We are returning to Kumamoto - Mie by 🚙, but stopping in Kagawa and Tokushima at the request of my wife. Today we visited Kompira-san (⛩️). The stone steps were hard for a middle-aged man who lacks exercise 🥵. We arrived late, so the storehouse at the entrance was closed, but we bought this at a liquor store on the approach. Kinryo Setouchi Olive Junmai Ginjo It is said to be made with olive yeast, but... I don't know about olives 🤣. Not much sweetness, spiciness from sourness. Quite a refreshing sake I haven't uploaded any sake from Kagawa, so I'll have to keep a record of it!

I wanted to sit down and have a drink, so I went to my favorite bar. The prices here are all-you-can-drink (food not included), so you can drink without hesitation 😋. I had a lot of drinks, but I only took pictures of Kachikoma, Gakki and Shiragiku😅. Gakki is a honjozo (honjozo is a brewed sake) but it's really gorgeous and tasty 🥰. Kachikoma is also a honjozo, but it's more dry and tasty 😋. Tosa Shiragiku, I had an image of it being dry, but I didn't feel it was too dry, it had a strong umami flavor 🥰. I don't have a picture of it, but Mimuro Sugi no Nigori was easy to drink and a great drink 😋. I think I drank a lot of shochu in between 😚. I was drinking at the counter, but in the latter half of the session, I was passionately telling my love for sake to another regular whom I had never met before 😅. After leaving the restaurant, I finished with ramen (ramen) for the first time in a while!

The third drink of the standing Koliki Lastly, I asked the manager for a recommendation... and he recommended Sogape... I knew I was getting something that wasn't on the menu 🤣. The bottle may be wine, but it tastes exactly like sake 😋. The sweetness of the rice and a hint of sourness is pleasant 🥰. But the magnum bottle is very powerful 😁. The person next to me was drinking craft beer, which I was really curious about, so I'll try that next time 🍺. I'm going to leave now because more and more RIKI regulars are coming to the counter: ☺️

Second drink at the standing Koriki Fukkai UMINARI It's been a long time since I've had Fukkai! The label on the back said it was dry, but I didn't feel it was too spicy with a strong umami flavor 😊. It was really good with oysters in oil 🥰. It also went well with fried chicken 😋. The manager of Koriki and RIKI was running the restaurant as a one-man operation, which was something new for me 😁. The staff came to help out during the meal, but it was the manager's younger brother 😳.

I finished my work for this year. I need a drink after a refreshing visit to the beauty parlor 😋. First visit to RIKI's standing bar Koriki, which opened last week! First visit to standing bar Koriki! It is very stylishly designed, with a counter and two tables that can accommodate 6 or 7 people. In summer, you can drink outside. There were many other drinks on the menu besides Sake, but I only had my eyes on the Sake 😅. There were about 10 kinds of sake listed on the blackboard. All priced at 600 yen per glass (Shinmasa, Tasake, Sansho, Jikin are all the same) I had the Jikin first! It had a fresh gassy, 🍍-like aroma and sweetness. It has a full-bodied umami flavor and finishes nicely 😍. Jikin is a stable flavor after all 😁. This delicious Jikin is 1000 check-ins 🎉! It seems like it was a long time, but it went by so fast... Now that I've reached the end, I'll take it easy from here on 😁.

Two types of clouds in the mountains for drinking Then here Zaaaaaaaaaaaaa SWEET The aroma of this one is also 🍍. In the mouth, it has a firm sweetness and flavor😍. Some people may find it too sweet, but there is a faint bitterness, so I don't find it too sweet 😁. I prefer this one as I like rich sake 🥰.

Clouds in the mountains buy in bulk and compare drinks It's been quite a while since the last goo-go-goo😅. Today, we compared two kinds of drinks 😋. Let's start with Zaazaaa. The aroma is light 🍍. In the mouth it has a fresh 🍍 aroma and a light sweetness, but not too sweet! Very refreshing and light on the palate, with a light bitterness at the end 🍍But light and refreshing, this is easy to drink and seems to go well with food! When the temperature rises a little, the aroma becomes very gorgeous 🤩.

A little early birthday celebration this weekend as my wife's birthday is this week 🎉. My wife doesn't drink sake, so we'll have Kava 🥂. Here's what we drank afterwards Hana-no-Kou no Shinshu🌸 The aroma is a ginjo aroma with a light sweetness The taste is sweet, but with a hint of sourness and spiciness. Is it drier than usual? The second half also has a strong alcohol taste 🤔. I preferred the fire-brewed Sakurabana from last season that I drank the other day 😞.

After Party of Year-End Party at Work A small group of sake drinkers came to the party, including Mr. Stand Yellow, who was at the Kumamoto party the other day! This place is reasonably priced, but the sake lineup is quite good 😁. We had 8 kinds of sake as shown in the picture, but since it's too much trouble, the review is my favorite, Tamagawa 👍. Tamagawa's naturally brewed Omachi is my favorite sake! It has a rich sweetness and umami, a caramelized taste like aged sake, and a long aftertaste! I haven't had it recently, but it's still very good 😍. I wanted to drink as much as I could, so I bought the all-you-can-drink menu... but the conversation was so lively that I couldn't drink as much as I would have liked 🤣.

