The fifth sake at the pep rally. This is the sake we were asked by the restaurant if we had any rare sake. It has a smart, urban appearance. It is thin and has a classic taste. It has a classic flavor. It was a little underwhelming, perhaps because of the unique drinks that came before and after it. I'm sorry 😅. Sorry 😅 As a reminder, here are some quotes The brewery is famous for its "3-nai zukuri" (no oaring, no filtration, and no watering). It is rare that they do not use oar iri, which is generally considered a necessary part of sake brewing, let alone filtration and adding water.

We are still in the middle of a pep rally. This is a noble sake, isn't it? The guest of honor chose this one, and we took it without thinking. Delicious! I was like 😊. This is a unique and gorgeous kijo-zake, among the rush of Shinmasa. It is rich and thick, but not too sweet and ripe. I also drank the Isshaku-Suisei PREMIUM as it was recommended to me, but the PREMIUM was surprisingly ordinary? It was surprisingly ordinary. Moving Saturday is a golf term. It is the Saturday before the final round of a golf tournament held from Thursday to Sunday. Moving" is derived from the fact that the score fluctuates wildly and is generally very rough. What the heck, it's the same as my usual rough round 😭. The sister product "Sunday Back Nine" is the last nine holes of the second half of Sunday = the last nine holes of the final day of the tournament, and I'd like to try this one too if I can find it 😆.

This is the third installment of the Yo no Tori at Osare Izakaya, an Akita cuisine restaurant. The description on the label reads, "You say it is too sweet, but this is the true spirit, we will make it sweeter."😆 It is quite bonny. As a lover of kijo sake myself, this one is my favorite. It is rich and sweet, but also bitter and sour. It has a rich apple and mango-like richness. It goes perfectly with oyako-don (rice topped with chicken and eggs) 🤣.

WBS aired last night that Shinsei has hired a designer as an employee to create their world view. Both the freshly squeezed Isopokamui and this No. 6 are gorgeous and reminded me of the former bestseller "People are 90% what they seem. Visuals are important, too. So, this is X type. I had compared S, X, and R before at my first online offline meeting, but I was too nervous to remember the taste well 😅 S was my favorite, I wrote myself. This X type also has a stable Shinsei-like, clear sweet bitterness with a rich caramel texture. My own comment is that it is more sour than the S and R, but I may not find it that sour. They are not the same year, so the texture is slightly different, a once in a lifetime sake 😊. From Shinsei's website, as a reminder. ↓↓. This is the flagship model, meaning "eXcellent" (luxury edition). It is brewed in the hope of evoking the taste of the first sakaguchi when the No. 6 yeast was created, 90 years after its creation.

At an Osarew izakaya in a certain part of Tokyo, with a wide variety of new political. It was a pep rally for a guy who loves food, started his own business, sold his company, and is starting a new business. We drank 7 kinds of Sake, but I forgot to take a picture of Yamamoto Black and Ippakusuisei Premium 😅. On a quiet note. I had my finger in my mouth when I saw your post about the freshly pressed sake. I couldn't find it on the menu, so I asked and lo and behold, they had the last bottle! Isopokamui" is the story of an old rabbit god. The aroma is faint, and the usual Shinsei sour, sweet and bitter taste is more transparent and easy to slurp up. Personally, I prefer a little more gusto, but the soft texture will become a habit 😆. I saw Sato-san on WBS yesterday 😆.

Continuing with Hasegawa's Kakunouchi @ Tokyo Station on my way home from golf. This was a great way to heal my depressed heart 🤣 after a meta-meta score, and it was so delicious that it woke me up, so I'm uploading it here so that I don't forget it from last year. I'm the type of person who likes to compare drinks at kaku-uchi, so I chose Ame-go-tsuki first, and then this one, which didn't seem to fit, but I thought it was OK. Sorry. But, contrary to my expectations, I really liked this one. I can't express it with my poor vocabulary😅. I thought it was so rich that I wanted to roll it around in my mouth forever ‼️. I know it's only available in November, but I'd love to have another chance to taste it this year 😆. Quote from the website ↓↓ Six "Mu" in this sake. Unfiltered" - as it was collected Unpasteurized": Unpasteurized sake with a rich flavor. Unpasteurized: Fresh, unpasteurized sake. No bubbling: The natural effervescence of the sake is preserved. Unpasteurized" - bottled on the day of the first tank The fresh taste was pursued "unselfishly". The dignified acidity and sweetness of rice harmonize to produce a sharp fruity taste. It has a light and modern taste.

