tomoさんWelcome party for students ⑤.
The last drink of the first party 🍶.
I drank the other day and it was delicious, the wind blows
Fresh and sweet, with just the right amount of umami and the taste of rice 🥰.
It's still delicious 😊.
I asked the students to compare Shidaizumi and Kaze Kuki, and the results were interesting, with two distinctly different tastes 😏.
Both of them had never had a proper sake before, so they were surprised at how good it tasted 😁.
The welcome party ended with a promise to go out for sake after the seminar!
After seeing off the students, we went to the after-party with the usual members 🍶. tomoさんWelcome party for students ④.
Next is the first Shida Izumi
Like the previous Shidaizumi, this is a directly brewed sake.
This one had a freshness that is typical of nama-zake!
The taste was quite refreshing, and I think this sake is easy to pair with any meal 😊. tomoさんWelcome party for students (iii)
Noto Sake
This one is also raw sake, but it was dry.
It tasted a little more classic.
I think it was paired with tempura, but it tasted better with tempura than on its own 😋. tomoさんWelcome party for students (2)
I saw Okura and ordered it without hesitation
This is a normal dry sake for an Okura 😳.
Almost no sweetness, a bit astringent and hard.
I was expecting something kinky, so I was a little underwhelmed 🤣.
It went well with sashimi.

tomoさんWelcome party for students ①.
Every year, for two months starting in May, students come to our center for research exercises.
This year, two students came again!
They requested seafood, so we held a welcome party at an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy delicious seafood at a reasonable price 🍻.
The students are not very strong drinkers (they usually don't drink much), so I didn't recommend sake that day... but I took the liberty of having some 😁.
Here is the toast 🍶.
It has a refreshing sweetness with a clean flavor that is delicious 🥰.
It's quite rare to find Ippo Kami in Kumamoto! ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, TOMO 😃.
I guess there are a lot of young people who don't drink much these days 🥲, it seems a shame to have the strongest masters when sake lovers come 😅.
Cheers to one step yourself in such a situation! Nice 😙. tomoさんGood evening, Jay & Nobby 😊.
It seems that the number of young people who don't drink much is on the rise 🥲I think it would be quite rare to find a sake lover in college 😁.
Ippo-self was a hit with the first-timers 😋. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
