My first post of the year, new politics! This sake is a very auspicious sake, as it is shipped on New Year's Day, starting at 0:00 am. The bottle is also designed after the Chinese zodiac, and as a Shinmasa fan, I had to have a bottle. I was worried about whether I would be able to purchase it, as it seems that not many bottles are shipped. I waited for the liquor store to open at the beginning of the new year and immediately purchased it 😂. I was really excited to try it because it is a fresh sake from Shinmasa... It didn't have much of an aroma and didn't seem to be fruity. First I felt a sourness, then a slight sweetness and slight bitterness 🤔. It's refreshing and the taste is a little mild. The alcohol content is 12 degrees and you can drink it like water 😁. I prefer it to No.6 or Amagara, but I'm sure I'll buy it again next year! I'm sure I'll buy it again next year..................... I'm still interested in the bottle design🙄. I heard that this year's theme is Ainu mythology and crests. It also seems that they decided to use the Ainu word isopo kamui as a tribute to the completion of the "Golden Kamui" serialization. Isopo is a rabbit and Kamui is a god. I love that kind of attention to detail, so this sake makes me want to buy the concept as well as the taste.

Manachy, I definitely wanted the zodiac bottle. I had to wait so long while the liquor store was closed for New Year's holidays. I even had a dream that I couldn't buy the zodiac bottle during that time 😅Kincam is interesting 😌I also went to the Ainu Culture Museum!

Miss Shiri. Good evening... You are a new political activist, aren't you 😁. I wonder what's the "point" of the label if it doesn't look like a rabbit at a glance...

Kozo-san, I got hooked on Koei Kiku the first year and Shinsei the second year. I'm sure you like the sourness 🤔The design on the label is also good, with a rabbit like an Ainu painting. I also like Senkou's 🐰 because it is cute 😊.

Shinsei Viridian We are spending New Year's Eve 2022 also in Yonaguni Island, the westernmost place in Japan, but we could not see the late sunset in Japan due to rain again this year 😅. I had no choice but to run around Yonaguni Island 🏃♂️🏃♀️. And drink 🍻🍻🍻🍻. But the only alcohol available in Okinawa is Awamori or beer. Last year I missed sake so much during my stay in Okinawa, so this year I brought sake to Yonaguni Island🤣. And it was Shinsei! Only viridian goes well with the emerald green sea. I drank it and... It is a well-balanced sake with a gentle sweetness that spreads in the mouth and is enveloped in just the right amount of acidity and aroma that is typical of Niimasa. Drinking Shinsei in the tropics is especially premium, and it's insanely delicious! There are only 3 hours left in this year. It has been a year of enjoying the exchange of comments on "Sake-no-wa" and getting into the nuances of sake little by little 🙄. I hope to see you again next year. ...I post infrequently but actually I drink a lot 🤣.

Merry Christmas 🎅. Got to get my hands on the Shinsei Christmas limited edition again this year! Last year's Dix ans - Noel had an innovative and artistic bottle design ✨This year's is similar to X-Type and not as special... But when you drink it 🙄... It is one of the top 3 tastes I've had this year 😂It has just the right amount of sweetness with a refreshing mouthfeel that bursts with sizzle. The acidity is perfect, just like Shinsei, and the perfection level is even better than last year's 🤔 People say it's like champagne, but it's better than champagne at all! Shinmasa is still good ✨. It's low alcohol, so I drank it all in an hour. It was a waste of time😅. I drank a lot of shinmasa this year 🙄. I've been wondering why there are no groups for Shinsei. So I took the plunge and created a group called aramasist 😆. I thought it would be a good idea for me, an amateur sake drinker who posts on a whim, to create a group, but I created it in the hope that it would help boost the sake world, so please forgive me. When you post a new article, please add the tag "aramasist" 😌.

My 66th post is No. 6! Today is also my birthday and I've been wanting to do the dream of drinking comparison for a long time. I'm finally doing it! First of all, X-type! It has the best aroma among the three. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a nice shwash feeling on the tip of your tongue. And the sweet and sour taste is very refreshing and reminds me of muscat. It is also very sharp and clean. S -type Compared to the X-type, the sourness seems to be a little more pronounced. Both are delicious😙. R-type The sweetest of the three. The aroma is also distinctive. I don't have to think which one is the best, but I dare say I would say X-type 🤔. I drank a lot of Niimasa this year and became an aramasist. The second picture is the complete Shinsei! I will be drinking and posting a little more from now on. ...I climbed many mountains this year ⛰. I did not stay overnight in the mountains, so some of them were tough, but I forgot how hard it was when I finished climbing them. Horoshiri-dake and Mt. Iide were tough but fun. And the sake after the descent is the best ✨. Only 2 weeks left in this year. Let's drink up!

