It's Saturday night in Shimokitazawa. I may have not been to Shimokitazawa since I was a student at the Honda Theatre, and I got lost in the redeveloped station building...sorry.
Following the Friday night sake dinner, which may be updated later, sake and white wine seems to be the standard pairing for creative cuisine these days.
Here is the first glass of this creative gibier dish.
The first glass of this creative gibier dish was a glass of Kangiku or Narumi, both of which are well-known in Chiba, but this one was also very tasty, with a rich, deep sweetness.
The passion of the chef and the two people in charge of sake makes this a very enjoyable restaurant.
To accompany this dish is an appetizer of junsai and zucchini.

Hi Manachy 🌞 Yes, the food and drinks were full of attention and love from the restaurant 🍶.
I hope you will be in charge of sake here. I'm sure Manachie-san will come up with innovative pairings 😂.

Hello, Ponchan! Yes, it was a dish full of originality that I can't explain what kind of dish it was. They said it was Japanese food based on gibier. It is fun to discover and enjoy eating and drinking according to the recommendations 😆.