I failed to upload it last year, but it was so good I didn't want to forget it... I haven't uploaded the one from Tokyo Off-line Meeting at all 😅... This is one of the two drinks I had on my way home from golf last month. I have a bad habit of getting sucked into Hasegawa's Kakunouchi in Tokyo station when I go golfing on the Shinkansen 🤣. This is Amego no Tsuki with a Showa-era retro label. It has a fruity, sweet flavor, and a clear crispness while still having a rich sweetness. It has a fruity sweetness and flavor, and a clear, crisp taste.

We are still on New Year's break😅 I am usually very busy, so please forgive me. When I had this at a trendy (lol) buckwheat noodle restaurant in Shibuya before, I thought it was a bit too strong, a little too austere, and not quite right ⁉️. My husband, who is not a drinker, found it and asked me to try it again. I opened it and found it was very tasty with light sweet and bitter caramel and clear sourness. It has a refreshing taste that is typical of Shinmasa. It tastes like a fresh kijoshu. I looked at the label carefully and found that the shape of the bottle is Morning Bell, which means dawn bell. It may have a Buddhist meaning, but personally, it reminds me of the purity of the morning bells of monasteries in Eastern Europe 😊.

I'm uploading the drinks I drank in Yatsugatake on New Year's Day, again, after all this time. I'm still in the middle of 13 consecutive holidays, so I'm still sorting things out. Sorry to those who have already started work😅. This is a gift from an acquaintance in Nagano. Yonezawa Sake Brewery was established in 1907, near the famous "Zero Magnetic Field" of Bunkake Pass. It is fairly close to my hometown, but I think Imanishiki was famous for its tadpoles. It is a groovy company of Kantenpappa, isn't it ← sorry for the local story. Hmmm, fire-roasted junmai daiginjo...not quite my cup of tea, I thought, and took a sip. It is mildly fruity, and even though it is a daiginjo, it has a sweet and umami taste. I think it is more suited for a mealtime sake, but it has a good balance of character and clarity. I'll look for tadpoles next time 😆.

I brought this one to a company team drinking party to compare it with Mizu and Echika. I forgot to take a picture of Mizu and Echika 😅, but the reputation of Shizukanoumi was so good among the sake novice members that I took a picture of this one only in a hurry. Personally, I preferred Mizu to Echika, but I guess it was a bit habitual since it is a sake yeast yeast 😊. The food we paired it with was Arabic food, wild 🤣. Quotes from the website below ↓ The mouthfeel is very light, but it is a meaty type with a strong umami and acidity. It is best to drink it with Italian or ethnic cuisine, chilled at 8℃ to 12℃, and enjoy it casually as if you were drinking rice wine in a wine glass. Mizu no Echika" and "Shizukano no Umi" have the same specifications and are made in different ways, so you can taste the difference between them. We recommend you to compare them to get to know more about the charm of sake!

Here is another reunion in Tokyo, continuing. I was talking passionately about sake, and my friend also wanted to drink some. I asked the waiter what he recommended, and he told me that this was a rare and hard-to-find sake. I wondered if that was true⁉️, but I decided to go with this one, which is ranked No. 3 in Japan. It is a new spring flavor that has a profound, fruity, and softer-than-usual freshness typical of Saku. It is a smart new sake with good balance. Personally, I think I prefer the fresh new sake with a strong character, but I enjoyed it 😆.

It has been a long time since I have met up with friends from the same high school in my hometown. There must be many friends in Tokyo, but there are not many members whose contact information I know, but this time it was a golf connection 😊. It's been a long time since I've tried to break the guard. I wondered how it would be, since I liked the old Moribetsu at the warehouse, which had undergone many changes. As it turned out, it was a great decision. Sawaya-Matsumoto's sake has a sharp impression, but while it has that sharpness, it is also well-balanced, fruity, and clear. A gentle and strong core of Kyome, I guess 😊.

