At 40, I'm starting to see more and more wrinkles, gray hairs, and other signs of aging, but my biggest problem at the moment is a slowdown in my metabolism.
I used to be able to eat and not gain weight, but now I gain weight the more I eat 🫃.
I've gained about +10kg since I was 20, so recently I've started running, strength training, and skipping rice for dinner to fight my body's attempts to make me fat.
Now, here is the sake for this issue.
The liquor store I sometimes go to has started carrying purple air before I knew it 😍One of the sakes I've been wanting to drink: ❗️
Oh, the aroma is strawberry! It has a great balance of sweetness and sourness 😋.
It's 180 kcal per serving of sake, but it's still so delicious that I can't think of skipping it 😆.

It smells like peaches and sweet 🥰 with just the right amount of bitterness to kick it up a notch.
Eikofuji is still good 😍.

This sake was released at the sake event "Craft Sake Week 2024" hosted by Hidetoshi Nakata and received a great response....

The drink has a fine, slightly carbonated flavor with a slight puchi-puchi taste! Aroma like apples?
Fresh acidity and umami, with a light bitterness.
It was a very refreshing summer sake. ☀️

I have been persistently giving sake gifts to my dad's friends for about two years now, and recently they have finally gotten into sake😏.

I went to Shirakawa-go 🙏.
I heard there is a doburoku festival in October. I had no idea. They were selling doburoku ice cream. I wanted to eat it because it was too hot, but I couldn't because the store was not open 😢Gassho-zukuri, I could see something nice 😁.
I didn't have time to eat, so I quickly bought a cup of nigori (nigori sake) that was around there.
When I got back home, I looked carefully at Hourai and W's Watanabe Sake Brewery ⁉️ and found that it was delicious!
