I was going to skip the Hiyoroshi, but bouken said he was going to drink it, so I tasted it. It's fruity, rich, and full-bodied, with a richness that I like.

Aged 10 years for a sake show. Abeno Harukas brought it because it is 10 years old. The color does not change much. It has a sense of maturity, but it tastes clean and full of flavor.

This time I thought Niigata sake has many good breweries of regular sake and honjozo 🤔.
It is only a pure sake, and the taste is full of gusto, but it is unfiltered and raw, so it is fresh and tasty with a refreshing taste. It has a different flavor from Niigata Tanrei, and is highly recommended.
Koshino Hakugan is a 50% polished ginjo.
This is a light, easy-drinking ginjo-shu that is typical of Niigata sake.