This is my 65th post! Then there's only Tanaka Rokuo 🤔. ...but I decided to go with "Tanaka Sentori" 🤣. I was thinking that I would have to go with Tanaka Rokuugo 🤔... but then I decided to go with Tanaka Sengoku 🤣. I was thinking about it but decided to go with "Tanaka Sengoku". Yamada Rokuugo is made from Yamada Nishiki produced in Itoshima. First, the Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima is brewed at Sengoku to "Sengoku Naturals specifications" using "pesticide-free rice, sake yeast, and brewer's yeast". The completed "yeast" is then returned to Tanaka Rokuugo for the main brewing process, and the finished product is called "Tanaka Sengoku". I have been enjoying Sengoku recently... When I heard that there is a collaboration sake between Tanaka Rokugo and SENKYO, I was able to get a hold of it and compare the two. Tanaka Sentori." It has sweetness and acidity, with a slight caramel aroma when swallowed. SENKOU NATURES It is not so sweet and has a refreshing taste. Immediately after opening the bottle, I thought they were similar, but it was interesting how the flavors seemed to separate day by day 😌. I think "Tanaka Sentori" for meat and "Sentori Naturale" for grilled fish 🤔. ...I've started running as an off duty activity now that the mountain climbing season is over 🏃♀️. My goal is to run a marathon in under 4 hours 😅.

Tenpyo (Japanese sake) I had this sake last month when I went to a sake izakaya for the first time. It was so good I bought it online 😌. I never drank out before, but this time I had the chance to go... I heard that famous sake brewery presidents from all over the world are gathering in Nara for a brewing safety festival at Nara's Ojin Shrine. I heard that they were going to have a drinking party at an izakaya in Tenri the day before, so I sneaked in 😌. The members of the drinking party that day were Imanishi Shuzo of Mimuro Sugi, Kiyamasa Shuzo of Kuroryu and Jikin, Nishi Shuzo of Shinmasa, Kamonishiki and Tenpyo, Shinzawa Brewery of Hakurakusei, Hachinohe Shuzo of Mutsu Hachisen.... They were all great members, but we didn't get to meet them in the end😅. When we went there, they were having a drinking party on the second floor, so we couldn't go upstairs to meet them. after 10pm, they went downstairs to spend time with other customers, but we were back home by that time 😱. Later we heard that the president of Nishi Sake Brewery was a dynamic person and he was making the place lively... and on the other end, President Sato of Shinmasa and the president of Jikin were talking with each other... It's a pity that I couldn't see what kind of atmosphere there was. Next year I'll sneak in!

Sono Chrysanthemum Today is "Good Marriage Day" 😌. I don't do anything special... Because it's funny that only on this day we can have a good marriage 😁. This time we'll be drinking Sohno-Kangiku's Denshogiku, which is very popular at "Sake-no-wa"! As you all know, it tastes sweet and has just the right amount of sourness 😆. Speaking of Sono Kangiku, Chiba is the city of Chiba. Chiba means Lotte Marines. Before Corona, I used to go to Kyocera Dome to cheer them on. I was cheering at the moment of the 2005 championship in Koshien, and at the 2010 Japan Series in Nagoya Dome, jumping up and down throughout the extra 15 innings. Lotte cheering is similar to soccer. I had to jump and cheer a lot, and it was hard to do so in the 15th inning of extra innings... 😅 Speaking of soccer, tomorrow is the day. It seems that not much is expected of the World Cup this time, but I hope they manage to do well in such a situation. By the way, the average annual income is... Qatar is 9th with 5.46 million Japan is 23rd with 3.98 million Qatar is doing well... I wonder if Japan will be ok...

Today is my 2nd year anniversary of drinking sake🎉! And with the sake cabinet we finally got last week, we'll be drinking our way through our third year! The sake we will drink on our 2nd anniversary is... Mimuro Cedar Wooden Oke Bodhi Hashiro 2021 This sake was given to us by a liquor store! I was so happy to have it.... The day the sake cabinet arrived at my house, I immediately went to the liquor store. Since I was so excited, I begged the liquor store and they offered me a bottle of Shinmasa. He brought 8 different kinds from the back and asked me to choose any of them, and being the delicatessen that I am, I said I wanted them all and bought all 8 bottles😅. I went home and reflected that this might have been too much 😰. The next day, I offered him some meat as a gift to show my remorse... The next day I received "Mimuro Cedar Wooden Oke Bodhi Hashi" as a thank you for the meat 😌. A thank you for a thank you. Adult socializing ⚔. The taste... The clear and smooth mouthfeel, the strength and depth of flavor that only the Bodaihashime brewing process can produce, and the complexity and aroma created by the microorganisms that live in the wooden vat create a perfect harmony. I'm the type of person who wants to be greedy when given the chance, but you have to know how to be in a good relationship 🤔. It's difficult to be an adult 💦.

