it is a summer sake, it is good on the rocks with ice.
It is also delicious.
My favorite degree (self-assessment)
