Paid tasting at Tatuliki Shop Third glass Ryu-riki Bizen Shizuku Shu Junmai Ginjo This is a sweet sake that is not what you would expect from Ryuriki. Quite fruity 🥰. The taste is clear and very clean, with no cloying taste at all 🤩. This is a great sake 😍. I want to buy some to take home... but I wonder if I can buy it in Osaka 🤔.

Tatsuriki Shop in the underground shopping center of Himeji Station Paid tasting (from 300 yen) is available at the counter The second tasting Ryuriki Special Junmai Terroir Yoshikawa (I didn't drink other than Yoshikawa, so I can't compare 😅) The aroma is mild. When you put it in your mouth, you first feel the acidity. After you feel the umami, you can cut it easily 😋. This is another one I want to have as a Tsumami.

Himeji's downtown has arrived. I arrived long before the hotel's check-in time, so I thought I'd go see Himeji Castle after all... but it was too hot and I had no intention to go sightseeing😅. I was hungry, so I went to Takopy's and had some Akashiyaki style takoyaki (they say it's Himeji style to put both sauce and soup stock on it), and after strolling around the underground shopping mall, I found this place! A signboard of Ryuryoku You can have a tasting at the counter (from 300 yen). Ryuriki Rice Whispering Daiginjyo Nama Sake Personally, I have a strong impression of Yone no Sasayaki when I think of Ryuriki! We had a bottle of it when it was available! It has a fresh sweetness and a crispness that is typical of Ryuriki. It is a beautiful sake with the delicious taste of rice. I want some snacks with this! But it's just a tasting so no snacks or water will be served 😭

I have a business trip coming up this week, which only happens a few times a year, so I don't want to open any new drinks 🤔. I bought this one I saw at the convenience store 🏪 right in front of my house It's Sandesi from Nishinoseki. It's still midsummer heat, but I'll have a Hiyoroshi 🙏. I can feel the acidity strongly in the cold sake... but in the second half, it is light and disappears quickly! As the temperature goes up, you can strongly feel the sweetness and umami 😋 between modern and classic 🤔. Easy to drink cold, my preference is cold 🥰.

On a three-day weekend, I went to see my second son's dance event at a nearby park. Dancing under the scorching sun! Everyone was exhausted from the heat 🥵. The people watching the event were also exhausted from the heat 🥵. The heat in September is likely to continue, so please be careful! I drank three grains of Dairei summer sake during the holiday weekend. Yamada-Nishiki has a refreshing sweetness that is delicious 🥰. It also has a freshness like 🍇, be careful not to drink too much ⚠️

Different 🐢 from the one I had on Wednesday. Kamerei in Saijo, Higashi-Hiroshima City, is a sake brewery! The liquor store where I bought this sake gives you a paper describing the taste as shown in the picture so you can predict the taste 😁. I don't often buy sake from this brewery for drinking at home because of the image of dry sake, but I found a label that insisted on the polishing method 😳. I was curious and looked at this paper carefully and they let me taste it 😋. I guess it is still classified as dry, but the sweetness of the rice in the mouth is delicious 🥰. After that, the taste quickly wears off with a light bitterness and spiciness 🥰🥰. I bought it because I liked it so much at the tasting, and now I'm drinking it, and my impression is the same as the one at the tasting: a sake that can be enjoyed on its own or with food! I have no idea how much of a difference the polishing makes, but this sake is delicious 🥰.

Launch after-party 🥂. The sixth drink of the after-party: Shinkame Hiyamoroshi It's a very Shinkame-like sake! This can be served cold, but it is cold and warm 🍶. About the time I started drinking this, I noticed a student didn't come back from the bathroom... 💤. I hurriedly gave him a 🚕 ride home😅. I ended up drinking 16 different kinds that day😅. The first Japanese sake bar I went to had a pretty good selection of shochu 😍. I'll try shochu next time 😁.

Launch after-party 🥂. The fifth cup of the after-party: Shinomine Junmai Ginjo Omachi Comparison of Shinomine Next is the Junmai Ginjo Omachi! This one is also refreshingly dry, but a little more umami (flavorful). The overall taste was mellow. But I can't taste the fine flavors anymore 🤣.

Launch after-party 🥂. The fourth drink of the after-party: Shinomine Yuuyuu Yamadanishiki Shinomine comparison First, a Junmai Yamadanishiki! It says "over summer" on the bottle, so I guess it's a hiyaoroshi. It's very dry and has a strong alcohol taste at the end. I can't tell the fine flavors anymore😅.

Launch after-party 🥂. The after-party was at Japanese sake bar squeeze. It was our first visit. All you can drink for 2 hours for ¥3300 If the timing is good, they have Jyushidai and other drinks! The first drink of the after-party: Raku Masamune (middle). We ordered this sake, which is delicious even when it's alsobeerated, for them to drink! It's still delicious! It doesn't have the alcohol taste that is typical of sake with alcohol added, and it has the juiciness of raw sake! Sweet and refreshing 🥰.

Exercise Launch🍻. 10th drink Shinsei LAPIS 2020 Precious Lapis 🤩 that you can't buy now. The manager served it to me at the end: 🙇‍♂ I still like this taste 🥰. But it's not a good sake for drunk people to drink 😅. The first meeting at RIKI ended here! Thanks again for the food 🙏.

Maneuvers Launch Ninth Sengoku x Inomoto Sake Shop 50th Anniversary The base is a classic SENKYO Kame no O. Sengoku is characterized by its acidity, and this one also has a good acidity. It's like a good fusion of a classic taste and a modern sake with a characteristic acidity. But I think Kame-no-o is too refreshing for me 😅.

Exercise Launch🍻. Sixth drink Kouei Kiku Sunburst This is another sake with a distinctive acidity. What are we drinking now around here? I'm not sure what I'm drinking right now😅. The same sake was poured in the same cup, and the student who poured it for me said this one is Shichibonsyari... 🤔. I was like, "What are you drinking right now? Sourness, grapefruit? Sourness, freshness like grapefruit... 🤣 This can't be mistaken 😁. You can't go wrong with this one 😁. I'm glad I ordered something with it that had a totally different quality of liquor 😅. I hope I was able to show off that I'm an adult who knows the difference 🤣.

Exercise Launch🍻. The fifth drink Goshiki Saiun Ashiri The manager brought us a brand from Hokkaido that was recently released and said it was quite good! Junmai-shu with white malted rice! What kind of rice is used? But according to the website, it's Ginpu and Hokkaido's rice suitable for sake brewing! Although it is made with white malted rice, it is not that sour, but a sake with a pleasant acidity and a delicious rice flavor. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to pair with meals.

Exercise Launch🍻. The fourth drink, Sairai Yojo-no-Kaze My colleague who went with me ordered Sairai, which he had never had before. The elegant sweetness is followed by a light acidity, and then it disappears in a flash! The name "Yoi-no-kaze" (evening breeze) is very chic 🍃. It tasted better than the Sairai I had before 🥰.
