The third one is Stand Yellow. I was curious about this place too! I asked the owner about it, and he told me it was affiliated with a Japanese sake bar I often go to😳. We had a three-sake drink comparison! The 14th-16th drink of the day! Miyazumi Fukunokou Omine 3 grains Yamadanishiki Mimuro Sugi Bodhi Hashiwado I don't remember the detailed taste anymore 😂. Miyazumi, I love the rich taste 🥰. Omine is consistently sweet and delicious 😍. Mimuro Sugi's Bodai Hashiro is also rich and delicious 🤩. These three were very satisfying for the palate that wants to drink something sweet! The party ended here! As I thought, Kumamoto members drink a lot 🤣.

The second off-line meeting, Hashigodaka. I'm full after eating Oden even though it's the second restaurant😅 The second (13th) cup Sharaku Junmai Ginjo Akaban Omachi I saw Sharaku's Omachi so I ordered it 😍. It was a little more refreshing and dry than I expected 🤔. It went well with the 🍢 soup stock 😋. I imagined it would be sweet because it was Sharaku... I had a sweet tooth and went to the third place!

Off-line meeting No. 2, Ladder Taka We went to this restaurant that we had been curious about for a while. Oden and Japanese sake (sake and shochu) are the main dishes! The first (12th) drink of our second visit Kyuyo Masamune - Kyushu limited edition Junmai-shu I was curious about this Kyushu limited edition of Kyuyo Masamune 😳! I forgot to buy it so I was lucky to have it here 😁. Kuyou Masamune has a strong umami flavor and is delicious 🥰.

The last two drinks at RIKI were put together Tenth glass, Houou Mida, Blood Orange. Liqueur. There were only a few left, so we shared a glass on the rocks Delicious orange juice! 11th glass - Kure Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi. I've had a CEL-24 sake from Kurei before, but this was a different kind of dry sake 😋. Not as dry as my impression of the old Kochi sake, but it was refreshing! The all-you-can-drink time ended here: ⏳️ Except for the Houou Mita liqueur, we all shared 1 gou of sake, so we could still drink more 💨

Let's keep going 😋. 9th cup: Ko no Tsukasa Akikaze I got the impression that this was well-balanced and tasty (my impression is getting more and more doubtful 😂) I bought another sake (frontier) from Takashi no Tsukasa on my way home from my parents' house last month, so I have high expectations for that one too 😁.

More to come 🤣. 8th glass - Wolf Flame Junmai This was an interesting sake 😁. The manager said on the menu that he was looking forward to more of this sake! It had a firm juicy sweetness and umami that I like 🥰. I also felt a little bit of a tangy taste, so it's not for those who like beautiful sake 😅.

I guess this is the first house back here. The 7th glass: Kirizukuba Special Junmai This sake arrived when I was really engrossed in the conversation... I think it was a dry sake with a nice sharp taste 😅I wasn't impressed much 😂. This was from a brewery in Urasato 😳

When I come to RIKI, there are so many things I want to drink that I can't stop 🤣. Drink #6: Sancho Ni Nozomi I tend to drink it as a toast, but I had one for a break 🥂. But it was out of gas and didn't taste like San-do 😅. Personally, I like this sweet and gassy San-do 😁.

The party is not over yet🍶. 5th glass: Nabeshima Harvest Moon Special Junmai This one also had a refreshing taste. It has a good umami and is delicious though. I haven't bought any seasonal Nabeshima this year, I think I'm drinking it all outside😅.

Off-line meetings are still going on. 4th glass: Packed sake Junmai Daiginjo Koshi-tanrei I thought it was super light when I saw it on the menu 🤣. Koshitanrei is the name of the rice. It tastes light and refreshing even though it's a packaged sake. I was not wrong about the super-temperate taste 🤣.

Kumamoto off-line meeting continued The 3rd cup: Jyuseki Shuku Junmai Ginjo Aki-agari I personally don't like "hiyaoroshi" and "akiagari" so I don't buy them at home (although I sometimes buy them 😅) I don't feel much sweetness and it tastes clean and dry with a good sharpness. The fried mehikari is really good and it went well with this 😋.

Continuing with the post from the recent Kumamoto offline meeting 🍶. The second glass: Sentori Akatombo It has the acidity typical of Sentori, but it's not as assertive as I thought it would be, and the bounce is nice and delicious 🥰. I didn't (couldn't?) buy it this year. Akatombo I'm glad I got to drink it 😁.

