Welcome party for Mr. TOMO (⑲2025)
It looks like a sake made by Mitomiku Sake Brewery.
I'm not sure if this is an original from the cost brewery or not.
I'm not sure if it's the original Cost Sake Brewery or not. I'm not sure if it's the original Cost Shuzo or not.
At Tenya-cho Gotou in Hakata, Japan.
100% locally grown "Omi-no-E".
Aged for 2 years.
Warmed to lukewarm.
The flavor spreads softly.
Deep flavor with sourness and richness.
Production date: June 2022
Mitomiku Ginjunsei Yamahai
The aroma has a fermentation interval aroma typical of yamahai and some ginjo aroma.
There is also a hint of cheese and soy sauce.
The taste is punchy but has a gentle aftertaste.
It is light for a Yamahai and very easy to drink.
Second nigori sake from Mitomiku.
This is the first summer sake in a year, and it is as good as ever.
It has a good taste with a clear, muddled flavor.
The first impression of drinking this nigori sake is the sweet and sour sourness and umami characteristic of nigori sake. It is quite a creamy nigori sake, but the aftertaste is sour and its sharpness. As it is a summer sake, it is good on the rocks with ice.
It is also delicious.
My favorite degree (self-assessment)

Heppoko's Jacketed Series! 🎉🎉
No, there ain't no such series! LOL!
I mean, I drank it at the store, though. LOL!
But...this label.... Don't you care when you see it? Don't you want to drink it? Can you pass it by? I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't! 😆😆😆.
It's like "sake over the summer" that is meant to wash away half a year's worth of dirt ✨✨. I'm sure it washed away Heppoko's dirty heart too! LOL!
If anyone wants to wash something away, please try this 🥰🥰🥰🥰.
Aroma with modest acidity 😊.
Refreshing and refreshing rice flavor with a slight astringency 🎵.
Slightly dry with gradual sourness 😊⚡️
The retro label is a nice touch✨
