Mimuro Cedar "Hana-Kyun" and "Junmai Daiginjo I haven't had much sake from Nara, my hometown, recently, so I decided to have Hana-Kyuun for White Day... 🌸 I drank it last year and enjoyed it so much, I'm repeating it this year! Taste... It's a very silky and soft liquor 🎶 on the palate. It's gassy and it would be cheesy to say it's a rum, but it has a good balance of sourness and bitterness. It's still delicious 😂. ...Since I was in the mood, I also tried the Mimuro Sugi Junmai Daiginjo! This one has a very elegant taste and refreshingly clean 😊. Mimuro Sugi is Nara's signature sake! It is a very stable sake with good cost performance and definitely tastes good. ...I rented a Jimmy Sierra last week and took a long drive to Kyushu 🚙💨. I'm wondering if I should buy a smaller car to go climbing in because my car is too big to drive now 🙄. Jimmy... or Sierra... Black... or gray... Hmmm, it's agonizing.

etorannzyu, the only difference between the Sierra and the Jimny is the fenders and the engine, so if I buy a Jimny and put DAMD on it, I should be fine... I drove the Sierra to Kyushu and it wasn't very fast 😅The Jimny is even slower 😱.

The blue sky is dignified and clear Sheep clouds sway quietly The joy of waiting for flowers to bloom If we can share it, that's happiness 🎵 We spent 3 days and 2 nights in Kyushu, climbing Mount Kaimon, Mount Kirishima, and Mount Kujyu. Kujyu was so sunny and impressive 😆. My favorite part of climbing is the clear blue of the sky 😂✨✨ Fujimaki-san likes mountains too... A little late, but I just drank a bottle of Koei Chrysanthemum Anastasia Green! Tastes like... The aroma is very pleasant in the mouth and the sweet and sour taste is unique to chrysanthemums. Really refreshing ✨. Recently, I have tended to seek out strong flavors, but the clean taste of anaglyphs is also good~~~! I don't think the anaguri this time was distinctive, but it was super balanced and delicious 😆.

Nabeshima Drinking Contest Last week I went for a drive to Kyushu! ♪ Three days and two nights, staying in the car both days🚙 I stopped at a service area and drank a lot of sake while watching the Olympics. This time it was Nabeshima! I'm looking forward to it because Nabeshima got a 5* recommendation 😆. We compared Green Label, Akaban Omachi, and Kitashizuku! The best one was... ↓(*Op*) denk! Special Junmai-shu Green Label Yamadanishiki/Saganohana When you put it in your mouth, it is fruity like a raw sake✨. First it was sweet, then sour, and finally bitter! This is the most delicious of all...♪ The next one was... Junmai Ginjo Akaiwa Omachi I didn't feel much sweetness in this sake, but it has a somewhat elegant taste🤔. I think it's a little thin for me... And finally... Junmai Ginjo Kitashizuku Hmmm... watery! No, it's a fresh and crisp sake 🙄. I've recently realized that my particular points are... Raw sake<<Aroma<Sake degree<Polishing ratio That's it 🙄. The cheapest sake I could find was delicious😲 The interesting thing about sake is that it is not proportional to the price!

Miya Kanbai Kuranohana Miyamanishiki I went on a sake expedition to Tohoku. The last day. The last day of the trip, I was actually going on a mountain climbing expedition, but it was cold and I thought I'd rather not go climbing and just enjoy sake. I'm sure you'll like it... I decided to climb Mt. We were aiming for the highest peak in Zao, Mt. The weather wasn't too good, so the scenery was completely white and it was just cold ((but)). But it started to clear up when we were climbing hard. It was really cold, but the Zao juhyo was so beautiful and impressive😂. I'm glad I came to climb it✨. After successfully climbing Mt. Zao, we toasted with Miya Kanbai, a sake from Miyagi Prefecture✨. I compared the Junmai Daiginjo Kuranohana and Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Origarami! They both taste very similar 🙄. Sweet and sour and delicious~! I'm not sure if it's because it's an oregarami or because it's an oregarami 😌. I don't know if it's because it's Origarami or because it's Ginjo, but it seems to have a stronger taste! Looking at the specs... Oh no! It was a little dry😲. And the Origarami has a higher sake content💦. I think it's the aroma that makes it sweet🤔.

