Farewell party at the workplace for October transferees The first party was a regular all-you-can-drink, 5 kinds of Sake. Four were regular Kumamoto sake and one of the daily specials was Tenmei😳. I couldn't see the label so I don't know what it was, but it was probably a fire-aged junmai sake 🤔. The lady next to me ordered Tenmei and we drank together and she probably drank a little more than 2 gou 🤣. Afterwards, we had a small after-party at RIKI as usual! I've never had a drink from here before! It's umami, but it's sharp and refreshing! It's called "super dry" but it's more refreshing than spicy! It went very well with pickled firefly squid 🥰.

Kansai Off-line Meeting Second Meeting (3) This drink was the most impressive at the after-party Anyway, the acidity is very characteristic 😳. As bouken wrote, it was sour from the aroma! Vinegar? I felt like it was vinegar! That was quite a metamorphosis 😁. After this, we drank Kyokkyo (also quite a perverted sake) and Laughing Four Seasons Transparent Sensibility, see bouken's review for more details 🙇‍♂ After that, we all had ramen to finish off the night, and then I was escorted back to the hotel! Thanks to all of you, we had a great time 🥰. I hope to see you again when I visit Kansai 🙏.

Kansai Off-line Meeting Second Meeting (2) After Jyushiyo, I drank Taiheikai, but I don't remember the taste very well😅. After that we drank this 🍶. This is the first bottle of Tasake that was opened that day👍. I've had it before but it still didn't taste like Tasake 😳. I could taste sweetness and umami, but not as much as Tasake's special pure sake, It tasted more astringent.

Kansai Off-line Meeting Second Meeting ①. After checking in at the hotel, we went to the after-party! Everyone followed me to the hotel. Mr. Muchi joined us from the after-party, and four of us, including Mr. Bouken, Mr. Rafa, and myself, went to Mr. Chuin. The information of the opening of the bottle of Jyushiyo was 😳! Because of your good behavior (except for me) 😁. Definitely delicious, No more words needed 🤤. (I just can't explain it in words🤣) Borrowed the after-party photo from bouken 🙏.

Kansai Off-line Meeting (4) Heated Sake Festival in the second half of the Off-line Meeting I don't remember the order of the drinks... Speaking of heated sake, Tamagawa is the best! I love Tamagawa, so I can't miss it. It tastes great cold or on the rocks, but when it's heated up, the umami expands and it's amazing! We also enjoyed the heated sake lineup, which included Shinkame, Hikomago, and Daishichi 😁. 3 hours flew by 😳 Time is still 18:00 Naturally, we went to the after-party.

After Yamama, Hirupeko requested Kamikigen👍. When bouken and I were choosing which sake to order with Kamikigen, we found an old sake 😳. I was so excited at once 😁. I ordered it cold for now! Smells like Shaoxing sake! Taste is round without any corners, but it's quite a curmudgeon 😏. I asked the waiter to warm up the sake 🍶...surprisingly different taste 😳 It's so much easier to drink 🥰. I personally prefer it cold 🤔. Both temperatures are delicious though 😁. I don't remember the taste of Kamikimoto because of the impact of this old sake 🤣.

Kansai Off-line Meeting (2) Black bouken came down, but there was no big disturbance and the party went on happily 😁. Yamama ordered with pine midori The label is austere and I've seen it before but it was probably my first drink 🔰. This is juicy and delicious😍. Matsumidori is an austere sake suitable for food sake, and this is delicious 🥰. After all, everything tastes better when everyone is drinking together 🤣.

It's been quite a few days... but here's a little review of the drinks we had at the Kansai Off-line Meeting. I was in Himeji on a business trip, so I went to Osaka after work on the middle day of a three-day weekend 🚃. Pon-chan was the organizer of the off-line meeting. The participants were Pon-chan, Rafa papa, Luteltemi, Hirupeko, bouken and me. Pon-chan and Rafa papa met last year, but it was the first time for the other 3 to meet 💓. The place was a sake shop in Kansai. Sake and Uncle! I had checked out the restaurant on Instagram, but the all-you-can-drink sake menu has a lot of varieties and a great lineup 😁. I was entrusted with the major task of choosing a toast, and I restrained myself from choosing Tamagawa and chose Jyukyuu! This was my first time drinking this label, and it tasted just like I imagined Jyukyu to be - gorgeous, juicy, and perfect for a toast 🥰. After that, Tsushimaya, Nanamizu, Hiran, Hana Yuu, Onogawa Tenka, and more sweet sake followed! After this, things are going to be tumultuous?

