TANIZEN Junmai.
Tsuruno Sake Brewery, a Noto sake brewery with over 230 years of history, was damaged by last year's earthquake and tsunami, making it difficult for them to continue brewing sake.
We were served a junmai sake released with a retro label that goes back to its roots.
The exotic aroma of banana and pineapple on the nose leads you to the palate, where you are greeted with a robust and full flavor that is quite different from the impression the aroma gives. The finish is clean and crisp with a refreshing acidity.
Based on Tanisen's original recipe, Yoshida Sake Brewery's refined techniques have been incorporated to create a modernized dry sake that goes beyond the traditional dry sake!
Purchased at the Noto Sake Brewery Reconstruction Support Event held at the Expo Commemorative Park Station of the Han Monorail, which I happened to visit.
It is said to be a sake brewed jointly by a brewery in Noto that suffered from the disaster and a major brewery in Kanazawa.
The sweetness and umami of the rice is just delicious.
If I can drink my favorite sake and support the recovery, I'll drink more and more!
Sake with Izumi on it tastes good!
Noto sake, too fruity at first and too spicy good when eaten with an appetizer!
It hurts that I can't take pictures.
Don't stop Noto's sake! The fourth Noto support sake. This is a collaboration between Tsuruno Shuzoten of Tanisen and Tenryohai Shuzo of Garakudai. Tsuruno's Ishikawa was also known for its beautiful and dry image, but the collaboration between the two breweries was even more amazing. The gentle ginjo aroma was followed by a crisp, clean, and light taste. It is truly a light and dry sake from Echigo Sado. It is hard to believe that it is 13.5 degrees Celsius. This is delicious!
13.5°, undiluted sake, Kanazawa yeast.
I also support the fourth project to support Noto sake.
This is a collaboration with the Garakuyo brewery on Sado Island.
It's a delicious sake that is commonly associated with the calm and gentle taste of Garakuyo ✨😋.

The first saké has a refreshing aroma, though it is not very strong.
It is very mild on the palate.
It is very refreshing and made me imagine a blue sky♪
A slight but light sweetness expands a little
The aftertaste is dry and crisp with a gentle bitterness 🤩.
Delicious!
In my work, I get information that Noto's reconstruction is not progressing well 💦 I hope it will be restored to its previous state as soon as possible!
Hello, Kozou 😃.
I didn't know that Noto's reconstruction is not progressing well 🥺 not much has been reported recently. I'm glad if I can help a little with alcohol 🥰I'll try to find something I can do too. I'll try to find something I can do. I'm sure I'll be able to do it with alcohol ☺️🍶

Good morning...
I wish the media would tell us about the current situation in Noto instead of just telling us about the nonsense...
I hope the sake breweries are doing their best for the reconstruction of Noto, so maybe we can support them by drinking 😅.
Hello, kozo🐦!
I see that you and Masayo are collaborating!
I'm so proud of both the kura that are doing their best under such circumstances and the kura that are supporting them 🥹.
I have to support you all the way 💦.
Pon.
Good morning...
I know you are busy, but please take it easy 👍I found out about your collaboration with Masayo when we opened the bottle 😅I think we have similar sake qualities.................support is the least we can do 👍
I happened to see this Noto support sake at a local liquor store, Matsuzaki Shinjuku. It is a collaboration between Tsuruno Shuzo, a Noto sake brewery that was damaged by last year's earthquake, and Tenryohai Sake Brewery on Sado Island in Niigata Prefecture. While the top aroma is modest, the taste on the palate is fruity and beautiful, like muscat. It is not sweet, but rather clean, crisp, and delicious 😋.
The three-day weekend is coming to an end!
We had this one during the three-day weekend.
Since the nama-shu was delicious, we also bought this hi-iri. The aroma of apple spreads and it is easy to drink with a reasonable amount of gas. The sweetness and umami are also felt and the sharpness comes afterwards, making it very tasty.
This year is good because we can get saury at a low price🙆I drank it with grated saury🍶.
I was only concerned about the sliminess of the aftertaste, but other than that, I was very satisfied with this bottle 🍶☺️
Good evening, studying 😃.
Reasonably priced saury! It's a perfect accompaniment for Sake 🍶😙Three-day weekend is over, but I feel lucky that Friday is so close 🥲....
It's good with a little bit of schwarziness and a clear throat.
It's not habitual. It's delicious.
This is delicious.
Does the taste change at room temperature? I think I'll leave it for a while and drink it.
