Petit off-line meeting, the ninth drink: Toyo Bijin, Jyundo Isshu, Kame-no-o. I love the Jundo Ittou series 🥰. Overall, Toyo Bijin's sake is sweet, but Kame-no-o is a bit refreshing~! My memory of the taste is getting doubtful 🙄.

8th cup "Iraka The first drink at the much talked about Iraka 🥰. Chidori-san's birthday was coming up, so I asked the manager to celebrate and this is what came up! And this Iraka is a limited edition from Koyama Shoten 😳 (nothing special on the label, but there was a tape on the gap that said "special")! This was delicious 🥰. Probably the best 😋 I drank that day. It was rich in flavor but not sweet or anything like that, I don't have the vocabulary to convey it, but it was delicious 😍.

Petit off-line meeting seventh drink, Tedorigawa (no photo) I forgot to take a picture of this one 😅I doubt the order in which we drank them, but I'm sure we ordered them to refresh ourselves after the sweet ones! A crisp and dry sake, just like Tedorigawa! I'm not the type to drink it at home, but this is delicious 🥰.

Petit off-line meeting, the sixth drink: Oze no Yukigoroke (snowdrift), peach-colored nigori (nigori) My favorite Oze Yuki 🥰. Ama~y sweet sake 😋. kapiyot-san didn't like it, but I love this rich sweetness😍.

Petit off-line meeting 5th drink: Sancho Ni Nozawa It's a stable San-do 😁. I think it is often ordered as a toast 🥂, but since it is a Kumamoto sake, you can drink it any time in Kumamoto! So you can ask for it whenever you like (just my opinion)!

Petit Kumamoto Off-line Meeting The fourth drink: Yamamoto test brew Ippozumi My image of Yamamoto is a light drinker, but this one had a strong umami taste (probably) 😅. I was so excited at the off-line meeting that I kept drinking at a high pace, so I don't remember the taste well 😂.

April 12 Petit Kumamoto Off-line meeting The third glass: Kaze ga Kowaku Yamahai Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu First time to drink this brand 🔰. Soft sweetness and acidity typical of Yamahai, and then it cuts through quickly. The aftertaste is dry. It goes well with a meal 🥰.

April 12 Petit Kumamoto Off-line meeting About half a year has passed since our last meeting, so I was contacted to have a drink. Unfortunately, not all of us could make it, but 3 of us (Mr. kapiyot, Mr. Chidorisashi, and myself) had a drink 🍶. The place was the usual RIKI, and of course we had the all-you-can-drink sake course 😁. First glass: Jikin's Omachi! All you can drink, but I could drink only one glass of Jikin👍. It is a stable taste 🥰. It tastes more like Jikin than Omachi 😁.

Newspaper Sake You can't go wrong with a unique taste. The one that was shipped a year ago (kept in the store for almost a year) Not sure what it tastes like on the first day or shipment, but it's quite bitter 🤔 not very sweet. It doesn't taste twisted at all, so that's a relief (though I doubt it since I have a nose attack from a cold 🤣) Second day, it feels sweeter than yesterday 😁. It still has a bitter taste, but it's sweet and bitter and quite to my liking 🥰.

I bought it last summer, stored it to heat up in the winter and forgot about it 🤣. I had it with warmed sake 🍶. Overall, it's mellow 🥰. It's good and delicious 👍 Tamagawa's sake should be heated!

Oriental Beauty's mellow road of one's own, which I end up buying. This time, it is a directly pumped raw sake! Rich sweetness and umami 🥰 It has a freshness typical of nama-zake and is rich but easy to drink. I'm the kind of person who drinks too much 🤣.

The 🌸 have bloomed, but the cold weather is back and I want to drink heated sake🍶. Speaking of heated sake, we have Shinkame and Hikosago today! When I was a new employee (25 years ago 😅), my boss at the time recommended a heated Shinkame sake and I was hooked 😋. I was in Saitama at the time, so I could get it anywhere and drank it often. The managing director at the time (a very famous person) passed away and was replaced by a new one, but the taste has not changed and they have been making good sake ever since 🥰. It tastes great chilled, but it really shows its true value when heated 😋. It's not flashy, but it's very relaxing 🥰. I enjoyed it with iburi gakko 😋.

Today I turned another year older. My son, who is leaving for Kanto tomorrow, went to Fukuoka yesterday and bought me a bottle of Wakanami for my birthday 😍. I'm going to keep this one for a while longer. I'm going to keep this one for a while longer and today we will drink it at home for the first time 🥂. At first, I thought the acidity of the sake's sake yeast was assertive, but I could taste the umami and minerality of the rice, and it finished with bitterness 😋. As the temperature rises a little, the umami and minerality become more pronounced than the acidity 🥰. It's like the acidity is bringing all the different flavors together 🤔. I don't have the vocabulary to describe it well, but it's complex but cohesive and delicious 🥰.

Wakanami Junmai Ginjo Wakanami is still delicious 🥰. The robust umami can be enjoyed on its own, and the slightly spicy flavor of the second half goes well with the snacks (on this day, iburigakko and bamboo shoots) 😍. The only problem is that you can't buy it near me.

Went to Chateraise to buy ice cream and isobe mochi (rice cakes) 🚙. While looking around the store, I found a sake I had never seen before😳! Chateraise had bought a sake brewery! I was told that this sake was a Shateraise exclusive, so I bought it! It has a mild ginjo aroma and tastes clean and sweet with a crisp finish! It's not a trendy fresh fruity sake! It is more of a classic junmai ginjo 🤔. If you are interested, try it at Chateraise 😁.

New Sentori from this season It seems to be well received by everyone's postings... When I drank it outside at the end of the year, I remember that I had an impression that the Modern Zero was somewhat refreshing and not like the previous Sengoku (it was delicious as a sake 😋). I bought a bottle of Hi-ire to savor it at home. It is a refreshing sake with acidity like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. The acidity is more effective than the one we had at the end of the year. I wonder if it is a Nichinichi or Shinmasa strain. The impression does not change much after a few days, and it is a clear and deliciously acidic sake.

Here is the last sake, Bodai Sen Sake made with Bodai yeast from Bodaiyama Shorekiji Temple in Nara. This sake is made by Kuramoto Sake Brewery! It has the sweetness and acidity typical of Bodai Hashiroshi, with a faintly distinctive aroma 😊. This one is delicious too 🥰. I haven't had Kuramoto sake yet, so I'll have to look for it! This concludes my son's graduation & job hunting celebration! I hope he could feel the depth of sake 😁.

This is an old wine aged in barrels. Aroma of oak, caramel and slight bitterness 🥰. I guess this is similar to brandy or Shaoxing wine 🧐. Seems to go well with tzatos and the manager said it tastes great on the rocks with ice made from coffee 🤔. I would love to drink it 😆.
