Hououmida was recommended to us as a food sake.
As the name suggests, it has a delicious flavor, but is not too spicy or sweet. It was easily cut through ð.
It is a well-balanced sake. I think it has a round and not sharp taste among Hououmida.
It perfectly collaborated with the strong individuality of the members: mackerel sushi and salmon roe on rice.
Between classic and modern.
