I bought it together with Harushika. I did not know that this sake was made by a famous toji (master brewer).
My first impression was that it was a traditional sake. It has its own merits, but despite the fact that it is junmai (pure rice), it also smells a bit like brewer's alcohol. It is a sake that can be liked or disliked by different people.
