The caps are catty.
Maybe I'm getting old and losing my grip? I don't know 😅.
It's easy to drink with a nice aroma and low alcohol content. The refreshing acidity and a little sweetness is good👍.
Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed with Yume-no-Kou.
Aromatic and refreshing with a hint of rice flavor.
I drank it cold in a glass, but I would like to warm it up and drink it with a tokkuri (Japanese sake bottle) and an inokuchi (small cup).
Another month or more without posting...
The sake I haven't posted has been accumulating.
July was my birthday month, and I was talking with a junior at work about how I wanted a makuake opener but it was too expensive, and the conversation ended right there, but near my birthday he suddenly brought an opener and said 'please use it'. I'm so thankful that I can easily open the thick stopper of purple space that I was having a hard time with 😄.
The aroma is definitely a pineapple🍍 feel.
Sweet and bitter, slightly carbonated. The bitterness is strongly felt. This is my favorite.
Hello, MASSA!
Happy July birthday month 🎉!
What a cool gift from your junior - you've built a great relationship ✨!
I'm sure you'll be drinking more and more 😁✨✨
Purple space is also good for your taste 😋.
MASSA, it was your birthday, wasn't it? Congratulations 🎉🎂
You are a wonderful junior ✨I have a nail clipper, but I learned that Suwada is such a character 😅It looks sharp 😏.
Nice aroma like grapes.
It's good, isn't it?
It doesn't come with a lot of guts, but it's a little chili and sweet.
The sweet and sourness is indescribable and a little bitter.
They should make a lot of it instead of small batches.
When I purchased the bottle, the store clerk reminded me to be careful when opening the bottle, and I was the one to be careful when opening it, but I opened it without difficulty.
It is a crisp, refreshing, slightly bitter and dry sake with little sweetness. Perfect for drinking in the summer.
I couldn't detect the aroma of the wooden vat (or a stuffy nose (lol)).
I took a sip and thought, "Yum!
The citrus-like sweetness, acidity and umami are all good.
The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink.
A sake that was only described as junmai-shu on the menu at a yakiton restaurant. The rice flavor is as good as the rich deliciousness of the yakiton. The combination of deliciousness and umami is delicious.
I forgot I had bought it and put it in the fridge at work, so I opened the bottle just now.
I was a little careless and it spilled.
The acidity and dryness are just right for summer drinking. Personally, I feel the bitterness is quite strong.
I bought a bottle of Kaze no Mori, which is hard to find at liquor stores, even though there are many on the shelves.
It is slightly carbonated and has a strong flavor.
Rich sweetness. A little sourness. The rest is something hard to explain.
Something that doesn't suit me...
Is that why I can't get it?
Glasses sake made by a brewer who wears glasses. I meditate on one eye to test my eyesight 😅.
I have glasses too 👓 so I had to drink it anyway. It's refreshing and tasty with an apple-like sourness.
Beautiful starry sky and cool label, but the recent heat is unbearable 😅.
It's dry, a little sour and crispy. I was at a party and it was the perfect food wine to go with the meal.
Orygalami is delicious during the summer time.
Slightly carbonated and a little chili.
Sweet and tasty. The bitterness tightens it up.
It's not low in alcohol content, but you can drink it like a Ramune.
Hirotogawa is brewed with Yamadanishiki, which is now finished.
I had put it away for safekeeping, but I drank it.
I hope it will not be the last year and will be revived. It has a sweet melon-like aroma with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It has a crisp and refreshing finish.
It smells like wine, and when I drank it, imagining it to be highly acidic, I found it to be "sweet" and easy to drink at a low alcohol content of 13 degrees.
I had bought the No. 6 glassware with the intention of enjoying it alone, and I had also bought a Kimura glass piccolo to get everything ready for the event. I brought it to my favorite restaurant to celebrate their 7th anniversary.
It's been a while since I've had X type, but overall it was refreshing and crisp. It's delicious without any complaints.
It is my favorite sake.
Unfortunately, I couldn't buy the raw sake, but I was looking forward to this year's Abeno Jundai. It has a peachy aroma and a smooth sweetness. It is so good that I want to drink it every day. It is a bit expensive, but I recommend it.
