Apparently, I've gained weight recently😅.
Oh well.
I eat a lot 🤣.
It's been a while since I've had a breeze.
They said they shipped about 1600 bottles.
I'm lucky to be able to buy it👍
Lightly fruity and clear
I knew it would have a mild taste
It's so delicious ✨
Slightly spicy with a delicious taste.
I was happy when I drank it with grilled fish.
Postscript
After a few days, it became a slightly sweeter Fukushima-style sake.
Thanks to the sommelier of Chiyotaki!
Young green apple followed by sweet pear aroma🍏🍐.
In the mouth comes a smooth mouthfeel with a rich sweetness 🥹✨and then comes a beautiful acidity, but then the bitterness of that acidity extends to the end 😭.
This sake is seriously a definite repeat!
Fukushima Prefecture, really too awesome ❤️
Purchased at Suzuki Sake Shop in Minamisoma.
It is only a draft sake and has a fruity and shwashy taste.
It is not too light, so it goes well with traditional sake lovers like me!
Aroma like young peaches.
Fruity sweetness on the palate.
The texture is fine.
The sweetness quickly fades away, and the rice flavor comes lightly.
The pungency and bitterness give it a smart taste.
It has a clear cut.
It is deliciously spicy.
It goes well with food.
Good.
Degree of liking ☆ 3.5/5
Welcome party for students ⑤.
The last drink of the first party 🍶.
I drank the other day and it was delicious, the wind blows
Fresh and sweet, with just the right amount of umami and the taste of rice 🥰.
It's still delicious 😊.
I asked the students to compare Shidaizumi and Kaze Kuki, and the results were interesting, with two distinctly different tastes 😏.
Both of them had never had a proper sake before, so they were surprised at how good it tasted 😁.
The welcome party ended with a promise to go out for sake after the seminar!
After seeing off the students, we went to the after-party with the usual members 🍶.
