I had it on a trip. It is a delicious sake with a refreshing & robust flavor. It went perfectly with the kaiseki cuisine at the ryokan. Very good. ★★☆☆☆
I bought this sake at the foot of Kumamoto Castle. I was nervous because local sake like this can be a bit of a disappointment, but it was a very orthodox and stable junmai sake.
I paired it with the kaiseki cuisine at a hot spring ryokan, and it went perfectly with all of the dishes. It was especially good with fried and simmered flounder and takikomi gohan with seafood!
because my hot friend chose it, it tastes more delicious than ever. hint of passion fruit, full body, very smooth texture, and sweet. you will be full of passion after.