Off-line meeting in Kumamoto held at usual RIKI 🎉. Participants were Mr. kapiyot, Mr. Chidorisoku and myself. Mr. and Mrs. honda were too busy to join 🥲. The manager was not available, so there were no off-menu sakes, but we had a good selection of sakes from the menu, from regular to new to us 😋. I don't remember much of the taste when I drink outside (I drink too much and forget 🤣) so my impression is just for reference 🙇‍♂ First glass: Tasake Junmai Ginjo Akita Sake Komachi The price of Tasake has gone up due to rising prices 😭 It was delicious with the sweetness and flavor typical of Tasake 🥰.

Today was Sake Day 🍶. I was going to open a nice one because I had a good thing going, but I still had some summer sake in the fridge, so let's open this one! Kyuyo Masamune Junmai Ginjo Summer Slightly sweet! It has a pear-like sweetness 🥰. Light on the palate like a summer sake, it seems to go down smoothly!

The results of the August physical checkup have come back. Hmmm, not so good 😨. My liver is not bad, but my metabolic system... 😅 I need to cut back on sweets a bit 😞. Kyuyo Masamune Jun Dai Sweet and sour like grape 🍇. Maybe I'm being pulled in by the impression on the label 😂. I drank it over a few days and the impression didn't change, it tasted much better 🥰.

I bought it to drink on the 🚄 ride home, but forgot to get a cup 😫 and had it at home! It's been a long time since I've had Houraisen. The website says this is a light sake, but I think it's a pretty robust type 🤔. It's stable Houraisen. I thought it would be better with a meal, so I tried it with yakiniku and it didn't go well with it 😂. I enjoyed it after dinner as a nut🥜 snack 😋.

Last week I took a vacation and went to my parents' house 🚄. I haven't had a chance to go home for 3 years. It's been 3 years since I've been back to Aichi prefecture. My parents are old enough to go home, so I went to see how they were doing, and I'm glad to hear that they are doing well so far 😊. Since I came all the way here, I ate various things I wanted to eat (special ramen at Sugakiya, tenmusu at Jiraiya, chicken wings from Sanwa, kishimen, teppan napolitan, and miso katsu). Miso nikomi udon, miso oden, and hitsu-mabushi are not. I didn't have time to eat them🥲. Now, here is the sake I drank at my parents' house Nagoya Summa I thought it was a sake brewery in Aichi, but it was in Gifu🤣. Neither my mother nor my sister drink sake, so I chose a small bottle that I had never seen before! It was a low-alcohol sparkling sake. It was very sweet 😅. Before returning to Kumamoto, we visited Nagoya Castle, climbed the old TV tower, and bought some sake at IMADEYA in Sakae 🚄.

Two days after the Kobe meeting, we had an off-line meeting in Osaka 🎉. Participants were Mr. Uma Uma Uma Uma Rafa papa kan-san Mr. Kyuzo Hirupeco Yasubeyesan Kaorin Ms. Masha Bouken My 10 members Since bouken-san wrote about the details of the drinks we drank, I will describe one drink that left an impression on me. DECADE 10 years old sake We shared one of the heated sake we ordered at Hirupeko's table! It tastes similar to Shaoxing sake 😊. I don't mind this kind of thing 😁. By the way, it took a long time for the heated sake to arrive after ordering 🤔. It's a bit problematic to wait that long for all-you-can-drink with a time limit (and it was lukewarm 🤣) Despite all that, it was a fun party and we thank you for staying with us until the after-party. 🙇‍♂

It's been about 2 weeks already... We had an offline meeting in Kobe 😁. The participants were Robin Mr. pyonpyon Mr. Yoohee Four of us The party was to start at 19:00, but Mr. Robin told us we could come early, so we arrived at the restaurant after 18:00. It was my first time to meet Robin, but she was very easy to talk to and I was relieved 😊🍺 and soon after we were talking while drinking, two people arrived! The party is about to begin 🍻. After quenching our thirst with 🍺, Yoohee-san brought us some drinks 🍶. Hanzo Junmai Daiginjo Orikigarami Nama-zake Just the name alone makes me think it's delicious 🥰. As expected, a very tasty sake😍. It's a good sake with a beautiful, yet not tiring taste 😋. Besides this, I also drank Saku, Fukuju, Mugyozan, Nito and many more 😊. Yoohee said he had to work the next day, so let's call it an early night... But when I came to, it was around 23:00 🤣. Time flies when you're having fun 😁. Thank you all for your time 🙇‍♂

First day of business trip to Kobe On this day, I had a casual drink with a colleague from my former job. After preparing our stomachs at Bokkake no Taku (Photo 3), we had sake at Sake brewery! The only Hyogo sake on the menu was Banshu Issen! We started with this one, I had four light glasses of sake to prepare for tomorrow! Here is just one of them! Hanyou Otokoyama Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake My first brand Mild aroma, strong taste 😍. Similar to Tamagawa's naturally brewed series. My favorite flavor 🥰. This is a great sake find 😁.
