The exchange games ended today. Bay finished 10th this year😅The Pacific League is strong. I'm going to get myself back on track. I'm going to drink some sake to take my mind off things. I'll have an ice breaker after that 🐧I think summer has arrived when I drink this.
I remember I drank too much last year, so I will have it with cider. The aroma is robust like a sake yeast yeast yeast. When you sip it, you can feel the lactic acidity and sweetness of the sake. The alcohol content is high, so it is best to drink it with cider or ice in summer.
Good evening 🐯.
The exchange game didn't do anything good for the Central League, 🐯.
I'm sure Tamagawa has something with a higher alcohol content. Try it next time 😁.
Good evening, Ane-san. I'm not sure if it's true or not, but Pa was very strong 🥲Tamagawa has a lot of high degree ones. I'm going to try it in the winter 😊I think 14 degrees is just right for the season these days.
Taken by my sons on Father's Day at Akashi kinomi (izakaya).
I had it on the rocks.
It has a good balance of umami and acidity. The flavor is rounded out by the gradual melting of the ice.
It was a modern type of sake with more of a sake feel than I expected.
I guess my expectations were high because it was recommended by the sakelabo.
It was delicious, but not my favorite.
This drink is here again this year ♫
It has a unique lactic acidity due to the sake's raw yeast structure, but being a semi-gin, it is well-balanced!
I also like to drink it on the rocks too: ✨️
It's starting to feel a bit like summer, so I had a glass of Tamagawa Icebreaker from the Kyoto Kinoshita Sake Brewery. The style of this sake, which is served on the rocks, is very easy to drink. It has a cool and refreshing taste with a strong aroma.
The first sip...the sweetness jumps in first. The alcohol content is high, so you can enjoy a slight tingling sensation in your mouth.
The second sip is served on the rocks with ice...the sweetness disappears and a pleasant bitterness appears...another sake with a different taste.
The sweetness, spiciness, and acidity each come with a bang. It has a slightly banana-like aroma.
It is too strong when drunk on its own, so it is just right when drunk on the rocks.
Personally, I felt it was a bit classic.
I think it would be good warmed up.
It's time for this drink again this year 😁.
Tamagawa Icebreaker🐧.
Many posts have already gone up on Sake no Wa 😊.
I bought it in a bottle this year!
Straight up on the first day of opening the bottle.
This year's flavor is less sweet and more pungent.
It also has a caramel-like bitterness that is typical of Tamagawa.
When drunk at room temperature, the sweetness and bitterness become more pronounced to my liking 🥰.
The thick backbone is the same as usual, so it definitely doesn't lose its flavor on the rocks 😋.
Hi tomo 😃
Here we are, drinking and drinking heron repeatedly 😆 I saw it at the liquor store the other day and went through it 😅.
This summer is the time! I think I will probably drink it.
