When it comes to sake in Shinjuku, you may be surprised to know that Isetan! But Odakyu Harc also has many interesting sake products. Is it the buyer's preference that there are many Hourai in the lineup? Here is Kaygetsu, which I drank at a tasting event. It was my first sake, but this sparkling one was the best. She is from Fukuoka, and when she was working in Paris, she fell in love with the sake sold there and got a job at this brewery 😅She explained to us how unique sake is. In a way, I guess it is a reimportation⁉️. She said that she travels around the country with her husband to promote Kaygetsu. If you see her anywhere, please support her! Putting aside the long preamble, the overall sake we tasted was modern and powerful, but we got this sparkling one. The toji-san said that the "shuwashuwa" was added afterwards, as he is very particular about his sake. He said that he is particular about adding the shuwashuwa after the fermentation of the sake because it changes the taste. It was just like champagne! It was a champagne!

Good evening Joe 🌆. I see you like sparkling 😊. I quite like it too❣️ Odakyu Harc, now I want to go there 😁.

Haruei-chichi, good evening 😊 Yes, I like shuwashuwa. Please let me know your recommendation for shuwashuwa 🎶. Odakyu Hulk has some interesting, albeit unassuming, drinks, so be sure to stop by!

Now Tokushima is conquered! The first time I went to Tokushima! At Isetan This is the second time I bought a jacket. I was able to reconcile with my cat 😂. This is rich, sweet, tasty, and very delicious. I've been slacking off on posting my sake updates lately, but I have to do it! It was so delicious that I was inspired to upload it again! I would prefer this to Akirika, which I bought together with a packet of sake. I like fruity and modern 😊. I went to Tokushima on business a long time ago, so I was trying to remember if there was anything impressive there. I remember going to a department store in front of the station, and when I looked it up, it turned out to be a shopping mall called CREMENT.

Osaka conquered! This is Aki-shika of the Purchased at Isetan, a department store with an established reputation for its sake lineup. As expected, it has a clear, pure sake-like alu feel. It has a good outline. It has the core strength of a sake that does not pander to the latest trends 😊. I compared it to Miyoshikiku. This one is more modern and has a distinctly different stance.

This is a glass from Friday's Vietnamese food pairing in Aoyama. The front and back are white wine and this is the only sake. Maybe white wine + sake pairing is a summer staple ☺️. The aroma of the wooden vat brewing, the crisp astringency and the round texture on the tongue. It has a strong alu feel, but I would pair it with bonito spring rolls. The marriage of 🥦fresh aroma of live vegetables and the vigorous seven spears of the wooden vat, is wonderful. Sake has broadened its range and there is a rich variety of dishes to pair with it 😆.

Joe, good morning ☀️. The fourth one ❓️ If you see something like this at a restaurant in Tokyo I️wonder if I can eat it as it is or if it is a condiment 🤣.

The fourth one was a salad, which I mixed with dressing and ate 😂It was a creative Vietnamese dish, so I came home impressed that Tokyo has such a wide range of fashionable food (lol) as a former countryman 😂.

This is also Bizen Omachi. The meat to be served with this dish is venison. The chef's wife is a hunter. Too cool! One of the pairings, austere and gutsy oaky flavor that is typical of sake. I'm not a fan of red wine tannins, so this sake and the orange wine that followed it were not overpowered by the depth of flavor of the meat. It has a strong character, but is compatible with the delicacy of the dish. This restaurant has an interesting way of pairing Omachi and unfiltered raw sake with the food, rather than pairing a spicy, light sake that is more of a food sake. Mmmm. Sake, this kind of pairing is also very deep 😆.

Good morning Joe 😃. We hope you enjoyed the pairing 🤗. I think gibier and the acidity of the sake yeast might go surprisingly well together 👍.

Hello, Haruei Chichi! Yes, the gibier and the sake yeast was a perfect marriage. I would never have come up with this kind of clash of personalities on my own, so this is the best part of drinking at a restaurant 😆.

This is also at The Osare Tokyo, a creative gibier cuisine restaurant in Shimokitazawa. One of a variety of specialty sake pairings including white wine, orange wine, Estonian beer, etc. It's been a while since I've had hot sake! And Bizen Omachi! I thought it would be a hot sake, but it has a mellow texture and was aged for a while. It was a bit cloudy and a bit alcoholic, but it was a good balance for the mochi-mugi salad and the dojo-no-pot.

It's Saturday night in Shimokitazawa. I may have not been to Shimokitazawa since I was a student at the Honda Theatre, and I got lost in the redeveloped station building...sorry. Following the Friday night sake dinner, which may be updated later, sake and white wine seems to be the standard pairing for creative cuisine these days. Here is the first glass of this creative gibier dish. The first glass of this creative gibier dish was a glass of Kangiku or Narumi, both of which are well-known in Chiba, but this one was also very tasty, with a rich, deep sweetness. The passion of the chef and the two people in charge of sake makes this a very enjoyable restaurant. To accompany this dish is an appetizer of junsai and zucchini.

