Take home a bottle of this one that you like and drink it at home 🍶.
I hope it will support Noto 😊.
I also wanted to try some of the "Hiran"!
The rice is "Aizan" that survived the disaster, the yeast is Kanazawa yeast, and it is made with the "Namo" yeast that Yutaro Mori, the toji at Mori Sake Brewery, is known for!
The sweetness of the Aizan and the acidity of the yeast is irresistible. The acidity is irresistible!
I was about to drink too much, but I held it in and drank it gratefully 🙏!
It is light, refreshing, and has a light, tasty acidity. It is a delicious sake, just as Mr. Tsuruno says on the label.
Recently, I have started to see the second Makuake brand on the e-commerce sites of some liquor stores here, and I wonder if it is difficult to sell two bottles for 6,600 yen. If you can still get your hands on a bottle, we hope you will drink it along with the first one and help the Noto sake brewery to revive its business. A little while ago, a collaboration sake between Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo and Hiyoshi Shuzo of Kinpyo Shirakoma was also released.
Thank you for allowing me to enjoy drinking sake like this today.
Don't stop #Noto's sake!
Tani Izumi and Hiran's collaboration sake🍶.
One of the bottles I bought because it was uploaded as being in stock at Saito-san 😄.
Collaboration between Tsuruno Sake Brewery and Tobiran no Mori Sake Brewery, both of which were affected by the Noto earthquake and tsunami! If we can support them even a little☺.
Now, about the sake, the owner told me that it has a sweeter, more Tobiraman flavor compared to the Tanisen original, and he was right 😂.
I'll take the sake as "Hiran" 🙏.
The aroma is sweet. The mouthfeel is also soft pear? I can feel the soft sweetness 👍.
Not too sweet, but with a light sourness that is easy to drink and does not linger 👍Yes, it is delicious.
I think it is a well-balanced sake that can be drunk alone or with food 😆.
Next time, I would like to try TANISEN original label!
TANIZEN Original recipe reproduction sake
Don't stop #Noto's sake!
Delicious flavor and acidity.
It's easier to drink a little longer after opening the bottle.
Sake with beautiful acidity. The sweetness comes afterwards and lingers. It is not persistent, but it is not sharp.
Fruity and delicious. This sake was brewed at the Mori Sake Brewery in Nagasaki, a long way from home.
Since there is no description other than "all Yamada-Nishiki" and "needs to be kept cool," we do not know the rice polishing ratio or the degree of fire-refining.
According to the SAKE Street Online store, it is 50% polished rice, junmai.
Don't stop drinking Noto sake! This time, the sake on the left side towards the
This is a collaboration with Yoshida Kurau. It is a noble sake.
It is not as sweet as the name suggests. It has a refreshing sweetness. It was so popular with my family that they kept buying more and more, and my portion of sake became quite small...
Don't stop drinking Noto! This is the second installment of the "Don't Stop Sake in Noto! Today's sake is the one on the right. It is not too sweet. I think "frugal and robust" fits better than "flamboyant".
October 1, 2024 (^o^) Today is Sake Day! Well, I consulted with my fridge on what to drink😊I knew I wanted to support Noto, which is going through a tough time right now! So I'll have this sake!
This sake is a collaboration between Taniizumi and Yoshida Kura II! This is a noble sake brewed with Yoshida Kura's specialty modern and yamahai methods, using "TANIZEN Junmai Ginjo Hyakumangoku no Shiro" which was unable to be sold due to the earthquake disaster!
The aroma has a wine-like muscat flavor and a mild rice flavor. There is also a citrus acidity! It has a fruity taste. When you drink it, it has a good amount of umami from the sweetness that is typical of kijoshu, and the acidity that is typical of Yamahai comes through and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing! It is delicious and not too sweet! It is a sake that you will never get tired of drinking! It is good as an aperitif, and as a mid-meal drink, it would go well with simmered dishes and oden, which are more flavorful than sashimi! It was a great sake day for me to drink a very nice sake.
Good evening, Sashu 😃.
Great 📣 support for the recovery with Ishikawa Sake🍶 on Sake Day 👍Review that feels packed with a lot of things 🤗I would like to actually feel it 😚.
Jay & Nobby, Noto is really going through a tough time right now 😊I'll at least support them by drinking it! Yoshida Kura is one of my favorite breweries, and since it was brewed with Junmai Ginjo from Taniizumi, it tasted different from the usual Yoshida Kura!
(*^3^)/🍶🍶🍶🍶
I bought this hiyaoroshi Orange label last year at the brewery 😀 It's been a year since I've had it again. This time it is a joint brew by "Kagatobi" Fukumitsuya and "Tani Izumi" Tsuruno Sake Brewery😊✨This sake is based on the brewing formula of the previous "Tani Izumi Special Junmai Nama Genzake Orange". The sake rice was brewed with surviving rice that was rescued from a warehouse that was completely destroyed. ✨🤔
The aroma is fresh and sweet, as is typical of the nama nama sake 😘The mouthfeel is gentle and soft, with a clean aftertaste 😚👍It's a delicious sake with a nice sharp taste 🥳.
TANIZUMI brewed by a young master brewer is one of the breweries that I hope will do well ✨Please give my best regards to everyone 🙇It's a delicious sake 😘.
Good morning, Maechen 😃.
I heard that Tsuruno-san is even rebuilding in his hometown, but I hope he will make it in time for this year's sake production 😟.
Another bottle of the second support purchase for #Don't Stop Sake in Noto, a reproduction of an original recipe from Tsuruno Sake Brewery Taniizumi.
Following the New Year's earthquake, now the torrential rain disaster. I can't find the words to say, but I will drink and support!
#Taniizumi
#Tsuruno Sake Brewery
#Yoshida Sake Brewery
The second support purchase for #Don't Stop Sake in Noto has arrived.
This time it is a collaboration sake between Tsuruno Shuzo's Taniizumi and Yoshida Brewery's Yoshida Kura.
It's not easy to visit Noto, but I will drink it and support the cause!
