This time, it is Sake Mirai. I was so excited because the sake rice was supervised by President Takagi of Jyushiyo, and I was so excited about the ministry!
Since it is Hanayu, it is sweeter than Jyushiyo, but when opened, it also has a sour and well-balanced taste ❕.
I was thinking of letting it sit for a while. I feel it will be even more refreshing if I do so ‼︎.

One I bought today!
My usual sake wholesaler was selling an out-of-season product at a discount, and I was lured by the Yamadanishiki and bought it.
It is slightly effervescent, and the first two or three cups have a bitter taste that leaves your nose. It has a mild taste when you drink it after the bubbles are gone.
It's delicious!
