I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. It might be good if it is laid down. There are graininess and nutty nuances. I guess it's normal for a good price. I didn't buy Yamahai because I didn't want the similar taste to continue, but Yamahai might have been better... It's the third day, but I think it's getting sweeter and tastier than the first day.

Rice used is something from Mie Prefecture Aged for 4 years, pale amber in color. Smoky and graininess with the color as it is. The sweetness is elegant, and the spiciness in the aftertaste has an impact on the throat and nose. It is a little peculiar, but I personally like it! Purchased at Vinos Yamazaki in Kyoto after buying Daina at a liquor store in Saiin After this, I went back to the liquor store on the 2nd floor of the Yaichi main building and to Takimoto - Isetan 😊. I really wanted the Vinos limited edition Isoboast, but the date was a year ago, so I avoided it💦. It's also February 24 😅. I thought about how to read "kunika", "kokka", etc... but when I looked it up, it's "kokkou". Reminds me of Cocco for my generation 🤔. Drink at room temperature. It's lightly colored. It's been almost a year, but there's no sense of aging. It has a classical flavor and a little lactic acidity, but it's still light and refreshing. I'd like to try some of their raw sake, though I didn't have any this time. Like Isobojiman, I think Shizuoka sake is a good choice for me 🤔. I was saddened to hear that this brewery is already out of business 😿.

Purchased at Yamane Sake Shop in Tanabe City, Wakayama Prefecture, during a trip to Wakayama Prefecture. I was attracted by the sake label (❗️) and bought it! Aroma of mineral and a hint of grape. When you put it in your mouth, there is a strong sourness and stimulation, followed slowly by a feeling of alcohol, and a little bitterness remains. The image was more like a heavy and drinkable sake, but it was like a dark, fruity, strong sake! I heard they use wild yeast collected from the soil of Kumano Kodo. I imagine it has an even more wild flavor! Even though it's dark, it's still relatively easy to drink, so I guess it's one of the more dangerous sake 😁.

Very refreshing! First taste is muscat with a hint of cucumber towards the finish. There is a slight dryness at the finish which is nice. A light mouth feel and a short finish. The name of this Sake is true to the flower.

The second drink was my first Oita sake at Sake-no-wa ~ ❤️ I thought I had heard of Sanwa Shuzui before, but it turns out that they are the brewery of Iichiko. First, a sip. The first cup of Jikin-sama was green apple, but this one had a slightly sweet flavor reminiscent of red apple. This is my first time drinking this sake, but anyway, it is easy to drink and the cup goes on and on. Delicious ❗️
