My 66th post is No. 6!
Today is also my birthday and I've been wanting to do the dream of drinking comparison for a long time.
I'm finally doing it!
First of all, X-type!
It has the best aroma among the three.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a nice shwash feeling on the tip of your tongue. And the sweet and sour taste is very refreshing and reminds me of muscat. It is also very sharp and clean.
S -type
Compared to the X-type, the sourness seems to be a little more pronounced. Both are delicious😙.
R-type
The sweetest of the three. The aroma is also distinctive.
I don't have to think which one is the best, but I dare say I would say X-type 🤔.
I drank a lot of Niimasa this year and became an aramasist.
The second picture is the complete Shinsei!
I will be drinking and posting a little more from now on.
...I climbed many mountains this year ⛰.
I did not stay overnight in the mountains, so some of them were tough, but I forgot how hard it was when I finished climbing them.
Horoshiri-dake and Mt. Iide were tough but fun.
And the sake after the descent is the best ✨.
Only 2 weeks left in this year. Let's drink up!

I know I'm a day late, but happy birthday✨
I have not climbed Horoshiri-dake yet, so it's a mountain I've been longing to climb.
Iide was a great mountain to carry a tent during the season of autumn leaves 🎵.
I have to say, this year was the best for Jean!

Tomoyuki Kumagai, this year was the year I got hooked on Shinsei. 66 contribution was only No.6, but I could make it just in time for my birthday, so I could enjoy the best luxury 😂 The local sake is great to drink after climbing the mountain.

Tsubu, No.6 seems expensive if you drink outside. I can manach it because I drink at home🤣but it's hard to get it so I have to keep going to the liquor store 🤔.
I'm not a fan of the mountain.... It's so good ✨

Koizo, I was going to collect as much Shinsei as I could and drink it all at once 😌In the meantime, it was my birthday and since it was my 66th post, I had no choice but to compare No.6 drinks 🤔.
It was Argentina, wasn't it?

Good point 🤣ymdaz, I've had this drink before. It's a No. 6 yeast that many people say tastes better when aged... 🙊.