Second drink at the trial Morinori Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo Very different from the Morinori we had the other day😳. It tasted quite clean, but had a strong umami flavor 🥰. This one is 👌! We only drank 2 glasses at the trial (we both ordered 4 glasses for 990 yen) We went to another restaurant. We went to a shish kebab restaurant owned by Nadagiku Sake Brewery and had a Junmai Sake Soda to quench our thirst. I quenched my thirst with a Junmai Sake Soda, and then drank 3 kinds of Sake (4 gou for 2 people)... but I don't have a record of what I ordered 🤣. All I remember is that they were all delicious and went well with the shish-kebabs and beef cutlets 😋. After that, I think we stopped by an izakaya near the hotel and had about 3 drinks 😅. I didn't take any pictures at all so I have no record or memory 🤣. I drank too much 😱. The next day, we moved to Osaka and had a banquet with Kansai Sakegawa group 😁. After drinking at the venue, I came back to try it again! There were so many drinks I was lost 😅. The first glass was Hanatori Suehiro Special Junmai Yamadanishiki 50 It tastes so beautiful and is on the level of a Daiginjo 🥰. It also has a good umami, somewhere between modern and classic? Is it classic modern? I guess you could say 🤔.

Welcome party hosted by the conference🥂. The third glass Aononashi Junmai Daiginjo This is a sake with a characteristic acidity. The aroma was like white wine! It also tastes a little like dry white wine, and is best served as a food wine. The wine lover (who also drinks a lot of sake) who was with us liked this one 😊. The dinner ended after about an hour and we moved on to the next restaurant!

Sake activities on business trip to Himeji continue 🍶. After the second day of the conference, the conference hosted a welcome party-style dinner 🥂. There was also sake from the Himeji brewery 😋! Here's what we had first! Nadagiku Shuzo Kiku no Shizuku Junmai Daiginjo Beautiful ginjo aroma and fruity sweet aroma. Beautiful, rich sweetness and flavor! This is quite my favorite taste 🥰. It goes perfectly with the saltiness of the prosciutto 👍. It has a nice sharpness to it, so you can drink it very easily. I had a second helping of this at the end 😋.

On the way home from dinner with my boss, I found a cup of noodles I had never seen before at the Seven in Himeji Station😳. I also bought a night snack here and a Banshu Ikkyo. Sandeshi available at convenience stores have interesting regional characteristics 😁. This sake has a lot of acidity. Not fruity, but delicious acidity 😋. It's a pretty easy to drink sake! The name and the label give the impression of a classic taste, but it tastes a bit modern...

Dinner with my boss's family today We couldn't get a reservation at a nice restaurant on such short notice and it was Friday 😭 We had Himeji specialties at an izakaya! We had conger eel, Himeji oden🍢, and hinepon as a snack with Okuharima food🍶. Ordering was done on my phone, no menu! It was poured into a sake bottle, so the picture is a smartphone shot! Not sure if this is really the sake 🤣 It's Yamahai but it wasn't as heavy as I thought it would be. I could taste the flavor better when it got up to room temperature 😋. I drank it slowly so as not to get drunk since my boss and his family were with me 😁.

Kokoromi, a standing bar in front of Himeji Station with a considerable selection of sake from Hyogo Prefecture. Of course, bouken-san recommended the third drink! Morinori Junmai Ginjo Hanategami Rich and mellow, my kind of weirdo sake😍. Sweet, sweet and acidic 🤣 but soooo good 😋. This was my favorite 😁. Hyogo has a strong image of dry sake from Nada, but there are so many good sake! 3 cups of sake and a little sakatobori as a snack for only 1000 yen 😳! I recommend this restaurant! However, you order on the touch panel, but there are so many kinds of sake that you get lost 🤣.

Leaving the Tatsuriki Shop Kokoromi, a standing bar in front of Himeji Station that offers a considerable selection of sake from Hyogo Prefecture. I went there as soon as I could. Mr. Bouken recommended us to try some of their sake 😁. First, Rairakuto Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake! It has a sense of effervescence. Nice acidity and sweetness 🥰. Sengoku? Sentori? It seems to be close to 🤔. They had quite a few kinds of Rairaku alone, I'd like to try another one 😁.

Paid Tasting at Tatuliki Shop The last one is Ryu-riki Bibi-sen Nigori Sake Junmai Ginjo The last one is nigori. This one is also fruity and sweet. Compared to the previous sake, this one has a more robust rice flavor. It is also delicious!

Paid tasting at Tatuliki Shop Third glass Ryu-riki Bizen Shizuku Shu Junmai Ginjo This is a sweet sake that is not what you would expect from Ryuriki. Quite fruity 🥰. The taste is clear and very clean, with no cloying taste at all 🤩. This is a great sake 😍. I want to buy some to take home... but I wonder if I can buy it in Osaka 🤔.
