After 2 days of opening the bottle, it seems more acidic, but on a hot day, acidic sake is the way to go 😁.

I think it was introduced two years ago, but it is not registered yet 🥲.
A brand with a modern taste brewed by the Kumamoto Prefectural Brewing Institute, famous for its "Kororo" sake.
Recently, it is sold nationwide and can be found at Sake-no-wa. ☺️
It's summer, but I'll have some spring sake 😅.
Harusagumi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
The name alone makes it sound delicious 🤤.
The aroma is not that spectacular.
It has a beautiful sweetness followed by bitterness and umami 🥰.
Not light, but not heavy either.
It can be drunk with a meal or on its own 😋.
Koroh is a solid classic sweet sake (haven't had it lately 😅), but this is a modern classic (more modern than Junmai sake)

Shinomine's Omachi😍.
Maybe because it's a summer sake, the sweetness is quite subdued.
But it has a strong flavor and bitterness that gives it an omachi feel 🥰.
We drank about 3 more types of sake after this one, but I forgot to take pictures and was too busy talking 🤣.
The next day (today) we were told that the sake we purchased from a Tokyo liquor store would arrive, so there wasn't much major sake available that day, but I'm sure we'll be back soon 😁.

I've seen Shichiken around a lot, but I don't think I've ever had it, so I asked for it 🍶.
I was just in the last minute of drinking it so I couldn't really smell it😅.
The taste was refreshingly citrusy and sour 🍋.
I would never buy this type of beer by myself, so it was a unique encounter while drinking outside 😁.
It was easy to drink and gone quickly 😂.

For the second restaurant, we went to a Japanese sake bar we've been frequenting lately.
The first sake here was a draft of Shinkame.
It's a nama-shu, but it's a strong sake because it's Shinkame 😋.
It is also delicious cold 🥰.
I felt it was not habitual for a Shinkame, but my colleague said "it's quite habitual 😂".
I guess my coworker won't get into the perverted sake swamp.
They made me do a personality test while drinking this 🤣.
I'm not sure what it is, but it seems I'm an architect!

Last drink at Chicken Mountain
It is a stable Jikin 😍.
My coworker who was drinking it with me said it was similar to Huayouyu and he couldn't tell the difference😅.
I also felt 🍍 at the first sip of this Jikin.
Overall, I think Jikin is more cohesive.
I was so hungry after eating dashi chazuke at the end of the meal!

You don't see this kind of food very often in Kumamoto, so I had to order it 😋.
A little expensive, but it's worth it!

The aroma was gorgeous and the taste was sweet!
But it didn't go bad with the yakitori 😁.

Ryoseki is now available at liquor stores in Kumamoto👍.
Of course you can now buy Hanayuup as well 😁.
Since we are far from the city center, we managed to buy Hanayuup even 2 days after the announcement of its arrival on SNS 😊.
I'll open the Hanayuup later, but today I opened a bottle of Ryoseki Junmai Ginjo that I bought with it 🍶.
The review is as good as the store review in the picture, sweet and umami, but with a spiciness at the end to refresh you 🥰.
Good sake on its own or with a meal 😋.
Ryoseki is quite tasty thanks to Takagi 😊.

It's been a while since I drank a black cow.
I ordered it while I was buying Kachi-yo with the free shipping coupon from Kagiya 👆.
I bought another bottle, but the one from that time was broken in transit and this one was sticky with alcohol 🥲.
I opened the bottle to drink it as soon as possible.
No aroma, little sweetness and sourness when cold.
Slightly gassy feeling from the raw sake.
Overall beautiful but a little hard 🤔.
It's black beef and it's cold sake.
The third day after opening the bottle, there is not much sweetness when it is cold.
As the temperature rises, umami and bitterness come out.
It has a beautiful but robust umami, and makes me want to eat oden with soup stock 🍢.
I didn't heat it up this time, but I think I'll have to go with heated sake for Kurogyu!

The rebuilding of the brewery doesn't seem to be going very well, but this is a sake brewed by Raifuku in the same Ibaraki prefecture 🍶.
Looks delicious from the sweet aroma 🤤.
Not extremely fruity, but sweet with a hint of pineapple 🥰.
From there, various tastes such as bitterness and spiciness spread out 😋.
You can enjoy the rich and slightly wild taste of OMACHI 😍.

Open a bottle of Super Nadokido-Jote.
It's been a while since I drank Kudoki-Ue at home 😁.
Taste-wise, I prefer Jr, but I brought this one home because it's a super-cost-effective sake at just a little over 2,000 yen even though it's polished to 30% 😊.
It has a mild ginjo aroma, not like fruit but like Japanese sweets 😋, sweet to spicy and cutting.
It is well polished, but has a spicy yet umami taste that makes it very drinkable 🥰.
I am very grateful to get such a high level of sake at this price 😁.

Laughing Four Seasons after a long time
It's been a while since the liquor store near me didn't carry it.
I bought it at a liquor store in Tamana in GW.
Unlike modern sake, it has a thicker umami (I think 😅).
The first day it was a bit complicated, but today, the second day, it is delicious 🥰 with a refreshing sweetness and acidity on the palate.
The second half of the bottle is spicy and cuts off after a solid umami... but leaves a subtle aftertaste 😍.
This is a dangerous one to keep drinking 😁.

Purple space not seen in Kumamoto
I bought this one on a business trip in April.
I think this is the last sake I bought then.
I didn't feel any cherry on the first day, but a clean sweetness and sourness, then a little astringency.
Seems like it could ride a little more flavor...
On the third day of opening the bottle, I felt a hint of cherry 🍒 in my mouth (could have been pulled by the label 😅)
The second half of the bottle had more umami than the first day 😋.
The bitterness also became stronger, but this bitterness is also quite good 🥰.
I'd like to try a lot of purple air, but I can't find it in Kumamoto 😂.

This is my first time drinking at home.
Ryoseki's sake, famous for Hana Yuu!
I had a good impression of this sake when I drank it outside before, so I brought it home!
It has a beautiful ginjo aroma and a smooth mouthfeel, and is a very beautiful sake at the moment you put it in your mouth!
The sweetness and spiciness come at the same time in the second half, making it a great drink 😊.
Unlike Hana Yuu, it has a bit of a classical feel to it, but I think it can be easily matched with meals 😋.
