Off-line meeting in Fukuoka is still going on 😋. Off-line meeting 3and4 Sono Kangiku OCEAN99 Shiroginoumi Snow Sea 2021 6years and 5years comparison👍. We started with the 2023 5years old. It has a rich flavor and a slightly matured feel, and I felt more umami than sweetness. Next is the 2024 6year old, which has a very strong sweetness! This one is delicious on its own. My first impression is that everyone likes the freshness of 2024. However, as you continue to drink, the 2023 5year old goes well with the meal and is very tasty😍! Both fresh and aged have their own merits and both are delicious 🤩. Everyone who attended the event said they were enjoying sake with their spouses! I felt very envious 😊.

Off-line meeting in Fukuoka at Tempura Taka 🎉. The second drink was Yamamoto Turquoise Blue! Yamamoto, a brand that I used to drink a lot, but I've been drinking it rarely lately. (It's not that I don't like it anymore, it's just that there are so many things I want to drink that I haven't gotten around to it.) This one is not so much dry as it is refreshing 😋. At the usual Fukuoka Off-line meeting, everyone orders their favorite sake! (I guess this style is because everyone is strong 😁) But on this day, they shared the same sake 😊. (All orders were two gou each though 🤣)

When I decided to go on a business trip to Hakata, I asked Mr. Gura to organize an off-line meeting in Fukuoka 🙏. The place was Tempura Taka, a Japanese restaurant. Participants were me and Gura-san Rika-san My subordinate, Mr. 🐤, and four others. Except for Ms. Gura, it was the first time for all of us💓I was very nervous to go to the venue. We started with a set of drinks and snacks (5 kinds of tempura, etc.) recommended by Fukuoka members! We each chose our favorite sake, but everyone started with a sake toast 😁. The first sake was Chitose Tsuru Fuyu Higuma Mild Nigori Nama! We all ended up with the same one! It wasn't freshly opened, but it was good for a toast because you could feel the fizziness of the sake 🥰. You can also feel the umami of cloudy rice and it's delicious! It also has a sourness that goes well with meals 😋. The long night begins here!

Second day in Hakata The second round of drinks at the second restaurant after motsu nabe Another Fukuoka sake! Hakata Ipponjiki The label gives the impression of dryness, but this is another sake with a strong umami flavor. This is another sake with a strong umami flavor 🥰. The aftertaste is refreshing and very easy to drink. This izakaya is located in Hakata station, but the price was very reasonable 😊. Sashimi platter and two other snacks! We both drank two glasses of sake and it was less than 5,000 yen!

Second day in Hakata Today, I ate motsunabe at Hakata Station with my coworkers! I was full, but I wanted to go to the second restaurant to drink sake! Let's drink Fukuoka sake! First time at Dragonfly! Here's my favorite Wakanami sake! It is sweet and tasty 🥰. Not bad with sashimi either! Glass (110ml) emptied quickly 🤣.

We compared drinks at Sumiyoshi and went to Hankyu's sake corner before returning to the hotel. I saw a sake from Ikegame that I'd never seen before, and the name definitely says it all 😍I took you there! I was going to bring it home with me but... I opened it 🤣. This is a gorgeous sweet sake 🥰. It's a bit like cotton candy? But the sweetness isn't too heavy, so it was gone in a sandesh 😋. I'll buy some as souvenirs 😁.

Last to drink at Sumiyoshi Sake Sales KURASHIN, pure rice with a fresh yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast This is a robust sake with a strong flavor! This one would be great warmed up. We had a dish called "Uruka" (salted sweetfish entrails) as a snack. The bitterness of the entrails and the umami of this sake go together very well 😍. I have to study tomorrow morning, so I'm going back to the hotel now!

Comparison of drinks at Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery The third one is Takaraiya V. It is a robust but light sake (Sorry, it's hard to tell. 🙇‍♂). It has a strong umami flavor, but the spiciness finishes it off nicely. The salted fish snack goes well with it.

Comparison of 4 kinds of sake First, let's start with Fukuoka's sake Tanaka Shigo Junmai It has a refreshing sweetness and umami flavor, but it is easy to drink. Delicious on its own 🥰. I feel like I can taste more umami than before.

Souvenirs from a trip to Nagasaki (2) Sake purchased at Amu Plaza in Nagasaki I was attracted by the limited sake shop... limited is not a fair word 😆. The taste is classic but rich 🥰. The taste is classic but rich 🥰 The sourness, sweetness, umami, and spiciness rush into your mouth 😆. When I warmed it up, the sweetness settled down and I felt the spiciness and bitterness. I prefer it cold to warm 🥰. When warmed up, it changed into a refreshing and easy to drink sake 😳.