Fukuoka→Saga→Tokyo→Osaka→Okinawa, at the end of Okinawa. At a get-together with the locals, when I told them I was looking for Okinawan sake, they laughed at me and said 🤣 no one drinks sake in Okinawa, so after work I visited two liquor stores and as expected, I was sunk. Sake from Okinawa seems to be available from the second half of December, but it still seems to be hard to find due to low production because of the lack of need. Gakkusshi. A kind lady told me that there was a sushi shop on the upper floor that had sake. Sushi in Okinawa...hmmm...I went to the sushi place, but there was no Okinawan sake, so I decided to go to Hyogo Prefecture 🤣. ...but then I thought, oh! Surprisingly delicious! It's a very good sake. Sweet rice, mellow, fruity and a bit sour. Sorry for the burn, but we ended the week with a delicious end too 😆.

Going back a bit, it was a night in Osaka. This week has been quite a hard one, from Fukuoka to Saga to Tokyo to Osaka to Okinawa. This is the middle day in Osaka. It's been a while since I had a drink with a business partner I used to work with. When I mentioned that I liked Japanese sake, he told me that he had been to a party like this one. I should have gone, but I didn't do enough research 😅. It certainly looked quite interesting. https://prtimes.jp/main/html/rd/p/000000011.000056719.html A quick aside. The sake they had here was basically aluzoe, so I chose this one. It is said that it is aimed to be a food sake, but it had a gorgeous fruity, soft sweetness and aroma, and although I couldn't go to the event, it made for a pleasant evening 😆.

This is my first visit to Saga! This completes my visit to 47 prefectures. This is the first comparison of local sake we had at Ureshino Onsen (hot spring). It is said that this sake was established in the first year of Kan'ei Era, named after Prime Minister Hara Kei, and loved by MacArthur. They collaborate with a certain ryokan in Ureshino Onsen and offer a ryokan-only sake, and this orikarami is limited. Let's take a break from the story. I have been enjoying Hana-yosu recently, so much so that I immediately think of Hana-yosu when I think of orikarami, but this one is robust and reminds me of the good old days. It is fruity, but has a rich, realistic feel. I drank the original Kinmon Tocho and Junmai Ginjo together. Both were very robust! Both were very bold! We enjoyed them quietly while thinking about the history 😊.

Thank you MAJ 😆. Yes, the last one was Saga. I thought the reason why there were no Koei chrysanthemums sold at all is because they are still being taken to Tokyo 😅.

I saw your post and thought, "Mmmm, that looks delicious! I found it at Mitsuya Sake Shop in Nishiogikubo on my way home from golf practice! I️ see that this store was founded in 1926. The name "Denshikiku" is quite romantic. From the name, I thought it would have a gorgeous taste, but to my surprise? It has a neat taste. Maybe because it is a junmai daiginjo. It is sweet and juicy, with just a hint of gas and a clean minerality. It is like a gentleman in a tuxedo.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi! I'm sure you're right 🤣. I thought it would be like a gentleman piling up drinks without saying a word. And what a day off from drinking! I'm surprised to find such a word in your dictionary 😆.

With the total lunar eclipse, we have Gekko. For various reasons, we have several Koei chrysanthemums waiting in the fridge, but with such a beautiful total lunar eclipse, we chose to open Gekko. I could feel the faint crunchiness on my tongue, and the rich sweet and sour taste. Well, I guess Kouei Chrysanthemum may be the one and only. It is said that a rare total lunar eclipse occurs only once every 442 years, and Koeihiku is also a miraculous sake.

Lunar eclipse and moonlight - romantic 😍. I can't see the Uranus eclipse 🤣but as expected of a beautiful woman, her choice is fashionable 👍

Nobunaga⭐️takeshon, yes, I am a super realist and a romantic 😆. The Uranus eclipse was indeed not captured by my phone. Fashionable is... 😅

Joe, good evening.......the total lunar eclipse peeking through the buildings, it's nice to see the city center 👍The sweet and sour taste of Koei chrysanthemum is indeed unique 😳 only the sunburst was too sour for me 🤣.

Joe
Good morning, Mr. Manachie! I tried to create a sense of urbanity 😆←I'm from the countryside, so wow! Sunburst, was it sour and harsh? I am interested. I've only had it when I was a beginner, so I'll give it another try!

Hi Joe, good evening. I have a moonlight, not moonlight, but moonlight in the fridge waiting for its turn, not sure what the difference is, but I'm looking forward to it 😊. Oh, I agree with Manachie, Sunburst is more acidic 😅.

Joe
Good evening, Harry Sakeboy! I'm jealous you didn't get it, moonshine! I'm looking forward to your review instead 😊 Sunburst, I didn't know it was so sour, sourness fanatic? As a sour fanatic, I'm tempted to give it another shot!
