It has been a very long time. I was going to drink it after I passed the exam. But I opened the bottle in spite of my failure. The acidity was less than I expected. Very tasty. I changed my mind after drinking my favorite Niimasa. I will take revenge tomorrow.

Today is New Year's Eve. I was so busy with the qualification examinations I had a lot of opportunities to have a drink with my family. I think that days like this will continue next year. The last sake to be served this year is Jikin Junmai Daiginjo Hakutsuru Nishiki. It is fruity and delicious. We look forward to serving you again next year.

Mimuro Sugi Junmai Daiginjo 10th Anniversary Thanksgiving Sake. Sneaking out? I found it on sale. I thought if I missed it now, it would be 10 years from now, so I bought it immediately. It was sweet and gassy. I will enjoy drinking it with care.