Tazakushi: Precious sake and Junmai Ginjo lightly nigori I'm on a sake expedition to Tohoku! I bought 2 bottles of Denshu and 2 bottles of Miya Kanbai at Kanetake Aoki Shoten and Abehachi Shoten in Sendai, and 3 bottles of Nabeshima at Motosakaya Sake Store in Yamagata! \(◡̈)/\(◡̈)/ ...although Nabeshima has nothing to do with Tohoku😁. I immediately emptied 2 bottles of rice wine at the hotel😆. The taste of the sake is so strong 😲 It's so sloppy and delicious! ♫ It tastes stronger than Yono Tori🤔. Junmai Ginjo Ushinigori is the ramune for adults😌. It's easy to drink, and you can drink it easily💦. I'm leaving tomorrow. Do you have any recommendations for sake in Tohoku! I'm going back tomorrow. Please let me know if there are any liquor stores that you think I should visit🙏. Kaze no Mori Shiboritate - Good fortune comes to those who smile. My first post of the year... The first post of the year, "Kaze no Mori", available only at retailers in Nara Prefecture. "Laughing Gate ni wa Fuku Raitoru" is the first freshly squeezed sake brewed in autumn😌. The sake rice is Akitsuho and the milling ratio is 65%. This is the first time I've had a chance to try it. The sake is usually available only once a year at the brewery, but this year it will not be sold at the brewery again, but only at special dealers in Nara! (Probably about 8 stores...) The taste is... When I opened the bottle slowly and carefully, I heard a popping sound, and I was excited to see Kaze no Mori for the first time in a while 😆 . When I put it in my mouth, it has a nice gassy feel to it 😂. The taste is clean and fruity✨. It's so easy to drink, I can't believe the alcohol content is 16 degrees! (*Op*) I'm glad I pre-ordered two bottles even though they'll be gone soon. I look forward to working with you again this year✨.

I decided to hit up the liquor stores today, so first I stopped by a liquor store I've recently started going to... When I was looking for sake in the store, he said "I've got something like this". Kouyougiku SNOW CRESCENT Yamadanishiki At last we can drink SNOW CRESENT: ！！！！ And it's the Yamadanishiki version 😆. I was so happy that I drank so much that I was late posting💦 Sunokure is a very high ranking piece of Kouyoukiku ✨ (← in my opinion... 😁) Between the last Osan Nishiki and last year's Yamada Nishiki, I liked the Yamada Nishiki better 😊. The one I've been waiting for, the Snocre Yamadanishiki! As soon as I opened the bottle, the cork blew off with a pop😲. That's right! I forgot about the blowout💦 The taste... This sour and gassy taste is irresistible (๑˃̵˂) The bitterness that comes later is also addictive flavor~~~♪ But the sweetness is more moderate than I expected🤔. Katsucoma Daiginjo We were going to climb a mountain in Tochigi this weekend, but we took the plunge and changed it to Toyama! The reason... Tochigi is too far away. And... I got my Katsukoma: ！！！！ Katsucoma doesn't seem to be easy to come by, so I figured I'd definitely try to find some when I'm in Toyama! ♪ When I tried it... The aroma is fruity😌. I wondered if it was sweet... and when I tried it, I found it to be a bit dry for me with a strong alcohol taste 🙄. I wanted to do something that I really shouldn't have done💦. I thought that if I mixed "NG" and "Aizan 48", it would become "Machida". But if I did that, it would be bad for Toji-san... ABE Junmai Daiginjo Koshikagura Namazume Genshu, Star Series VEGA Happy Halloween 🎃 There is a ritual that the Celts used to perform on October 31, the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, and it seems that Halloween is the event associated with it👻. When it comes to the harvest season, rice is 🍚, and when it comes to rice, sake is 👑✨. ...so we decided to have an "Abematsuri" with Niigata sake! The first one is . Junmai Daiginjo and the sake rice is Koshikagura! It's very sweet, delicious and fruity sake 🔛. My favorite type✨! This is the flagship sake, and it's delicious! The second one is... Star Series VEGA, and the sake rice is Koshitanrei! This is more fruity and sour😲 It's more fruity and sour😲. Both of these sakes are made with Niigata sake rice😌. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I've been to Niigata a lot for mountain climbing, so I have a sense of familiarity with the area, but I don't have very good memories of breaking bones or having my car break down 💦. The third picture shows the 7 mountains I've climbed in Niigata⛰✨.

Since you are a super long person, I thought you might be walking in horseshoe & Ichinokurazawa. Tanigawadake, because of the terrible crowds on holidays during the autumn leaves season, it might be easier to go to Hirashibe-san & Sennokura-san in autumn😅.
