The name alone makes it sound delicious 🤤.
The aroma is not that spectacular.
It has a beautiful sweetness followed by bitterness and umami 🥰.
Not light, but not heavy either.
It can be drunk with a meal or on its own 😋.
Koroh is a solid classic sweet sake (haven't had it lately 😅), but this is a modern classic (more modern than Junmai sake)

Maybe because it's a summer sake, the sweetness is quite subdued.
But it has a strong flavor and bitterness that gives it an omachi feel 🥰.
We drank about 3 more types of sake after this one, but I forgot to take pictures and was too busy talking 🤣.
The next day (today) we were told that the sake we purchased from a Tokyo liquor store would arrive, so there wasn't much major sake available that day, but I'm sure we'll be back soon 😁.
I've seen Shichiken around a lot, but I don't think I've ever had it, so I asked for it 🍶.
I was just in the last minute of drinking it so I couldn't really smell it😅.
The taste was refreshingly citrusy and sour 🍋.

It's a nama-shu, but it's a strong sake because it's Shinkame 😋.

They made me do a personality test while drinking this 🤣.

Last drink at Chicken Mountain
It is a stable Jikin 😍.
My coworker who was drinking it with me said it was similar to Huayouyu and he couldn't tell the difference😅.
I also felt 🍍 at the first sip of this Jikin.
Overall, I think Jikin is more cohesive.
I was so hungry after eating dashi chazuke at the end of the meal!

It's been a while since I drank a black cow.
I ordered it while I was buying Kachi-yo with the free shipping coupon from Kagiya 👆.
I bought another bottle, but the one from that time was broken in transit and this one was sticky with alcohol 🥲.
I opened the bottle to drink it as soon as possible.
No aroma, little sweetness and sourness when cold.
Slightly gassy feeling from the raw sake.
Overall beautiful but a little hard 🤔.

The third day after opening the bottle, there is not much sweetness when it is cold.
As the temperature rises, umami and bitterness come out.
It has a beautiful but robust umami, and makes me want to eat oden with soup stock 🍢.
I didn't heat it up this time, but I think I'll have to go with heated sake for Kurogyu!

It's been a while since I drank Kudoki-Ue at home 😁.
Taste-wise, I prefer Jr, but I brought this one home because it's a super-cost-effective sake at just a little over 2,000 yen even though it's polished to 30% 😊.
It has a mild ginjo aroma, not like fruit but like Japanese sweets 😋, sweet to spicy and cutting.
It is well polished, but has a spicy yet umami taste that makes it very drinkable 🥰.
I am very grateful to get such a high level of sake at this price 😁.

Laughing Four Seasons after a long time
It's been a while since the liquor store near me didn't carry it.
I bought it at a liquor store in Tamana in GW.
Unlike modern sake, it has a thicker umami (I think 😅).
The first day it was a bit complicated, but today, the second day, it is delicious 🥰 with a refreshing sweetness and acidity on the palate.
The second half of the bottle is spicy and cuts off after a solid umami... but leaves a subtle aftertaste 😍.
This is a dangerous one to keep drinking 😁.

I bought this one on a business trip in April.
I think this is the last sake I bought then.
I didn't feel any cherry on the first day, but a clean sweetness and sourness, then a little astringency.
Seems like it could ride a little more flavor...
On the third day of opening the bottle, I felt a hint of cherry 🍒 in my mouth (could have been pulled by the label 😅)
The second half of the bottle had more umami than the first day 😋.
The bitterness also became stronger, but this bitterness is also quite good 🥰.
