Nabeshima Drinking Contest
Last week I went for a drive to Kyushu! ♪
Three days and two nights, staying in the car both days🚙
I stopped at a service area and drank a lot of sake while watching the Olympics.
This time it was Nabeshima!
I'm looking forward to it because Nabeshima got a 5* recommendation 😆.
We compared Green Label, Akaban Omachi, and Kitashizuku!
The best one was...

Special Junmai-shu Green Label Yamadanishiki/Saganohana
When you put it in your mouth, it is fruity like a raw sake✨.
First it was sweet, then sour, and finally bitter!
This is the most delicious of all...♪
The next one was...
Junmai Ginjo Akaiwa Omachi
I didn't feel much sweetness in this sake, but it has a somewhat elegant taste🤔.
I think it's a little thin for me...

Junmai Ginjo Kitashizuku
Hmmm... watery!
No, it's a fresh and crisp sake 🙄.
I've recently realized that my particular points are...
Raw sake<<Aroma<Sake degree<Polishing ratio
That's it 🙄.
The cheapest sake I could find was delicious😲
The interesting thing about sake is that it is not proportional to the price!

Mr. kino, I've been curious about Nabeshima for a long time, so it was nice to be able to compare them.
The long drive was over 2,000km, and the temperature outside was below freezing, but I was fine as long as I had a futon!
Green Label is the way to go!

tkmts, we brought a cooler box so we could chill the sake! It was below freezing at night, so I took the cooler outside to freeze it, and then put it in the cooler box in the morning, so it would stay cold the whole time ❄.

ymdaz-san, I did some sightseeing, including a visit to Kouyougiku 😁I didn't have winter tires, so I rented a car and drove 2000km, which may have surprised the rental car agency...
I would recommend Nabeshima, it's too dry for me but I would recommend the Special Junmai!

Rika, I stayed at Kawanami parking area in Miyazaki for the second night 😌I wanted to buy some Miyazaki liquor, but I didn't have time to go to the liquor store 💦Miyazaki looks like a very nice place, so I'll definitely revisit ✨✨.

MAJ, I think Nabeshima is one of the most representative sake in Kyushu, so I was very happy to be able to compare 3 bottles of it 😆 Off-line meetings are very exciting in Kyushu... I guess there are no off-line meetings in Kansai, so I'll have to visit Kyushu 🙄.

I had just posted about Nabeshima, so I thought it was a coincidence. If you are looking for a sweet sake, I recommend Nabeshima's Yamada Nishiki Junmai Ginjo Namaishu Purple Label, which is the one I drank.