1.5 of workplace year-end party Next is Nabeshima We shared what my co-workers ordered! I felt this one was even drier than the other one! It was a little less sweet and a little more astringent. But it was very easy to drink, so it was gone in no time at all 😋. Finished in 20 minutes at a standing bar! Go to the after-party!

Last Friday was the department's year-end party The first party was a standing buffet party at an Italian restaurant 🥂. Of course there was no sake, so we had to quench our thirst with sparkling wine! We gathered the members at random and went to the after-party... but the restaurant was crowded and we had about 40 minutes to spare... We went to the after 1.5 meeting at a standing bar. We started with dry Mimuro cedar. Although it is called "dry", it has a light sweetness on the palate, and after the umami taste, it is quickly cut off. I guess it is quite refreshing for a Mimuro cedar 🤔. There was no alcohol spiciness.

Thank you for holding an offline meeting in Yokohama👍 Participants are Ane-san Yuka-chan ichiro18 missamisao Five of us The restaurant is located in the basement of a building with an entrance on the way to the exit of Kannai subway station 🤣. The drinks are too cheap here 😍. This time we got the premium all-you-can-drink deal and each of us could drink one pre-drink (90ml) from the list...that's +1650 yen 😳. I can't drink enough of this list alone 🤣. Ane and ichiro18 have posted photos of the drinks we drank, so please refer to them 🙏. Mr. Noriguchi, some of the more astringent sakes were on the list 😁. It's a rich and umami strong sake 🥰. This is the kind of sake I would like to have heated 🍶. How could I not drink too much if I was shown such a great list of sake 😂. I don't even want to think about how much I drank 🤣 Well, it was all 🙆 because it was fun!

The fifth drink of Noge alone. Wakamusume, Ruri Karakusa, light nigori It's cloudy as usual... not light nigori 🤣. Very easy to drink! There is some nigori flavor and bitterness, but overall it is light and clean 🥰. It's a delicious sake but... the previous sake was very strong and it's not enough for me when I'm lightly drunk 🤣. I drank in the wrong order 😂. But it went well with the grilled oysters with cheese 😋. I was very satisfied with a lot of oysters and good sake 🥰. I'll come back again when I'm in Yokohama on business 😊.

The fourth drink of Noge alone. The name of the yeast is S.tokyo! It's the only Kanagawa sake in this store! Rich sweetness, like a noble sake😳. A little bit peculiar, but not perverse. It's like a dessert sake that you drink with a sip and sip! I personally love it😍.

Noge one person drink third drink Next up... Nishinomon Junmai Daiginjo Miyamanishiki Arabashiri I've been curious about this Nishinomon for a long time, and now I've found it! Unlike the previous two, it had a light sweetness and a new sake-like gasiness. It has a nice sharpness and was empty in no time 🤣. It went really well with steamed oysters! The fried oysters were huge and delicious 😋!

Drinking alone at Noge after work yesterday 🍶. The place was Morotsuyoshi, which I've been curious about for a while. Oysters and sake are the best 🤩! The first two sakes were left to the manager! Taiheikai 1314 Probably my first time (I've been forgetting a lot of things lately 😅) It has a strong umami taste and is delicious 🥰. Sweet but not in a fruity way. A little melon at the end. Not sure if it's a good pairing with raw oysters 🤣

We were tasting and selling Fukui sake at the conference venue😳. Tasted the most expensive Bon Junmai Daiginjo 😁. Fukui's Sakahomare polished to 35%! Beautifully rich and mellow, but with good sharpness 😋. Definitely a good sake 🥰! Too expensive to buy though 😂.

Yokohama claim from today Tomorrow I will have to use my head from early in the morning, so I decided to go to bed early and had a shumai bento and 🍺 (craft beer from Yokohama) at the hotel.... Then it was not over 😂. I found some Omachi at Kitano Ace in Sakuragicho 😜. I have no choice but to buy it since it's a sake brewer's yeast yeast and Yumachi 🤣. I had it cold and it's very robust and dry from the umami-guchi taste. It's a classic Junmai sake with a delicious flavor 😋. This is the kind of sake you want to heat up 🍶.

A little bit of a tangy gasiness on the palate, followed by a lot of pineapple. Pineapple followed by a light spiciness that is quick and clean. I guess it tastes like something reminiscent of a hana-hiyo-bathing. This is the kind of wine that makes you want to drink more and more 😋. The third picture is the statue of Rufie at the Kumamoto Prefectural Office and the ginkgo leaves 🍁. I've lived in Kumamoto for 16 years now, but this is the first time I went to see the ginkgo trees in front of the prefectural office😅. Many high school students were taking TikTok videos with the ginkgo trees in the background 🍁. I saw a lot of high school students taking TikTok videos with the ginkgo trees in the background 🎥.
