Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Miyamanishiki
I haven't posted anything since April 1st.
I was wondering if I would be able to post anything in May, but then I was able to get my hands on a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei.
I always envied your postings of Shinshu Kamerei!
I was so excited 😂.
I've been spending my time without liking or commenting on your posts, but I'm so happy about the Shinshu Turtle Ling that I'm going to post it (.>ㅅㅅ<.)
I was on a mountain climbing expedition the day before yesterday and yesterday, and on the way back, I stopped by Nagano and found out that you can get it by going directly to the Okazaki Sake Brewery ٩٩٩.
Each person is limited to two bottles, so I bought four!
I never thought I would finally be able to drink Shinshu Kamerei 😂✨✨.
The taste is...
Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo
Well balanced ✨✨
Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo (limited edition)
Most exciting!
Tozawa Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo
Soft and just beautiful ✨.
Today marks the end of May 🙄.
It's a pity that I won't be able to go to the mountains when the rainy season starts, but I will have more time to relax and watch the "sake no wa" 🤔....
...By the way, my mountaineering expeditions are to Mt. Yatsugatake and Mt. Nasu!

Hi, Mr. Shieri!
I haven't seen you for a while.
I thought you had been to Everest 😆.
I've been to Nepal.
I can only say "you are so cute💕" 😉.

Good evening, Shieri 😊Congratulations on your Shinshu Kamerei 🎉🍾It's nice to buy from the brewery. Yatsugatake also climbed up and awesome awesome, no more snow, wait for it, Akadake❗️ and I was looking at it the other day😅.

Good evening, Mr. Shieri 😄
I'm jealous of your comparison of Shinshu Kamerei 😆👍I don't have a distributor in Aichi so I can't get it except by popping it in 😭.

Good evening, Mr. Shieri!
You went to Ueda 😉.
Is this hi-ire? I'd like to try the hi-ire sake as well, since all I drank were unfiltered nama sake.
I went to Sanbonjariyadake last fall. I miss it so much!

I thought you were on a trip to conquer the highest peaks of the seven continents 🌋I see you've been collecting Shinshu tortoises 😅I envy you!

4 bottles of Shinshu Kamerei at once 😳 awesome 👏!
If you want it, you have to go to the brewery.
Okay, let's go to Nagano ❗️someday 😆.

Manachie, I finally made it to Shinshu Kamerei! When I was researching where I could buy it, I found out that they sell it at a sake brewery, so I went there to buy it directly 🚙.
Yatsugatake was a beautiful mountain as you can imagine, but Nasu-dake was surprisingly good.

Erin, good morning☆(**ч`*)
I've never had Nagano sake before!
Shinshu Kamerei is one of the top ranking sake, so I wanted to try it at least once.........................it's so good!

kino...you got the sake brewery part right! (I forgot to include a picture of the brewery in my post, so I added it 💦The proprietress was very kind and extremely nice ✨I plan to go back around the end of November!

tkmts, namaste!
Have you been to Nepal! I'd love to go 🥺 I'd love to see Everest, but I don't want to climb it 💦.
Have you noticed anything unusual in the last two months I've been absent from "Sake-no-wa"?

Harry Sakeboy, I'm so glad you're a Shinshu turtle 😆.
Aka-dake is surprisingly easy to climb 😙.
But the high altitude makes it more tiring than the distance and the elevation gain...
And... the Mammut stairs are tough 💦.

Masa (☝︎ ՞ਊ՞)☝︎, even the brewery was limited to 2 bottles per person😲 They never had that restriction before, but last year The store lost their stock and they had no choice but to limit it to 2 bottles per person💦.

I was able to buy it in Ueda as ymdaz told me 😆.
But they only had fire-roasted...
Nasu-dake in autumn must be the best 🍁.
Sanbon-yari is not sharp at all, Asahidake is more like a spear 🤔 Chausudake was pretty nice too...

Hi, Takku0103 😌.
The highest peaks of the seven continents 🤣
I've conquered the highest peaks of Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Hokuriku, Kinki, Chugoku, Shikoku and Kyushu 😙♪
I'd love to go to the Matterhorn or Kilimanjaro, but many things are impossible 💦.

Jay & Nobby, it's a relief to be able to sell it at the brewery 😊It seems it has suddenly become so popular that even the brewery ran out of stock last year 😲.
Great proprietress in an atmospheric store, definitely a must go!!!

Haruei Chichi, I'm glad you commented as usual even though I haven't posted in 2 months 😂.
I've been coming home late lately and haven't been able to go to the liquor store...
I've been drinking only Awai Platinum Double, but sake is still delicious ✨✨.

Hi, Sheri 😃.
As I thought, you have flowers in your posts 👍.
I love Shinshu Kamerei and Ginkame too!
I'm jealous that you can even drink after enjoying your hobby 🤣.

I love the photos of your climb even more ✨I hope you did a lot of climbing!

Maa., the second one on the upper left is a flower called "hoteiran"! It is a rare species that blooms in Yatsugatake.
I'm thinking of going back to the brewery around the end of November to try the Shinshu Kamerei, which I've always wanted to try, next time I'd like to try the raw sake 😙♪

Well, Mr. Shelli, one thing that changed while you were gone was...
I asked for a nickname for me.
I got the nickname "Chomolungma.
Apparently, it's because I have Kyushu's highest mountain between my legs 🏔️.
Feel free to call me Chomolungma 👍️
Japanese>English

Pon-chan, Shinshu Kamerei is hard to come by, so I forced myself to stop by on my way back from climbing the mountain!
Climbing the mountain was fun, but...
I climbed Yatsugatake, feeling sick and exhausted from lack of sleep 😰.

Hi honda (Chomolungma) 😲.
Chomolungma is 😲.
But honda-san... if it's the highest peak in Kyushu, please change it to Miyanoura🤣.
I have climbed it ☝️.
...honda-san...relieved to hear you haven't changed ✨.

Hi, Shieri 😃
I can't go there so I bought some Hitogokochi from a liquor store in Tozawa 👍.
Grandpa, did they change the name of Chomolungma? 🤣 seriously 🧚♀️.

I don't want them digging in because it's a lie 🤣.

I was looking at takeshon's Shinshu Kamerei review to see if I could use it as a reference, but the comments section is dirty... 🤣
I knew Chomolungma was a lie... 😲.
I'm sorry I almost believed it, even a little bit... w

Good evening, sister.
I was worried that you had quit Sake-no-wa.
It's nice to get a local sake from the area where you climbed a mountain... And if it's Shinshu Kamerei, what more can you ask for!

I've been waiting for 2 months for "Sake no Wa" to come back at Shinshu Kamerei!
I'm a little disappointed 💦 that it was fire-returned.
...Everyone here is so kind and welcoming 😌.
I'm looking forward to working with you in the future...

Hello, Mr. Kozo😌!
I won't quit "Sake no Wa" without telling my colleague, Kozo-san!
I forced myself to stop by Ueda City on my way back from climbing a mountain 😁.
It was a bit of a detour to get home, but I'm not bothered if it's for Shinshu Kamerei 😌.

MAJ, you've been doing really well, but I've been unusually busy lately 💦.
I haven't been able to climb many mountains in the 2 months I've been absent from "Sake-no-wa" 😭.
Now that things have calmed down a bit, I will slowly revive myself 😌.
