The three-day weekend is coming to an end!
We had this one during the three-day weekend.
Since the nama-shu was delicious, we also bought this hi-iri. The aroma of apple spreads and it is easy to drink with a reasonable amount of gas. The sweetness and umami are also felt and the sharpness comes afterwards, making it very tasty.
This year is good because we can get saury at a low price🙆I drank it with grated saury🍶.
I was only concerned about the sliminess of the aftertaste, but other than that, I was very satisfied with this bottle 🍶☺️
It's good with a little bit of schwarziness and a clear throat.
It's not habitual. It's delicious.
This is delicious.
Does the taste change at room temperature? I think I'll leave it for a while and drink it.
Tsuruno Shuzo Brewery

This brewery is located in Noto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture.
Brewed at Tenryohai Shuzo in Sado City,

Sake brewed with Kanazawa yeast.
Gentle aroma, mild rice flavor,
light gasiness, a hint of bitterness, and a clean finish.
A light gasiness, a hint of bitterness, and a clean finish.
#Don't stop #Noto's sake!
This sake is a collaboration with Tenryohai Sake Brewery. My first impression is that it is a crisp and tight sake. I wonder if it comes from the slight carbonation and aftertaste that you feel at first. We pray for the recovery of Tsuruno Shuzo.
A gift from my daughter 🎁.
This is the first time I've had tani-sen: ☺️
When I hear of Tsuruno Sake Brewery that brews Tanisen, I remember staying at a drive-in near Ukawa station to visit the grave before the Noto Line of the Noto Railway was still closed 🫠.
This is a collaboration with Tenryohai Brewery on Sado Island as part of the Noto Peninsula Earthquake Reconstruction Assistance Joint Brewing Project [Part 4] 🤗.
The aroma is slightly muscat-like.
The taste is first sourness, then rice flavor, then sweetness, and finally acidity.
Not too sweet, very easy to drink and delicious 🍶😋.
Ingredients : Rice (domestic)

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌇.
You are right, it would be even better if we could drink together 🥹.
I wish we could be as drunk as you and your wife, Jay & Nobby...
I enjoy reading your posts 😉.
Tsuruno Shuzo Brewery x Tenryohai Shuzo
This series is new to us🍶.
We help each other in times of trouble.
Overall sweet schwag, but bitter in the aftertaste.
Just 13.5 degrees and light, so refreshing ✨.

Tsuruno Sake Brewery, which was damaged by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in 2024,
The 4th sake to support the recovery of Tsuruno Sake Brewery, which was destroyed by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in 2024!
Slightly sweet with a slight bitterness🤔.
Easy to drink and sake goes down well 😆😆😆.
Sake brewed by a Noto sake brewery and a Niigata Sado sake brewery, both of which were affected by the disaster.
It is delicious. It is clear, fruity, and the rice is delicious.
A worthy bottle.
The first sip is full of acidity, followed by a rich, rice-like flavor.
Gradually the acidity and sweetness fade away, leaving the umami, and finally the bitterness appears.
The acidity, piquancy, and fruity aftertaste are typical of Garakudai, while the rich, rice-like umami is typical of Noto sake.

Even so, the label has become very simple.
