Mizutaka Junmai Daiginjo Gin Today is my first anniversary of drinking sake🎉. The first sake I ever drank was a Mizutaka. ！！！！ Aso erupted on the 20th of this month and I went to climb it exactly one year ago⛰. I bought this sake as a souvenir at the airport on the way back! ⛰ I had bought some for myself, but when I got home and drank it, this was delicious 😂✨✨. And I was hooked on sake💦💦. It's a sake that I found delicious a year ago when I didn't know anything about it, so I wonder what it's like to drink it now... I've had a lot of good sake this past year, so I'll drink it without much expectation💦 The taste is... ...good 😆. It's not fancy, but it's sweet and even a little fruity! I've been drinking a lot of distinctive drinks lately, so this one has a stable taste... or maybe it's just a quirky drink... It would be interesting to try it again next year and see if my opinion changes😌♪ ...Last year's Mount Aso. The powerful plume of smoke and the desolate sandy Senrigahama were crazy good! All of the scenery surrounded by the outer rim of the mountain was awesome✨✨. I wanted to drink while remembering all that, but I didn't think it would erupt! (;∇ﾟﾟ)!

Koueigiku Tsukikage Osananishiki Kamenoo ♪ Tsukikage comes in two types of sake rice and was released at the same time! ♪ Of course we bought both ٩(ˊᗜᗜˋ*)و♪ This time I added a bottle of Hello Yamadanishiki to the two Tsukikage varieties and decided to open three bottles at the same time and drink them slowly while enjoying the taste changes😆♪ First impressions... Osan Nishiki✨. This is typical Koyogiku, my favorite type 😂. It's a sweet, sour, fruity sake~~~. (I think Hello Yamadanishiki is a little sweeter than this...) Kame-no-o✨. It's not as sweet as Osan-nishiki, and the moment you drink it, there's a bit of alcohol, so it wasn't as slippery to drink as Osan-nishiki! I don't know why, but Kame-no-o is a bit more "oooh" than Osan-nishiki, even though they have the same alcohol content 🙄. I don't know why, but even though they have the same alcohol content, the Kame-no-o is a bit more "oooh" than the Osan-nishiki. The taste change after that... I spent quite a bit of time drinking it, but I've forgotten how it tasted in the beginning💦💦. Next time I'll buy two bottles and compare the one I laid down and the one right after opening the bottle🤔. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great drink!

KOHEI Kiku 'Ikumou Today is a day for sake ✨! We've been absent for a while, but ''Sake no Wa'' is back! The revived sake is... ↓(*Oﾟ*) denk! Kouyougiku "Ikimou" ！！！！ ''Sake-no-Wa'', while I was resting, I was drinking basic beer and hoarded Hello Yamadanishiki to keep me going 😁. I ended up buying 14 bottles of Hello Yamadanishiki🤔. ...The main issue is the taste of Kouyoukiku "Ikimou"... It has the sweet and sour taste typical of Kouei Kiku! ♪ Even if you compare it with Hello Yamadanishiki, the taste is similar... I think Hello Yamadanishiki has a stronger sweetness and more umami, but considering the price, I wonder if Ikumo is a better value... I'll be back in the fall, so I hope you all enjoy it 😌.

Eikoh fuji sake future What sake rice are you interested in these days. Aizan and Sake Mirai! I bought Eiko Fuji's Sake Mirai for the reason that I climbed Mt. Fuji earlier this month✨✨. Fuji was predicted to erupt today, but I'm glad it seems to be okay🌋 Fuji in all its glory sounds so awesome! There are a lot of sake named after mountains, but they must be very confident to name their highest peak, Mt Fuji🤔. I'm looking forward to this one 😌. I've always been curious about Sake Mirai because it was so good at Hanamura, but when you compare Eikoh Fuji to Hanamura, the specs are so similar! The rice polishing ratio is the same at 50, Sake degree -10 (Hanamura is -8.8) acidity 1.5 is the same. ...When you drink it... It's AMAZING (I parroted Haruei Chichi's comment 😁) Very fresh and fruity taste😂. So much sweeter than Hanayup! ♪ Could be a little more sour, but this is definitely my favorite! I knew Sake Mirai was delicious✨✨. I've been drinking only Kouyoukiku all the time lately, so it's nice to have a different kind of sake once in a while~! ...I bought a total of 10 bottles of Hello Yamadanishiki from Kouyoukiku 😁✨.