Hello, Ponchan! Yes, it was a dish full of originality that I can't explain what kind of dish it was. They said it was Japanese food based on gibier. It is fun to discover and enjoy eating and drinking according to the recommendations 😆.

It has been a long time since I have had a brewer. It has a strong character with a distinct alcohol taste that comes through clearly, without much of the raw feel of a light nigorigo. I drank a lot of water so as not to get drunk and compared it with Yoshidagurau. This one is classic, Yoshidagurau is modern.

My husband, who is a gentler drinker, recommended that I try it, and I tried it. Wow, it is exactly my favorite. It is sour, lactic acidic, sweet and sour. Sorry for my stupid comment like "I have a headache". I knew about Tedorigawa, but I didn't know about this one. I heard that "u" is "Yu" for kindness and "You" for you. Yes, it has depth and depth and yet is light. I recommend it as a summer refreshment 😆. But the snacks were cheese hamburger steak and menchikatsu (fried pork cutlet). Are you a high school boy⁉️?

This is Akabu, which I chose on a hunch, thinking 😅 how this is a great work of the soul. It is said to be polished to 30%-5%. I didn't notice much when I drank it, but it was aluzoe. It is refreshing and tastes good for summer. The aroma is subdued. Is it a big business? I can drink it without thinking about whether it is a big business or not, but it is refreshing. I think it is a little too elegant for my taste.

DATE SEVEN, which Danna, who is a loser, pre-ordered and got! I was saving it for a special occasion, but I accidentally opened it yesterday while trying to taste the second day of chrysanthemum 😅. As a result, a comparison of the two types of KANGiku and this one was developed (lol), and the difference became clear. Kangiku is sweet and gorgeously spread out, Beyond C is fresh and sweet, and OCEAN 99 is sweet and bitter, greeful. Both are in the current line, and I prefer them. This DATE SEVEN is quite guttural, with a classic alu feel and a deep body. I would say that KANGiku is a white wine and DATE SEVEN is a red wine. Hmmm...it's very deep 😆.
Japanese>English
Good evening, joe😄 Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you 🤗I'm jealous of the DATE SEVEN that your husband pre-ordered and got💦It's a brand that's not even produced anymore! (It's like a red wine 🤗.

Here's a comparison of Kangiku drinks. I prefer this one to the Beyond C that I just had! But as I compared them, I realized that it is hard to say which one is better than the other! I realized that it is hard to say which one is better than the other. This one has a slightly stronger alu flavor, which may be the reason for the sourness. It is less sweet and refreshing, just like the wind in May on the Kujukuri-hama beach!

The rice polishing ratio is 29%. After drinking, I was convinced. It is like a HanayoYuyu! But my husband, who is a Hanayosu lover, says that this one is less glamorous. I wonder if it is true😅. It tastes clear and clean. It has a gentle and soft taste among unfiltered sake. It opened with a bang, but the petitiveness was subdued. It tastes sweeter and gentler than the OCEAN NINETY NINE we compared.

I was ⁇ when I was told that the loons are highly recommended, but I ordered them anyway. I like new things😅. I didn't know it was from Nagano Prefecture! I didn't know that. This is also a daiginjo, but perhaps because it's a nama sake, it has a nice balance between the two extremes of richness and freshness. To be honest, I don't remember much after reaching this point 😂, so I can't upload all of it and write about my impressions, but anyway, I found something good in this one! I chose this one when I was told that I could open a sparkling wine. Kido is highly rated, so I tried the sparkling with high expectations. It was cloudy and very smooth. I made love to it! The flavor is darker and more acidic than the previous basho, with a burst of fresh fruity flavor. It has a distinct personality for a daiginjo, which I like 😊.

It is an izakaya specializing in sake. I chose this izakaya for a party with my high school seniors because it has a good selection for a chain restaurant, but I should have chosen a better location even if it is the same chain. However, my senior, who used to avoid sake because he gets drunk easily, said, "There are so many kinds of sake, it's delicious! So, I succeeded in expanding the swamp again 😆. I was curious about the Basho Sparkling. It is said to be dry, but it is not too dry, but rather smooth and full. I guess it's a food wine type that goes down easy. It was delicious.

Hououmida was recommended to us as a food sake. As the name suggests, it has a delicious flavor, but is not too spicy or sweet. It was easily cut through 😊. It is a well-balanced sake. I think it has a round and not sharp taste among Hououmida. It perfectly collaborated with the strong individuality of the members: mackerel sushi and salmon roe on rice. Between classic and modern.

This is a sacred turtle that I swung in a slightly different direction in between the Sengoku Festival. Sentori is like this! This is how SENKOKU tastes. It is a little late to say this, but the rice polishing ratio is 90%, which is understandable. It has a deep layered sweetness and a bit of fruitiness. There is no doubt about it. It may be the rarest, but I prefer this one. Sorry, senpai😅.