Souvenirs of your trip to Nagasaki Went to Amu Plaza in Nagasaki Station 🚙 to buy lunch and souvenirs. I bought sponge cakes and ate Goto udon noodles before going to the liquor store in Amu Plaza 🍶. This liquor store only had three types of Nagasaki sake: Yokoyama, Kinegawa, and Rokujyosu, so I bought two types (Rokujyosu and Kinegawa) that they said were only available at the liquor store! I opened this bottle as soon as I got home 🍶. As described, it is a classic type of sake! The acidity is followed by umami and sweetness, but there is also a strong spiciness from the alcohol! Better chilled (room temperature) than chilled 😋. Since it is an unfiltered sake (this specification seems to be original to the sake shop), it has a robust and solid taste and is very drinkable! Classic sake is good sometimes 🥰.

We just took a vacation to Nagasaki's Ioujima Island for a trip for two. We had lunch in Nagasaki's Chinatown? Lunch at Chinatown, penguins, and hot spring ♨️ at a hotel in Ioujima. Nagasaki sake comparison at the restaurant for dinner! The last one was "Hiran"! It said that this was distributed only in Nagasaki prefecture! Rich sweetness and sourness with a little richness😍. A little bitterness and spiciness in the second half. The first sip felt very Tamagawa-like 🥰. This is a sake that can be enjoyed on its own! It was quite a lot of sake since it was all half a gouge 😁.

Welcome to Nagasaki, TOMO🐧. Hiran Classic's fire-brewed sake certainly has that image 💡. The Nama Sake that comes out this season is a pichisuwa type with an increased lactic acidity and it's also delicious ✨.

A light sweetness and sourness spreading to a delicious flavor. It is a beautiful sake with little bitterness and was delicious with Unzen pork mushroom hot pot 🥰.

First up was the Reimei Junmai Ginjo! This is not an Okinawan sake 😁. It has a rich sweetness, bitterness and spiciness. The sweetness is not fruity but more like a Japanese sweet. This brand is new to me but quite tasty 🥰.

I haven't been drinking heated sake since it hasn't gotten very cold, but I finally opened a bottle of this one that I bought for heating sake. The brewing year is 2020, so it has been aged for more than 3 years! First, it was served cold. It has a slightly peculiar taste with a sense of maturity from the acidity, and it finishes with a spiciness! It is delicious in this way. Warmed, the acidity stands out and the spiciness finishes with a refreshing umami taste. When heated, the acidity becomes less pronounced and it becomes a dry sake that is very easy to drink 😁. I prefer it cold to warm 😋. It tastes similar to Sairyu from Nara 🤔.

Next is Junmai Is the aroma the same as the Honjozo? I can't tell the difference😅. Taste... this one has more acidity than sweetness at first. It tastes very refreshing. Is this one also light in taste? I don't find it as spicy as the honjozo. But I think Junmai is more refreshing and easier to drink 🤔.

I saw him at a convenience store and brought him home. Comparison of Honjozo and Junmai Let's start with the Honjozo. The aroma is soft and sweet when you open the bottle (the website says it has a lot of ethyl caproate). The taste is described as sharp, but it is surprisingly sweet 😳 but not strong, and the spiciness of the alcohol comes in the latter half of the bottle. Sweet but light and dry As I drank more, I felt this sweetness was a little persistent 😅.

Urasato, which has never had much to drink. Maybe it's because I usually drink after I'm drunk 😅, but I wasn't impressed. I read a review on sakewa that this Urasato tastes better after a long time after opening, so I took my time and enjoyed it 😊. First day, mild aroma, fresh sweetness (like 🍇), bitterness from light sourness. I don't find the acidity as strong as your post 🤔. Taste is fruity but the aroma through the nose is graininess Day 2 I think it has more sweetness... Some 🍇 feeling but sugar sweetness in the second half Still bitter at the end Third day very well balanced and easier to drink 😁 obviously sweeter than the first day 🥰. Fifth day Not much change from the third day? Maybe the sweetness has calmed down a bit 🤔. But the bitterness at the end is still strong I think I prefer it after the third day.

Your first drink I was looking for a sake to buy at IMADEYA when I saw MAJ's review of this sake and it looked delicious, so I bought it 😁. Rigel also recommended it, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. I see, the sweetness and sourness are good 🥰. I thought the sourness was similar to that of Senkou, but the raw yeast yeast in the second half is very Shinmasa-like 😁. But it has a more robust flavor than the Shinmasa, with a robust bitterness at the end... this is a good sake 😍. You might think I'm a pervert when I say good sake, but this is legit modern sake 😁.
