Exercise Launch🍻. Second glass: Tasake Junmai Ginjo Benkei This Tasake is a first for me too! I like Tasake, so I'll drink it with high expectations! A sweet and tasty sake. This is also delicious 😍 But... the students were more impressed with the sansho 😅

Exercise Launch🍻. Launching with the students who came for the experiment from May to July. The restaurant was RIKI at my discretion. Sake missionary activity has started! After 🍺, here we go! The first cup of sake We'll start with the bubbly 🍾. I've had this many times and it's perfect for summer! The gas has settled down since it wasn't sealed, but there are bubbles in the glass! The students had a nice reaction, "Oishi~, is this sake? They had a good reaction 😁. Sometimes I take a picture of the food. Sashizori (sashimi) from the course that was brought to us as a small service 😍.

Flower buds fruit I hadn't seen in a long time, I took them home. It's so easy to drink 🥰. It is juicy like a pear with a hint of sourness. It has a slight bitterness at the end, but it's there so you can drink it without any hesitation. This was delicious 😍.

Typhoon 🌀 itself has weakened. But the damage from ☔️ is terrible all over the country😱. I hope there will be no more damage 🙏. I can't even go to work because it was forecasted to hit Kumamoto 🌀, so I have to drink 😋. The sake I was drinking during the typhoon 🌀 was... The last sake from IMADEYA's hanpukai Probably my first sake from this brewery 🔰. If it wasn't for the hanpukai, I wouldn't have found this sake! Overall quality is high 🥰. It's refreshing, but has a strong umami flavor, and goes great with grilled squid, truffle salt nuts, and other snacks 👍. Well, I had a good drink 😁.

Typhoon 🌀 is moving so slow that all transportation in Kumamoto city has been suspended for two days tomorrow and the day after 😱. Thanks to this, I'm forced to go to work😅. Supermarkets nearby have empty shelves for water, bread, and retort foods like during the earthquake😳. You all are well prepared for a life as a shut-in, aren't you? I also tidied up my balcony in preparation for 🌀 Well, now that I'm off work (working from home to be exact), let's have a drink today 😁. The drink I'm having this week was given to me the other day for a drink out. Urachiebijin It tastes like 🍍🥰. The bitterness afterwards resets your palate so you can drink more and more 🤣. I quite like this one😍. It's hard to keep it down so I don't drink too much😅.

Purchased at a liquor store I had not visited in about a year during Obon vacation I tasted two kinds of wine that I liked and bought both! One of them was a bottle of Kiku no Tsukasa's sparkler 🎇. I don't remember drinking Kiku no Tsukasa, so I guess it's my first time 🤔. I opened the bottle carefully because it said "be careful when opening ⚠️", but it didn't blow out and the bottle was opened without any problems! There was no automatic stirring, so I started with the supernatant. It is quite dry but has a hint of sweetness and umami. I wonder if this feeling of being able to cut through the bottle is like a sparkler 😁. Mixing with corkage increases the flavor 🥰, but you can drink it in summer too ☺️ The chili gassiness is also a sparkler 🎇.

I received this from a colleague whose parents live in Akita😊. Chokaisan Sandesi The day I drank it, I had my annual physical exam. This year, I found out that I am growing well... I guess it's a growth spurt 🤣. I know I've said the same thing before, but this is a deliciously spicy sake! It's pretty dry but has a strong umami flavor. This one is dry but I like it 🥰.

I don't know what's going on, but the last two weeks have suddenly gotten a lot busier 😂. I still have some work to finish, but at least on the weekends I can think about my favorite drink 😁, but I work on Sundays too 😂. Next month (exactly one month from now) I'm going on a business trip for the first time in a while, and I'll be working in Himeji. It's a business trip during a consecutive holiday, but I'm planning to go back to Osaka since I'm off work until the day after the last day of the business trip (I've already booked 🚄 and accommodation since it's a consecutive holiday). Now I just need to find some members to have a drink with me 😁. Now, the review of alcohol is the one I drank a week ago. Toyo Bijin's Sake Mirai It was delicious and did not disappoint 🥰. It tasted sweet but not bland and was gone in 2 days 😁. I wish I could have bought it by the bottle 😍

Kuyou Masamune, a brand that came out last year from the Kumamoto Sake Brewing Research Institute, famous for its Kororo. Junmai-shu Summer Nama-nama from the Kumamoto Prefectural Sake Brewing Institute, famous for Kororo. Last year, we drank Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake, which was quite tasty, so we had high expectations for this one as well 😁. At first it was nice with a moderate sweetness 🥰. Maybe because it's a summer sake, it has a strong acidity. The second half is a bit heavy 😅the heavy part of classic sake is showing 🤔.

