At home. The other day I went pottering around the Hikone Castle area on Lake Biwa in Shiga. At Sazanami Sake Shop, I bought a bottle of AZUMA series Houzuki, which was introduced to me by Taga Co.
The aroma was gorgeous, the mouthfeel was smooth, with a little sweetness and umami, and the basic taste was light and dry, with a refreshing finish. I️ tried funazushi for the first time, but it sank me.