It's been exactly half a year since I started "Sake-no-wa" today\(◡̈)/\(◡̈)/ So we'll celebrate with the sake made by "God of Sake Making", Mr. Naohiko Nouguchi✨✨. First of all, Summer Nama Sake🌀 It's refreshing and fruity, light and refreshing like a summer sake, but also has some depth to it... 😆. The blue of the bottle is also really beautiful✨. And CLASSIC EDITION YAMAHAI AIYAMA🌀 Feels like I've never had this before! (*sigh*) It's hard to describe it's complex flavor, but it's delicious 😂✨✨. Hououmita Black Phoenix Hire Last month, I climbed Mount Houou! There I decided to get the Hououmida that I've been curious about for a while... 😌. I decided that if I was going to drink Hououmita, I would drink Black Phoenix٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و♪ I've been very interested in the sake made in Aizan lately and I heard that Aizan is good for Hououmida 😆 . And above all, the label is really cool✨✨. So I bought Akatake which is the representative sake of Iwate... no, Japan \fnDroid Sans Fallback \fnDroid Sans Fallback \fnDroid Sans Fallback \fnDroid Sans Fallback \fnDroid Sans Fallback \fnDroid Sans Fallback Akatake is the image of Yui no Ka or Gin Ginga! I thought a nama-shu would be nice, so I decided to go for this sake! Junmai Daiginjo "Yui no Ka" Namazake✨. ...The taste... Umai！！！！ Very elegant aroma with a sweet and delicious spreading taste ✨. That's what Akabu is all about~~! This is the second time I've tried AKABU, and so far I've had no disappointments ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و♪

Kaze no Mori ALPHA Summer Night Sky The rice used to make Natsu no Yozora is Akitsuho, which is synonymous with Kaze no Mori, and the rice polishing rate is 65%😌. Even though it's an undiluted sake, it's designed to have a much lower alcohol content of 10%! I wonder if summer sake in general tends to have lower alcohol... I'm not that strong on alcohol, so this might be just right for me🤔. ...The taste... Delicious~!!! It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste like ramune that is very easy to drink✨✨. I'm sure I'll end up drinking too much 💦💦. I started drinking sake last winter, so this was my first summer sake 😆. It feels a little thinner than winter sake, but I guess I'll learn more and more about the taste of summer sake... I'm looking forward to meeting more different kinds of sake in the future 😂✨✨.

Kouyougiku SNOW CRESCENT I was able to get my hands on last year's SNOW CRESCENT last month and when I tried it, it was insanely delicious 😂✨✨. I went to the liquor store to buy more right away but they were already gone😭. Now that SNOW CRESCENT is back on sale! I immediately went to the liquor store on the day it was going to come in and bought 5 bottles at once\(◡̈)/\(◡̈)/ This liquor store always has Koujikiku on hand to save the day! ♪ They seem to have known Mr. Yamamoto, the brewer, since the brewery before Kikutaka (forgot the name💦) and that's why they seem to be able to stock a lot of Koujikiku✨✨. ...The taste... It's still delicious~~! But the one I drank last month is probably better. The alcohol is a little stronger and the sweet and sour taste is milder. I wonder if the taste will change if I let it sit a little longer! Â I have 5 bottles so I will enjoy it slowly٩(ˊᗜᗜˋ*)و♪

