I bought it together with Harushika. I did not know that this sake was made by a famous toji (master brewer). My first impression was that it was a traditional sake. It has its own merits, but despite the fact that it is junmai (pure rice), it also smells a bit like brewer's alcohol. It is a sake that can be liked or disliked by different people.

Shinshu Kamerei is a well-known sake. The sake is brewed with different rice depending on the season, and the taste is also completely different, which is why it is so intriguing. The aroma is gorgeous and tasty, but the slight acidity seems to throw it off balance. I prefer the Yamae-Nishiki sake rice.

I tried this sake on a trip to Nara and it was delicious. I am glad that Lopia sells it at a very low price. It's a special treat to be able to drink the sake I tasted on my trip in my hometown as well. It has a nice aroma and flavor that is not too much of a hindrance.

純米の虜
Purchased this sake because it is a well-known sake. It tastes like Niigata sake even though it is from outside of the prefecture. As the name suggests, it is dry and refreshing. It is a good food sake that goes well with Japanese food. However, it is a pity that it is not my current favorite.

Koshinotsuru is rather weak? I was not a fan of Koshinotsuru, but this one was delicious. It has a pleasant aroma that tickles the nose, is refreshing, and goes down your throat nicely. I want to drink it again.

I drank it for the first time, but it is addictive with its unrestrained umami. Personally, I think it is similar to "Kudokyuu".

The reason why I felt it tasted better than the previous one is because the rice used for sake is different every year. This one is mellow and umami, with a good aroma. This one tastes a little sour, but it is also delicious.
