As I was choosing my next saké after emptying the "Yamagata Masamune Natsuno-Junmai", Shima-san recommended "How about this one? I chose this one as my second sake.
Ice Breaker Tamagawa Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake.
This is the perfect sake for this season to be served on the rocks, but it has been sitting in a liquor store for 5 years. ✨️
Shima-san says it tastes great without ice, so we had it at room temperature 😋.
Raspberry? It has a matured aroma like berries, smooth taste, slight sweetness and bitterness in the back of the throat, and a full-bodied matured aroma that passes through the nose and finishes with a full-bodied aftertaste similar to whisky.
The taste that remains in the mouth slightly softens and softens with water, so if you drink it like a whiskey [one drop], the image may change again 🤔.
I drank it at room temperature as it is, but the taste is quite addictive 🥰.

It's been a while since I drank an Icebreaker. I drank a lot of sake at a sake party, so I decided to drink it on the rocks.

Taste: Sweet at first, but gradually becomes spicy. There is also a sour and bitter aftertaste.