Kaze no Mori Yamada Nishiki 307 CHALLENGE EDITION Last week, I was hospitalized to have the plate in my wrist removed 😱😣 I've been in the hospital for the last week to have the plate removed from my wrist 😣😱 Yesterday, the stitches were removed and I'm finally back to drinking sake٩(ˊˊᗜˋ*)و♪ Kaze no Mori uses the No.7 yeast from the company's self-culture, but the CHALLENGE EDITION uses the Kyokai No.7 yeast. It seems to be an effort to clarify the difference between the self-cultivated No.7 yeast and the others🤔. ...The taste... Of course, but it's delicious~~~! It's not rich, but it's refreshing and a little less sweet... Akitsuho and in-house cultured No.7 yeast are the image of Kaze no Mori in my mind, but the "CHALLENGE EDITION" was also delicious with a Kaze no Mori feel 😊. ...Hmm! This time I bought Sake Mirai, Misoshiki and Rikuhada😊. This time I bought Sake Mirai, Misoshiki, and Rikuhada😊 Sake Mirai is a sake brewing rice that President Takagi spent 18 years researching and developing🤔. I'm sure you'll like it. Oh! It's so good 😂✨✨. ...All I can say is, it's so good. Comparing the three... Rikuwada is a little bit of an alcoholic drinker. ...Sake Mirai and Misoshiki. I'm having a heck of a time deciding which one is better🤔. I'm not sure what to say, but I'm not sure what to do. It was so delicious that I ended up drinking more than usual💦💦. Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 807 Specially cultivated rice Only available at special dealers in Nara Prefecture！！！！ Kaze no Mori is known for its Akitsuho🌾 This sake is made without agricultural chemicals✨✨. It takes a lot of time and effort to grow this rice without pesticides, so the staff of Aburanaga Shuzo, sake dealers in the prefecture, and volunteers from the general public helped grow this precious rice. 😲 I heard that the liquor store I go to all the time also helped... On the back of the label, there is a photo of the people who helped (3rd photo) Just hearing that it's specially cultivated rice makes it sound delicious~~! The rice polishing rate is 80%, but I wonder what it tastes like... Mmmm, it's so good ！！！！！ I can't get over the Kaze no Mori-like lactic acidity and muscat taste 😂✨✨. I've been mainly focusing on Kouyougiku lately and sometimes when I drink Kaze no Mori it doesn't impress me as much as it used to but this drink is delicious 😆. The brewer, Mr. Suzuki, tried to revive "Banjo Kotobuki" using rice and water from his hometown, and it became possible to ship in March this year, 10 years after the earthquake. And this is the first sake to be released at the new brewery! You can't call yourself a sake lover without drinking this😁♪ It tastes light and refreshing and is a very easy to drink sake 😆♪ Soft acidity, sweetness, just a hint of lactic acid, and some bitterness! ♪ It's 15% alcohol, so if you're drinking it at a good pace, you'll get drunk💦💦. ...This revival story was previously broadcast on the BS1 special "Fukushima Maboroshi no Meishu Jitenme no Rekishi" and will be rebroadcast tonight at 25:04! 😲 If you haven't seen it yet, please make a reservation to record it!

Kouyouganiku, "Sunburst. Sunburst seems to be a sake with the theme of "acidity". I've heard it specializes in acidity, so it's not very sweet... Well, when I drank it, the acidity seemed more subdued than I'd expected! Bitterness and just a hint of sweetness😊. I compared it to the Snow Crescent I bought yesterday and the taste is totally different 😲. I'm more of a lactic, fruity, sweet kind of guy, so I preferred the Snow Crescent, but I enjoyed the Sunburst as well, as you'd expect from an honourable chrysanthemum! ♪ Kouei Chrysanthemum who can create so many different flavors! I'll be keeping an eye out for more 😂✨✨.

KOHEI KIKAKU "White Moon Kouei Kiku has many names with moon such as "Hakuzuki", "Gekko" and "SNOW CRESCENT"... Tenbi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu Bought two bottles of Hakuten and Momoten! I've been drinking them slowly, so I'm very late in posting them💦 They only had one bottle of Hakuten, so I had to share it with someone at work! 😊 As for the Momoten, I enjoyed comparing it to the Mimuro Sugi no Hana Kun and other drinks♪ Tenbi is brewed by a female toji, Miki Fujioka, who apparently studied sake brewing in Nara before! And the story behind the creation of Choshu Shuzo sounds interesting too! ♪ The taste is naturally delicious~~~ It's the rumored "Tenbi" so I had some expectations, but it didn't betray them✨✨. I compared Hana-Kun and Momoten, but I think it was Hana-Kun by a small margin... I'm from Nara, so I'll give more points to Nara's sake... 😁. Hakuten is slightly better than Momoten. ...Then what about Hana-Kun and Hakuten? Hmmm, I'm not sure about that anymore 😅💦. Anyway, I'm pretty sure everything was delicious!

I went to Katsuyama with a friend from Okayama on some business, and the sake we came across there was "Gozenshu"! We happened to pass by a sake brewery, and when we casually dropped by, they said "It's going to be on TV next week! I was curious so I bought some 😆. It's called "Seven Rules" and it's about a female toji (chief brewer) who inherits the famous sake "Gozenshu" in the world of sake breweries where women are forbidden! ☆☆ It's going to be aired on Kansai TV and Fuji TV at 23:00 tomorrow, March 9th, so if you're interested, please check it out! ...This sake has an unusual design with the specs written on the front label😲 They said that they did that so that people wouldn't have an image of it by the label! The taste was fruity, refreshing and delicious 😆 .
