The fifth drink of Noge alone. Wakamusume, Ruri Karakusa, light nigori It's cloudy as usual... not light nigori 🤣. Very easy to drink! There is some nigori flavor and bitterness, but overall it is light and clean 🥰. It's a delicious sake but... the previous sake was very strong and it's not enough for me when I'm lightly drunk 🤣. I drank in the wrong order 😂. But it went well with the grilled oysters with cheese 😋. I was very satisfied with a lot of oysters and good sake 🥰. I'll come back again when I'm in Yokohama on business 😊.

The fourth drink of Noge alone. The name of the yeast is S.tokyo! It's the only Kanagawa sake in this store! Rich sweetness, like a noble sake😳. A little bit peculiar, but not perverse. It's like a dessert sake that you drink with a sip and sip! I personally love it😍.

Noge one person drink third drink Next up... Nishinomon Junmai Daiginjo Miyamanishiki Arabashiri I've been curious about this Nishinomon for a long time, and now I've found it! Unlike the previous two, it had a light sweetness and a new sake-like gasiness. It has a nice sharpness and was empty in no time 🤣. It went really well with steamed oysters! The fried oysters were huge and delicious 😋!

drinking alone in a field of one's own accord The second of two kinds of leave it to us It was gakki 😊 They forgot to put it on the menu so they only serve it as an omakase 😁. Melon 🍈. Melon in both aroma and taste. Sweet and rich, but beautiful. No bitterness at all 😳 Not good with raw oysters😅. It's a really good sake on its own 🥰.

Drinking alone at Noge after work yesterday 🍶. The place was Morotsuyoshi, which I've been curious about for a while. Oysters and sake are the best 🤩! The first two sakes were left to the manager! Taiheikai 1314 Probably my first time (I've been forgetting a lot of things lately 😅) It has a strong umami taste and is delicious 🥰. Sweet but not in a fruity way. A little melon at the end. Not sure if it's a good pairing with raw oysters 🤣

We were tasting and selling Fukui sake at the conference venue😳. Tasted the most expensive Bon Junmai Daiginjo 😁. Fukui's Sakahomare polished to 35%! Beautifully rich and mellow, but with good sharpness 😋. Definitely a good sake 🥰! Too expensive to buy though 😂.

Yokohama claim from today Tomorrow I will have to use my head from early in the morning, so I decided to go to bed early and had a shumai bento and 🍺 (craft beer from Yokohama) at the hotel.... Then it was not over 😂. I found some Omachi at Kitano Ace in Sakuragicho 😜. I have no choice but to buy it since it's a sake brewer's yeast yeast and Yumachi 🤣. I had it cold and it's very robust and dry from the umami-guchi taste. It's a classic Junmai sake with a delicious flavor 😋. This is the kind of sake you want to heat up 🍶.

Clouds in the mountains. The third one is go-o-o-o-o-o. I got this one from RIKI before and it was delicious, but I didn't give it a great review then 😅. I'll try it again 🙏. Aroma of 🍍. A little bit of a tangy gasiness on the palate, followed by a lot of pineapple. Pineapple followed by a light spiciness that is quick and clean. I guess it tastes like something reminiscent of a hana-hiyo-bathing. This is the kind of wine that makes you want to drink more and more 😋. The third picture is the statue of Rufie at the Kumamoto Prefectural Office and the ginkgo leaves 🍁. I've lived in Kumamoto for 16 years now, but this is the first time I went to see the ginkgo trees in front of the prefectural office😅. Many high school students were taking TikTok videos with the ginkgo trees in the background 🍁. I saw a lot of high school students taking TikTok videos with the ginkgo trees in the background 🎥. There were so many couples and high school students........

The second bottle of clouds in a mountain of six different types bought in bulk. Zaag zaag. I can't really tell much about the aroma😅. Light gasiness followed by juicy sweetness. The acidity is nice and not too assertive👍 Finishes with a light bitterness Aromatic and clean sake, also delicious 🥰.

