Tsuruno Sake Brewery, which was damaged by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in 2024,
The 4th sake to support the recovery of Tsuruno Sake Brewery, which was destroyed by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in 2024!
Slightly sweet with a slight bitterness🤔.
Easy to drink and sake goes down well 😆😆😆.
Sake brewed by a Noto sake brewery and a Niigata Sado sake brewery, both of which were affected by the disaster.
It is delicious. It is clear, fruity, and the rice is delicious.
A worthy bottle.
The first sip is full of acidity, followed by a rich, rice-like flavor.
Gradually the acidity and sweetness fade away, leaving the umami, and finally the bitterness appears.
The acidity, piquancy, and fruity aftertaste are typical of Garakudai, while the rich, rice-like umami is typical of Noto sake.

Even so, the label has become very simple.
This Yamahai Kijoshu is made from rice and sake that was rescued from a brewery that was completely destroyed in the Noto earthquake.
I have never been a fan of kijoshu, but this one is very easy to drink.
It is fresh, crisp, and juicy, with an excellent balance between sweetness and acidity without being too sweet!
Manufactured by Yoshida Shuzo and sold by Tsuruno Shuzo, "TANIZEN✖️ Tedorigawa Yamahai Kajo Shu hope&shine".
The fresh gasiness typical of Tedorigawa and the low alcohol content of 11 degrees Celsius make it light to drink.
Clear and elegant sweetness.
This is a must-try for those who like sweet sake but not kijo-zake.

The other day I enjoyed the fire-brewed TANIZEN, so now I have a draft 😊.
This one has a juicier, more fruity mouthfeel.
The flavor of the sake was also very good afterwards.
I would like to drink this sake again 😆.
#Don't stop drinking Noto sake!
This sake was given to me by a relative.
The moment I drank it, I could smell the fruity, slightly fizzy aroma.
However, it has a deep and robust flavor.
This is delicious.

This sake was brewed at a brewery in Tedorigawa by Taniizumi, whose brewery was completely destroyed in the earthquake.
It is a little sweet, but the acidity is just right, so it does not linger even after continued drinking, and the mellow flavor can be enjoyed all the way through.
It must be difficult to rebuild the brewery, but it is nice to be able to drink good sake like this.
Noto sake.
The aroma is not so strong.
When you drink it, it is a softly rice-like sake.
A little berry-like nuance.
It has a slight sourness.
It has a simple taste.
Burdock root soaked in soy sauce goes well with it.
Taste level 4/5
Praying for Noto's recovery 🙏.
I was fooled by the appearance in a good way!
Easy to drink and very well-balanced delicious sake!
It is indeed a sake created with the cooperation of Yoshida Sake Brewery!
I will continue to support you 😊.
