I received this as a gift from a friend. Thanks!
It looks like a collaboration with Hasegawa Sake Shop.
The aroma is gentle banana type.
The mouthfeel is tangy and spicy.
The middle taste is umami and sweetness of rice.
The aftertaste is refreshing with a spicy bitterness.
It was a delicious sake! It went well with a salty meal (soaked spinach).
The label doesn't go into detail, so the following is from the Internet.
Brewed with 60% Yamadanishiki from Bessho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture as the malted rice and 60% Yukihotaka from Kawaba Village, Gunma Prefecture as the premium rice.
3.8/5
Fruity. I'm getting tired of saying this. Yes, yes, fruity. But it lacks punch. It's fruity, but I would have given it more points if it had more punch.
Following the summer sake, the fall sake, Mizubasho.
The taste is still the same, refreshingly sweet and fresh. I think the aroma is stronger than usual.
I will continue to buy skunk cabbage!
Nagai Shuzo is a brewery in Kawaba Village, Gunma Prefecture. They use water from Ozegahara, and their representative brand is skunk cabbage, perhaps in reference to Oze.
Since it is an autumn sake, I brought it with me on the weekend to accompany my autumn leaf viewing (using public transportation). It is a pleasant season to drink outside! The impression is that it is a dry sake with a slightly bitter taste and umami.

Uesu Wagyu beef at Kusatsu Onsen, paired with the sake. The aroma is restrained with citrus, apricot, apple and lily. Rounded body, slightly sweet, slightly bubbly. Structure is on the slim side, with a medium finish.
