Tasting at Kamoizumi. There was no one else there, so I was able to take my time tasting. This sake is 100% Yamadanishiki. It had a familiar flavor and was delicious. I guess it was because most of the sake we tasted were from the Hiroshima Hachitan series.

My father bought it for me as a souvenir from his trip to Aomori. The nose has a faintly acidic aroma. In the mouth, there was a delicate acidity from the sake yeast and a calm, gentle sweetness and richness. It was a crisp sake, typical of Sakuta's special pure sake. It was delicious, but it was not so good when it was warmed up 🤔.

It was very carbonated and I spilled a lot of water 😛 It was so fizzy it was like pouring cider into a glass. It's not too sweet and the grains of rice are delicious. It's also good on a hot day as it's chilled 😀.

Famous for its heated sake? It is a famous heated sake from Tanzawayama. I went to Sakatoya in Mizonokuchi to buy a bottle of Ayahana's slightly heated sake, but they were selling Reiho by weight, which is only sold in 1 sho (1.5 liter) bottles. First, I tasted it cold. The first aroma was slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a beautiful sweetness with a hint of sourness. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing. Next, we tried it warmed up. Aromatic sweet aroma of heated raw sake 🤤. The sweetness and umami are very good. The sweetness and umami are very nice and full 😊. Junmai nama-shu YAMADANISHIKI 90 Rice polishing ratio 90%❗️ This is the challenge sake of Michiko Urasato, the female toji of Yui. Yamada Nishiki is brewed at 90% polishing ratio without polishing. The taste of the rice is rich and intense❗️, but there is a light fizzy feeling. There is also a little bit of orage mixed in. This is why it is milder and softer in the mouth than I expected. The aftertaste is refreshing. It's amazing. Michiko Urasato, Toji 💡. I had it with ginger yaki, and it was delicious. The sake and side dishes go well together😆. I've heard that if you let it sit for a few days, you'll get a different taste of the rice, so I stopped at halfway today. I heard it's also good at different temperatures.