It's time for heated sake 🍶. So I bought some Shinkame! And it's a four year old Yamahai sake! Not much color, just a hint of yellow! The aroma is... the aroma of Shinkame (those who have had it know what I mean, right?) First, I'll have it with hiya 😋. The mouthfeel is mild, with nuts🥜 and caramel. Then comes the spiciness with a kick! Let's have it hot and topped up like the sake shop owner told us to! The strong nutty and caramel taste is gone, and it tastes smooth and soupy. There is a spiciness at the end, but it's much easier to drink now 😳. Personally, I can't get rid of the unique flavor of hiya 😂.

When I went to buy Toyo Bijin, I saw a snowman for sale at the point of sale: ⛄️ How many years has it been? They said be careful opening the bottle so I opened it carefully but it opened normally 😚. No automatic stirring either. Let's start with the supernatant. It tastes pretty dry. There is not much sweetness and it runs out quickly. Maybe it tastes dry because of the strong gas 🤔. When mixed, the rice flavor increases, but it is still dry 😋. This is a nigori that goes well with meals: ☺️

I was going to open Yama ni Kumo (Clouds in the Mountains) in turn... but I opened this one to drink the new sake while it's still new! Toyo Bijin's directly pumped nama-zake😍. It has a 🍇 sweetness followed by a spiciness that is refreshing 🥰. The taste is strong but not too strong 😳 It's a great drink that goes down easy 😋!

The first bottle of Clouds in the Mountains that I bought in bulk is Carrara Carrara. The aroma is faintly pineapple It is lightly sweet and still has a pineapple🍍 feel to it. It finishes with a light bitterness in the second half. This is a very refreshing type. I think it's good as a food wine 🤔. I drink it by itself at home so I don't know about the marriage 😂. The impression is totally different from Goh Goh Goh 🤔. It's light and easy to drink 😋.

This one was purchased at IMADEYA in Sakae The light fizziness gives way to a gentle sweetness on the palate! The sweetness is like muscat 🥰. It has a smooth mouthfeel with a light bitterness at the end, but it disappears quickly and easily. It is a very gentle and beautiful sake, probably because it is brewed with very soft water👍.

With the price increase this fall, the price of Hana no Ka has gone up quite a bit 😭. This is the one I bought before the price increase (quite a while ago) It's been sitting in the fridge, but it's usually sweet and delicious 🥰. But I might hesitate to buy it now that it's over 2000 yen due to the price increase😅 The new sake that came out the other day was 2,600 yen (I bought it 🤣) I don't have enough pocket money 😭

This one was also purchased from IMADEYA. Not very strong aroma. A little fizzy and fresh sweetness 🥰. No bitterness, just a spicy kick 😋. It's a sweet and spicy refreshing drink that can be enjoyed on its own or with food👍. The name of this is five (FIVE) but the label looks like a Z 🤣.

Sake I bought at IMADEYA in Sakae when I went back to my parents' house. They explained to me what it was all about, but I don't remember 🤣. I was curious about the look of it and bought a packet 👍. It's an unfiltered raw sake from Omachi 🤩. The first sip is spicy. But there is sweetness in it. Second sip, strangely it is not spicy but mineral 😳. Finally, bitterness and spiciness Omachi brewed with hard water has a very unique sake quality! It's not the type of sake that you can drink easily, but it's a good sake to enjoy slowly 🥰.

Here's another one I put to sleep. I don't know when to take it 😂. It has the feeling of a fresh yeast yeast, but the fruity freshness is like a white wine 🥰. I drank it over a few days and it didn't change (deteriorate) that much, it was delicious 😋.

We also had omachi with it. Fruity sweetness, then umami and finally bitterness! Definitely my favorite taste 🥰! Hanamamu is not in my neighborhood but now I can buy it in Kumamoto so I can drink it easily 😁.
