Souvenirs from Shinshin SY
Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label.
He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country.
I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook.
When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type?
The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma.
The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off.
This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again. It reminds me of that strange feeling I had in junior high school when I used to prank cigarettes behind my back.
It's a treat!

Colonel Lal, it has been a while. Are you back in good health? This sake was a jackpot choice. I have an image of barley shochu. I will be coming to Ami on the 21st and Rasai on the 26th of this month, and senior A will be there on the 26th. It is the first time since the year-end party.

Shinshin-san, it's been a while 😁.
Corona was almost fully recovered after 2 days of sleep. ✌️ I knew this one was a jackpot 😄.
I'm a little busy this month, but I'll take a look at your schedule 🤘.