Obon, but my wife only has time off according to the calendar. It was a rare three-day weekend with nothing to do, so we took a one-day trip to Kuju Yume Suspension Bridge in Oita Prefecture. It took 2 hours one way 🚗The weather was very nice but it was hot 🥵. The wind was nice on the bridge though. Here's what I drank when I got back Kudoki Jr. It's been a long time since we drank at Jr's house. It has a firm sweetness that is typical of Aizan. The spiciness comes from the robust umami in the second half. The overall impression is heavy, but the spiciness at the end resets it and makes the drink go down smoothly 😁. It's been a while since I've had Jr.

Nabe-sama is always at the liquor store, so I tend to put it off, and the next thing I know, I'm not drinking 😳. It's been a while since I've bought a bottle of Nabesama's Tokujun. The bitterness from the clean sweetness. This bitterness is just right for summer 🥰. I can drink more and more 😁.

Last week was a week of summer vacation, but I was reasonably busy watching the Olympics at night and doing housework during the day. I was worried about my favorite gymnastics because of the ace's poor performance... but the youngsters have grown up and made a great result 🏅. I was so excited at 3am I couldn't sleep 🤣. I was really going to go out on 🚲️ to plop down, but it was too hot 🥵 to be a hermit 🤣. I had Hanami Romanji🌸 to watch the Olympics. It's spring sake and it was sitting in the fridge 😅 It's a solid sweet sake, just my kind of sake 🥰. The aftertaste is also very sweet! But you know, in summer, I want to drink something a little more refreshing 😅. but it was gone in 2 days 🤣.

Here's another sake from the Imameya hanpukai Tsuchida no Namikoshi Tsuchida is a sake that I have not had much chance to drink so far. Impression of a brewery that produces a variety of challenging sake I wonder what this one tastes like 😁. Gorgeous aroma, fruity sweetness and quite easy to drink 🥰. I can easily drink it by itself 🤣.

I noticed that there were only a few bottles of sake from the Haiyamaya hanpukai GUITO in the fridge, so last weekend I was taken out for a long time to buy some 🚙. It's the sake from the Imameya hanpukai, Ryusei 🐉. I enjoyed it while remembering how robust and spicy the Ryusei I drank before was! As I expected, it is not a flashy sake, but you can feel the umami flavor. It is not as heavy as I felt before, and although it has an astringent taste, it is easy to drink 🥰. It was delicious 😁.

Offline meeting last~. The 17th drink Fudo Comet Dry I got the impression that this was a very dry sake. I thought it might be light because of the comet used, but it felt surprisingly robust 😅. I remember it was screaming to be heated up 🤣. The first party is over now. After that, we went to a Yakitori restaurant owned by a friend of Mr. Chidorisaki. I don't have any photos of the after-party, so I won't review it here 😁. I remember Mr. Chidorisashi persistently asked the cute waitress how old I looked 🤣.

One of the two types of drinks that I ordered after the all-you-can-drink time was over, but we decided to have a few more. The sixteenth drink Chiebijin I like Chiebijin, but I don't pick it up very often because I think I can buy it anytime 😅. It tasted like Chiebijin with a firm sweetness... I'm sure it was 🤣.

14th cup Houou Mita Mikumari I got the impression that it was sweet but light and easy to drink (it should have been 🤣). I don't often drink Houou Mita at home, I want to drink it at home next time because I feel it is delicious when I drink it at a restaurant 😋.

The second half of the offline meeting, the last spurt, and the drinks are pouring out! The 13th drink Tenjiku Tenjiku (Heavenly Peace) The next three were brought by the manager on his own at the last order, but I don't remember the detailed taste 😅... Let's start with the sake from Shimane I don't think it's the one you drink in the second half of the meal. It must have tasted a bit delicate and was too good to be drunk 😅.