Senkori × UNITED ARROWS UA Momiji It will soon be the season to enjoy the autumn leaves 🍁 although some places in the mountains are already at the end of their season... I always think that this time of year is a bit complicated because the word for "autumn leaves" is both "koyo" and "momiji. I wonder what "momiji" is in the first place. I looked it up... I heard that maple leaves become "momiji" when they "koyo" 🤔. This time, I'm going to drink Senkou no Momiji, a red-colored sake that reminds me of Momiji 😆. According to the product description... According to the product description, it is a sake with a sweet and sour taste like "figs", which is an assemblage of rich autumn fruits. The color is unusual, so I wondered what it tasted like... When I drank it, I found it to have a refreshing sweet and sour taste typical of Sengoku. And yet it tastes like something you've never tasted before 🤔. It's an assemblage, so it's a taste that was created or designed! Sentori is pretty good 😆♪ The third one is Mt. The day trip, which was said to be tough, was not a problem at all because my legs were ready ⛰✨. The fourth picture is the one I finally bought. More details in the next issue.

Today is 10/5, so we will drink NEXT5, a drink associated with 5 😌. This is the first new product in two years! The "NEXT5 Colors 2022" series was previously a joint brewery, but now the five breweries can make the most of their individual characteristics, including yeast, except for the 50% milled rice ratio of Akita-produced "Kensho Shinko. It is an interesting experiment for each sake brewer to be able to enjoy different expressions of their respective characteristics 😆. I naturally went for the Niimasa version! This sake seems to be very rare and can only be drunk at izakaya (Japanese style pubs) 😲I was lucky to get it because the sake shop gave me a bottle of NEXT5 that they had kept for their own consumption 🥺 I must savor it and cherish it! I need to drink it... The taste is... It's completely Shinsei. The yeast must be No.6 and I thought it tasted similar to No.6🤔It's so delicious and I'm going to drink it with care... but with low alcohol, it will be gone soon😱. The bottle was designed by architect Tsuyoshi Tane and is very beautiful and it's a glass stopper 😲. Dix ans - I'm sure it will be a bottle I won't throw away along with Noël✨

Shinsei "Yonotori, Flax cat, Heavenly frog, Nirvana tortoise So today is Sake Day 🍶✨. On a day like that, we're having a Shinsei PRIVATE LAB drinking contest! I can buy Shinsei anytime these days by the method taught by honda and tkmts ̈(◡)/ ̈(◡)/ ̈(◡)/. Last year I drank only Koei Kiku, but this year it will be Shinmasa 🤔I love sake with a distinctive sour taste........ 🐥Yonotori I got the Akita Torrential Rain Charity "Yonotori Oak 2016". 900 yen per bottle from the proceeds will be donated to support the recovery efforts. (The cost is 300 yen for both the brewer, distributor, and purchaser) This is a 2016 Yonotori, so it was made by the previous master brewer. It has less acidity than the current Yonotori and is easier to drink 😂. It's more like Yonotori now... Flax cat Sweet and sour and refreshing. This will be popular among women 😌. Tian Frog Just a little cleaner than prototype 3 🙄 and very tasty and my favorite. I think it might be my favorite in this drinking comparison ☝️. Nirvana Tortoise This is my first time drinking this and it's quite an interesting flavor! A little less sweet but the complex taste is addictive 😆.

Senkori × UNITED ARROWS "UA Launching Fireworks It's already the third day of September, isn't it? I've been enjoying sake instead of beer this summer, but I've been slacking on posting 😅. I was feeling a little sad that summer is over, when I found "UACHIHANABI"! I bought some Senkori Uchiagebana (fireworks) just to feel the summer. The taste is... It is quite dry and refreshing with a strong acidity. When you open the bottle, it is a crown, so you have to drink it today. The specs are 14 degrees of alcohol, which is surprisingly high... but when I drank it, I didn't feel like an alcoholic 🙄. This won't carry over to the next day 😁. I keep drinking more and more while enjoying the schwash feeling. This is not what I imagine sake to be 🤔. I'll start posting "sake-no-wa" more often now that the summer mountain climbing season is almost over... Nowadays, I can get Shinsei sake whenever I want it 😂. I'm hoping to do another post on the Shinsei series! And 8 years ago, on September 27th, was the day of the eruption of Mt. As a mountain climber, I must not forget this day. Finally the day came when i could drink No.6!!!! The taste... Fresh and refreshing with just the right amount of sweet and sour ✨. It tastes so beautiful, but more robust than I imagined ✨✨. Today is the day of the sea 🏖. I hope you enjoyed your time at the beach, at work, or at home drinking. I was at work 💦, not in the mountains. I wanted to post a drink associated with the ocean, but I went to Hokkaido the other day and will be drinking Kamikawa Taisetsu 🙃. Kamikawa Taisetsu... The most popular sake in Hokkaido! The brewing water is natural water with a temperature of about 7 degrees Celsius and originates from a spring in the Daisetsuzan mountain range. ...The reason I went to Hokkaido this time was to climb Horoshiri-dake, one of the most difficult of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan! We started climbing Horoshiri-dake at 1:30 am to complete the climb in a day trip, and managed to come down in the evening while fighting the fear of brown bears. We even saw a brown bear, albeit from a distance 🐻. After descending the mountain, we stopped at a roadside station where Kamikawa Taisetsu was on sale😲. It's been a while since I've bought alcohol sold at room temperature, but I didn't hesitate to buy it. The taste was... I wasn't expecting much since it's fire-aged, but it's delicious! Slightly fruity, not too sweet and not too spicy. And yet not too thin 🤔It was surprisingly good ✨. The first picture is a picture I found and processed both the alcohol and the background 🤣. The second and later pictures were taken by myself!

Yokoyama Junmai Daiginjo Princess Michiko June is almost over 💦. And the end of the rainy season has come unusually early 😲. As a mountain climber, I'm glad that the weather is better than usual, but with such a hot weather day after day, I'd rather drink beer than sake 😅. ...I went to a liquor store I've been away from for a while and found a new series of "Junmai Daiginjo Princess Michiko" from my favorite "Yokoyama"! (*PO*) I've been curious about Princess Michiko for a while because of its flower yeast, so I had no choice but to buy it now: !!!! I took a sip of it right away... The smell of roses... Hmm? I don't 😲. This article is personal opinion and does not indicate efficacy or effectiveness 🤣. Taste... It tastes sweet and elegant, as if it is indeed a daiginjo. I wonder if this sweetness might be... Is it the taste of rose🌹... 🙄. It's a very expensive sake, so I won't repeat it. I climbed Mt. Yakushi today! We even saw a thunderbird! We stayed in the car at the parking lot of Yakushidake and drank beer x Tateyama! There is nothing better than drinking in the car 😂.

Mr. Shieri🎶. I went through this one 😩. But I still think it's something. Pineapple🍍, right 🤣. On a different note, I think you'll definitely be able to sogape 😉. Please try to be proactive🤞.

Pon-chan, we were really going to celebrate our 50th x wedding anniversary by checking in at Hana-yosu💦. I know I'm off by one, but I thought the Hana-yosu was an appropriate drink to start the year 2022, so I decided to drink it on 4/1.

I heard that it is popular to put ㊗️event and Kiri number together, so I got in on it too. "Wedding Anniversary x Sake no Wa 50 check-in" A little weak... I'll take a low-impact drink too... 🤣 Today, March 21, our wedding anniversary, we climbed Mt. Ishizuchi 🏔. We were the first attack of the day! It's exciting to climb a mountain that no one has climbed yet😆. Ishizuchi is a mountain famous for its chain-linked staircases, but it is also the highest mountain in western Japan 🤔. This time, we're going through the chain-link pass and heading for Mount Tengu, the highest peak on Ishizuchi! 🔥 We climbed while changing chainspikes and crampons 😌. I reached the summit of Mt. Ishizuchi easily because I went through the chain-link passage! No one is around and you have the place all to yourself ٩٩ס From there, it's finally time to climb Mt. Tengu✨. Walking along the ridge (knife ridge) that cuts down like a knife blade on both sides, we reached the summit of Mount Tengu✨✨. As if to celebrate, the weather cleared up for a moment 😂. Ishizuchi in winter was another great mountain 🏔✨. Huh! I wrote about Mt. Ishizuchi💦.
